• Febriya (10/5): Worth it and will be repeater - The location is great, in front of Torok Beach. You just need to walk around 2-5 minutes to get to the beach. The room is not small, enough for 2 people. The bathroom is really big, but no hot shower (Still okay for me compared with the price) It has a swimming pool also, and it is quite big. Overall, i will come back with my family for sure for an affordable beach holiday
• Vervoort (7/5): - Zwembad Even wachten voor we ontbijt kregen. Geen probleem. Uur later nog geen actie. Uiteindelijk buiten de deur moeten gaan eten. Wilde even naar de wc. Sleutel op de deur gelaten. Dacht mevrouw van de homestay even de sleutel om te draaien en er wel op te laten zitten??? Zat ik mooi opgesloten in m'n eigen kamer. Heel raar.

• el doe elyana (10/5): - Homestay yang menarik dan cantik,servis dari adik lelaki dan adik perempuan baik dan selalu menjawab pertanyaan dan permintaan,thanks to them.setiap kamar homestay yang diletakkan cuma satu handuk kecuali kamar keluarga di letak 2 handuk,harus meminta jika mau handuk tambahan 2 kamar sering mati listrik,dalam 5-6 kali atau lebih.. terputus listrik,AC di 2 kamar juga kurang sejuk walau sudah tukar suhu rendah,banyak serangga seperti semut di kamar dan luar kamar,serangga kaki seribu juga begitu banyak di kawasan taman..air paipnya punya bau yang kurang enak,tak bisa mandi..kolam juga kurang bersih dan ada bau kurang enak,breakfast lambat disediakan (terpaksa batalkan) dan tak ada pertanyaan atau informasi dibagikan pada kami berkenaan breakfast dan masalah listrik yang sering terputus,jika servis ditambah baikkan,mungkin homestay ini akan menjadi salah satu homestay terbaik di Lombok,kerana cantik dan menarik Antara cara yang bisa diperbaiki: *Harus berbagi informasi berkenaan mslh listrik yg sering terputus *Kasur berbau air liur basi dan terdapat bekas air liur kering,seperti tak ditukar sprey nya. *Berbagi informasi berkenaan air yang berbau kurang enak *Berbagi informasi berkenaan menu2 breakfast dan minta tetamu pilih makanan dan sediakan makanan mengikut waktu tetamu mahukan ataupun mengikut ketetapan homestay *Owner haruslah lebih ramah dan bisa senyum,bukan berwajah masam tanpa sapaan dan bertanya keperluan tetamu,lebih bagus kalau ramah dan bersapa,lebih manis dan tetamu merasa senang *Setiap kamar harus siapkan 2 handuk kerana mengikut tempahan setiap kamar akan masuk 2 pax,belum lagi tambahan anak,bisa info jika ada charge tambahan jika bawa anak

• Trubakova (6/5): Da migliorare - La stanza nella struttura non era male, per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato non ci possiamo lamentare troppo, ma secondo me potrebbero fare più attenzione sia alla struttura che ai clienti, perché il posto ha un gran potenziale, ma non lo sfruttano secondo me al massimo… anche perché la zona è interessante e potrebbero coinvolgere di più! Allora partiamo dal fatto che noi abbiamo prenotato su Booking e non abbiamo ricevuto nessun messaggio dalla struttura dal momento della prenotazione, dopo di che quando li ho scritto lo stesso giorno per chiedere come funziona il check-in, non ci hanno risposto né su Booking, né su whatsapp… ci siamo recati direttamente lì per le 18, dove ci ha accolto il ragazzo che è stato alla fine carino e disponibile! (Però diciamo che la comunicazione manca!) I letti e i cuscini sono al limite della comodità purtroppo! C’è la doccia con l’acqua fredda, ma ripeto per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato ci andava bene! Riguardo alla colazione non si è capito bene cosa hanno, abbiamo preso per 7 giorni la stessa cosa, che per carità era buona, però ecco molto semplice! Ci è dispiaciuto come si sono comportati poiché, è capitato che mio compagno era arrivato di 10 min in ritardo per fare colazione, e nonostante da loro la cucina è sempre attiva perché arrivano altre persone del posto a mangiare lì, gli è stato detto che non poteva più cucinarli nulla… (che poi anche lì la colazione o era dalle 8 alle 10 o dalle 9 alle 10, dipendeva da loro) Da una parte sembra che vogliono essere carini con noi, eppure io e il mio compagno ci siamo sentiti un po’ a disagio, perché è un posto dove si recano i lavoratori per mangiare e quindi ogni tanto ti senti squadrato… quella sensazione che vogliono guadagnare con il turista, però non lo vuole avere troppo attorno… C’è un limite di ora in cui puoi stare fuori la sera tipo fino le 22:30, perché sennò ci hanno detto che loro dopo chiudono il cancello… Dopo di che avevamo chiesto il motorino e il ragazzo ci ha dato un prezzo un po’ troppo alto, c’è uno in centro che chiede molto meno! Di per sé la struttura è carina, presenta la piscina, ma come ho detto prima potrebbe essere curata di più!

• Armatti (10/5): - La habitación era linda y estaba limpia. El baño era amplio y cómodo, también muy limpio. Un sitio que además de aire acondicionado y desayuno incluya pileta por ese precio es imbatible. La atención por parte de la familia fue muy amable. La noche que nos quedamos no teníamos ganas de ir hasta Selong Belanak para comer y ellos nos ofrecieron cocinar un Mie goreng delicioso y muy barato. El desayuno también estuvo muy bueno. Está un poquito alejado de Selong, pero al mismo tiempo tiene enfrente una playa mucho menos conocida y concurrida, pero igual de bonita.

• Ben (9/5): Nice place to stay in a quiet village - What a good find! The room was great, pool was pretty clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast made by a lovely ibu and you can buy items from their little shop. Apart from very basic local food there are no other cheap (or any) places to eat unless you head back to Selong Belanak. Can walk right across the road to the beach. Having two beds instead of the double didn’t suit us. The mosque is right next door so earplugs may be a good idea if you don’t wish to be woken. The wifi didn’t reach our room by the pool

• Paula (10/5): Super - Super nettes personal, die einem immer helfen Gutes Frühstück braucht aber etwas länger Kopi sehr lecker und man kann ihn ganz entspannt am Pool genießen. Mega sauber und schönes Bad was man in Indonesien selten hat. Wir hatten einen Roller, wenn man keinen hat könnte Fortbewegung schwierig sein

• Anna (5/5): Ok, but communication needs to improve. - The room was looking exactly the same like at the pictures. There is a little pool. Before I arrived there, I wanted to ask for a transfer, but either ways they did not respond me - even through whatsapp. Then, when I arrived, nobody came to me and told me about the WiFi. But 2 days later when another girl arrived, they directly told her the WiFi password etc. I was very surprised. Also I did not know, at what time breakfast is available etc. My sheets were not very clean.

• Samuel (4/5): Disappointing - The view was nice and close to beach, quiet. Offered us coffee while we waited for our room. It was overall quite an uncomfortable and disappointing experience sadly. Upon arrival we were told there weren’t any rooms and they didn’t realise we were coming. There was so many people living there, we are still unsure who was hosting the place. Once they realised we had paid for a night, they began asking an occupant of the room to remove there belongings which made us uncomfortable as we didn’t want to take someone else’s room, we expressed this over google translate and then we were shown to a twin room outside of the premises that were shown online- and we also paid for a double room. The aircon didn’t work, the bathroom smelled very strong of feces and the drain was full of dark hair. There was no sink. Overall quite unclean- which I understand as they weren’t expecting us but we would have rather waited and got a cleaner room. We chose a home stay in a more rural area to experience some of the culture but we’re laughed and called tourists when we re entered the home stay which made us quite sad and awkward. Yes they found us somewhere to stay but they shouldn’t used booking.com if they don’t check and keep up to date with booking and make guest feel welcome. If you’re just looking for a bed, it would be worth maybe half the rate, otherwise sadly i don’t recommend- there’s much more inviting places to stay in the area.
