• Schmidt (1/5): Apartamento en muy mal estado que no se puede recomendar - Buena la ubicación La ubicación Apartamento en el 2 piso sin ascensor que no fue notificado en Booking.com. Muebles en muy muy mal estado, sillas del comedor rotas, sofás que no se podían utilizar, muebles terraza muy sucios. Apartamento que no es recomendable y desacredita a Booking.com

• jennie (5/5): - Sängarna var sköna, läget vid gamla staden. Knappt någon köksutrustning, toaletten hade konstiga ljud, fanns inga hela krokar för handdukar, duschhuvedet sprutade överallt. Ena sovrummet luktade cigarettrök! Det var lyhört och grannar som festade på nätterna. Och det hörs från gatan nedanför.

Апартаменти досить комфортні та затишні Швидко повернули депозит. Власник помешкання дуже милий! З укр карти не можливо зробити депозит.Це повинен попереджати букінг. Це створило багато незручностей при поселенні. Але невдовзі ми їх вирішили. Трішки потрібно більше посуду-фужери та чашки Немає мочалок до посуду, млин до посуду теж відсутній, немає посудомийної машини.

Värden var hjälpsam och trevlig Det fanns ingen AC utan bara fläktar som lät väldigt högt. Köket var inte så bra utrustat utan saknade sånt som sax mm. Varmvattnet tog slut väldigt snabbt också

• Eleanor (9/5): Great location in the old town - This is not the pink building in the photos (I briefly wondered if I was being scammed when I received the address and that building is not there) but it is in a really good location and it's a nice modern apartment. Great value for money and would definitely recommend. My only complaint is the shower hose didnt reach the bit on the wall it was supposed to hook in to so it had to be hand-held showers. It would be an easy fix.
• Lauren (6/5): Convenient location our stay was pleasant. - Location was excellent, conveniently located to the old town with only a short walk to the beach. The shower seemed to be a bit temperamental, I only managed one hot shower over 3.5 days, although my friend managed to get hot showers. Also, a few necessities like washing up liquid would have been appreciated seeing as we were there only a few days but there was none. I didn't appreciate also having a security deposit hold placed on my credit card, incase we damaged anything, when the property felt a bit tired.
• Karen (7/5): Such a brilliant location that the tired apartment and niggles can be overlooked. - Great location in the old town, lots of cafes, shops and restaurants very close by and easy to walk to the beach. Street parking was hard to come by but we found a carpark for 10 euros for 24 hours less than 10 min walk away. Comfy double bed and good living area space, two sofas were comfy and a decent table for dining but we ate out. Nice to have a balcony. Needing a bit of TLC. Shower over bath was at fixed height and angle spraying to end of bath, would be simple to have an adjustable fitment. Grout old/dirty. Light bulbs out. No fan in the living area used the one from double bedroom but difficult to share if not going to bed and getting up at the same time! (True units in the other bedrooms blow out more hot air than cold air so actually heat the room) Sunshade canopy on balcony broken and tied up so unusable. Kitchen very modern but difficult to get to the oven due to shelf in the way, very limited utensils. TV not a smart TV as stated. No brush to sweep floors, but was a mop. Nothing in the apartment at all to wash up or clean with. It was mid 30’s when we stayed so lack of fans and canopy was difficult, nylon bed sheet didn’t help! The street is quite noisy till the early hours bit to be expected in the town. Generally just a lack of attention to maintenance and little things that would have made our stay better.

• Iulia (7/5): Good - It's right in the old town center, a superb location. There are paid parking lots nearby. The apartment is spacious and the single beds are generous enough for two people. Since it was March, the apartment was quite cold, there was no air conditioning or central heating, but we had 2 portable radiators to plug in and it was okay. It wouldn't have hurt to have some sugar, oil, dish detergent in the kitchen, and soap in the bathroom.

• Saida (5/5): I wish it was better. We loved Marbella but the apartment facilities really was a let down - Location was excellent. Easy stroll to the old town and the beach and local delicious bakeries and cafes. For a family who chose to stay longer than couple of nights I felt like the apartment was lacking basic things that could have made our stay much more comfortable. Things like salt and pepper, breakfast cereal bowls, a kettle, a broom would have been very useful to have for a family and keep the apartment tidy as kids bring sand from the beach and there is no way to clean it. Asked for those things at the beginning of the stay and was told to go and get them myself. Not impressed with that.
• Mohammad (3/5): We suffered and were dissatisfied staying at this apartment. - We checked in on 22.06.23 and checked out on 24.06.23. The apartment’s only advantage is it’s proximity to the sea beach. We checked in on 22.06.23 and checked out on 24.06.22. But, we are unhappy to stay at his apartment. Because, (1) Hot water was unavailable after one day. (2) WiFi was not functional since the beginning of our stay. (3) Mattress of Master Bedroom was not comfortable. (4) The apartment did not possess air conditioning system. at all, even though, it was advertised. Although, after reporting, he provide fans, the fans were of low quality. (5) Shower curtain of only one full Bathroom is very old, shorter in width, torn.(6) In the description on facilities, the following 5 items were shown, along with other aspects: Shower, Bath, Private Bathroom, Bath or Shower and Additional Toilet. It is going to confuse a customer, who may think that it has multiple Bathrooms. But, in has only one full bathroom and a toilet only. Considering all the adversities, it’s rent should be much lower.
• Steve (8/5): Enjoyable - Prime location - good size for 3 adults at a strong price - super weekend base. The front door lock is very difficult to open and quite clearly needs replacing - this was a major irritant. Same applies to a very loose shower head.

Nice balcony with plenty of sunshine in the day. would be great to have a kettle. The shower at times went cold but nothing major
