Pubs and clubs have been in the area for at least 50 years anyway so don’t complain Minor electrical issues. Fan wasn’t working and one of the lights was flashing

Hard to tell what rooms are on which floors. No couch, had a couch in the photos online. Room was very dusty. Wifi didn't work, said there was no reservation for my last name.

• Megan (10/5): - This was my second stay at The Constance and like the first stay it didn’t disappoint. It’s in a great location for the Valley and the nightlife I was there for a concert. The bed was comfortable with good water pressure in shower, friendly staff greeting on arrival. Carpark was easy to access, it’s a slight walk from the hotel but wasn’t any issue accessing- safe and secure. I was in room 314 on the northern side so was quiet- it can be noisy in the opposite rooms on the Southern side as they face the local clubs and pubs, so if needing a quiet room I would suggest requesting one. Chocolates on the desk at reception- felt pressured to use the stairs to walk it off hahahah Nothing I disliked

I checked in late in the afternoon tired from travelling. The room had not been cleaned after previous guest, as the toilet was soiled and the toilet seat was broken. Blood spots on bathroom walls. I reported this to reception early the next morning and was told that I will be moved to another room when I return that day. The 2nd room was much better, so thanks to the hotel to make this change immediately. Lack of cleanliness in the room. Surfaces were dusty and walls and desk area were stained with spillages of previous guests. Room could be cleaner. Cups were cracked and stained and teaspoons were dirty. Had to clean the cups and cutlery by using boiling water to clean.

• Jamie (10/5): So close to all Brisbane has to offer! - Great location and it was very quiet in the room with the double glazed windows. I’ve stayed elsewhere in the valley before and noise was an issue however not here.
