• Christopher (9/5): - Delightful budget hotel. Well located only a ten minute walk to the bus station, fifteen minutes to the harbour. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet with comfortable beds. The fridge and kettle was appreciated. Many thanks to our host Nikos for making us feel at home and being so helpful. WiFi intermittent.

• Anonymous (10/5): Timeless art in the heart of Chania - Friendly helpful staff, value for money and the location somewhere in the heart of Xania. I liked the style of the hotel. Sometimes more nowadays Greece tries to do luxury, almost as if it could improve the view and not spoil the feeling. Tina's hotel is timeless art like so many and should be supported. It is Greece and you can't beat Greece.

Vous pouvez demander au réceptionniste il vous conseillera parfaitement. Quartier calme, pas de pollution sonore. Les chambres vieillotes mais c'est un hôtel 1 étoile on ne peut donc pas demander la lune.

Das Hotel liegt zentral und alles ist gut zuerreichen. Es ist klein, aber alles ist sauber und jeden Tag wird geputzt. Ein gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Frühstücksmöglichkeiten und viele Cafés, alles da. Sehr schön ist der angrenzende Park. Nachts etwas laut am Wochenende, aber das war bei der Lage zuerwarten.

• Stacey (6/5): Perfect location, close to Chania bus station - top marks for Nikos! - We stayed for one night at Tine Hotel in preparation for the Samaria Gorge hike. We wanted to be close to the bus station. The hotel is a little dated but the owner/proprietor is very open about this in the description when booking. The hotel met our expectations completely, but was perfect for what we needed. Nikos is just fabulous, he kindly let us store our luggage whilst we went our hike, I felt like he couldn't do enough to help us with our stay. Super hospitable and brilliant communication. The bathroom was dated, but i was fully aware what i had paid for so wasn't disappointed.

• Monica (10/5): Ningún tipo de empatía - Apartamento con vistas preciosas y ubicación inmejorable. Al llegar nos esperaba fruta y agua en la nevera, un detalle que se agradece mucho. Todo muy fácil para encontrar las llaves y entrar. Muy contentas con la estancia, totalmente recomendable. Reservamos por error la noche posterior a la que necesitábamos y al llegar nos dimos cuenta del error. La respuesta del hombre del mostrador fue levantar las manos y decir, literalmente, “no es mi problema, yo no soy Dios”, alzando la voz, con muy malas maneras y sin mostrar el más mínimo interés en ayudar ni en hacer que booking nos devolviera el dinero, no puso nada de su parte para compensar o buscar alternativas pese a que eran las 7 de la tarde y no teníamos donde dormir. La falta de empatía y profesionalidad fue total. No lo recomendaría.

• Denisa (10/5): Perfect central stay with an amazing host - Great location, you are at walking distance to everything you need, bus stop, restaurants, shops, the Old Town. However it is not that noisy even if it is a central location. Nikos is an amazing guy, always up to help and made sure I had a perfect stay. I stayed for more than one week, the room was cleaned everyday and I have no complaints. -
