• Kristie (10/5): Best Hotel!!!! - Best hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort in a chain hotel we’ve ever had. If I could give 6 stars I would. Location to Ruoff Music Center was an enjoyable walk. Sidewalks were well lit and felt safe.

Not really sure what the problem was. The lady up front quoted us a 15 minute wait that turned out to be a little over an hour.
• Sara (2/5): - We were there for a concert and we had to wait an hour and a half for a room to be clean. Mind you, we were checking in 3 hours after the normal check-in time. There was another family ahead of us that missed their daughter’s birthday dinner reservations because they were waiting. They had been waiting about 2 hours prior to us for their room!! Aside from that, there was another family before them too! I don’t know if it was a staffing issue or just poor management, but I have never been to a more unprepared hotel in my life.

• Ashley (4/5): Poor attitudes - We did an early check in for 3pm got there at 630 room still wasn’t ready. Thankfully we only had to wait about a half hour another lady had been waiting for an hour and half for a room. Totally unacceptable. Than I heard the cleaners talking poorly about the check in women Patricia cussing and all. Would never come back.
• Verified traveler (6/5): New, still working out kinks.... - We arrived at 7pm and our room wasn't cleaned and ready yet. We were told the service personnel was new and rhey would hold our luggage if we had somewhere to be. At 7pm, that's crazy! We had concert tickets for a show starting at 7:30 we were walking to, 25 minutes away. After a 3 hour drive we needed the room to freshen up and change. After we got our bags, the manager had figured something out and got us into our room. The room and hotel were clean and nice. However we had no bags in our garbage cans and there was a somewhat funky smell in the room. But it was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast offered a nice variety but the yogurt was expired and the coffee & apple huice were out. With only one person working the room, she had a hard time keeping up.

• Cody (1/5): Residence Inn overbooked and bumped us to a crappy hotel - It was close to Ruoff Music Center, so we could walk there from the hotel. They overbooked and we got bumped to a hotel 15 minutes away. We were told we would redirect a discount and get put up in the best suite the hotel has. Both were lies. We got charged full price, had a basic room, and breakfast was not included. The tv lost signal every couple minutes so you couldn't really watch tv. None of the ice makers were working either.

• Ryan (10/5): Residence INN- Noblesville (Hamilton Town Center) - Room was nice and extremely roomy. It was like a small apartment. With a full kitchen and full appliances including dishwasher, it was very nice. I also appreciated the separate bedroom from the living room and kitchen, it was especially helpful with kids. I also appreciated the little things like the fact that the rooms kitchen area was stocked with plates, cups, silverware and a roll of paper towels. It had everything you always need but don’t have typically at a hotel. Price was a little higher, but it was absolutely worth it. The staff was very good and very nice, they also were very helpful and attentive. The only thing that could improve this hotel experience would be for them to heat the pool for the kids, because it was cold, but that is hardly a real concern. The hotel is new, but the staff is very good, the room is top notch and very roomy, and is also very clean. Checking in and out is a breeze, and I especially appreciated the standard checkout time being noon, that way everyone can sleep in and not be rushed out at 9 or 10am. Overall a great experience, that’s why we chose to stay at this hotel again, because we had a great experience the first time, and this time was no different. I highly recommend staying here, it’s worth the extra cost.
