• JULIANA (4/5): El peor hotel de mi vida - No tengo nada positivo para decir No quedaba dentro del hotel. Hay que ir al hotel y te indican cómo llegar a un edificio cerca de apartamentos de familia. Donde es difícil llegar por qué el letrero es dentro y no se ve nada. Me dieron la llave 710. Yo asumí que era el piso 7…. Nunca me explicaron que era piso 2. Me toque volver al hotel con la maleta. Y me llevaron. No me sentí segura en un apartamento con la puerta abierta y donde cada habitación ya es individual. Por ende pedí que no la arreglaran. No quería que entrara nadie. El internet malo muy malo. La cama y almohadas regulares. En la ducha no hay donde poner las cosas. Los muebles son en mal estado. Booking no debería recomendar este hotel

Camera compatta, ma molto pulita e con arredi di discreta qualità! Ci tornerei! L'unico difetto è stata la dimensione compatta della camera, che non si è rivelato un grande problema considerando che la maggior parte del tempo lo abbiamo passato fuori

• Ioan (9/5): Prea putin timp afectat pentru Bologna - Rezervarea nu a inclus micul dejun, amplasarea foarte buna, fata de locurile noastre de interes. Terasa asccesibila prin baie. Cafeaua insuficienta ( doua capsule) si 500 ml apa pentru 3 persoane.

• Ivonne (7/5): Praktische, ruime kamer - Op loopafstand van het station. Ruime kamer, goed bed. Door de tl-verlichting was de kamer niet echt gezellig. Daar zou wat aan gedaan kunnen worden.

• Dolly_Dagger (4/5): A horrible experience - The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good. I arrived as declared at about 21h30, fairly tired from a full day's travel. As the room was in an annex, it was necessary to collect the keys (actually a pass code) from the main reception. I was provided with a map of the whole of Bologna and in the top corner the receptionist made some squiggles regarding the location of the room. There were three sites and I had to guess which was mine. I got it wrong. So had to return to the hotel who (having not told me the first time) indicated the correct site. Having found the site and with a room of "710" and not being in the best of moods I assumed it was on the seventh floor which it wasn't. It was the first floor (that information was in fairly innocuous typeface on the piece of paper containing my passcode). Two other guests (staying on the third floor) took pity on me and we tried to find the way around on the first floor. Eventually I navigated successfully to my room. The signage was rubbish. I cannot believe this is the first time a guest has experienced these problems and why the hotel doesn't provide a large scale local map with clear markings and better instructions escapes me. The wifi was unusable, something I haven't experienced for years. And for the price I would have expected something better than rubbish instant coffee.

Misleading listing and unsafe setup for solo travelers I booked a hotel room with 24-hour reception through http://Booking.com, but was actually sent to a separate building 300 meters away that operates like a shared accommodation. As a woman traveling alone, I avoid Airbnb-style stays for safety reasons, and this felt no different. You’re placed on a floor with other strangers. If someone had bad intentions, there’s no staff on-site to help. You’d have to push your way into your room, and if you screamed, only other guests would hear you. There’s no one for emergencies, tourist info, or technical issues like the light not working in room 708. The room was extremely hot and the AC couldn’t be turned on. Finding the room itself was frustrating: you need to enter a code across 3 different screens with poor signage. http://Booking.com showed photos with shampoo that wasn’t provided. At check-in, the receptionist at the main hotel 300 meters away announced my room number out loud in front of several unknown men. I can read the paper - why say it out loud? The shower was very narrow, and the faucet was at elbow height, making it easy to accidentally shut off the water or change the temperature. Information about the city tax wasn’t clear on Booking. Other places in Italy list it much more clearly upfront. I chose this place for its location near the train station, but instead I had to go to one location for check-in, then walk another 300 meters with my suitcase to the actual room. Not what was advertised, and not safe or practical for solo female travelers.

• Ian (7/5): - The room was adequate no tea making facilities( no cups,no milk, no teabags) safe was non functional, bathroom door lock not working, view was industrial, no air-conditioning, there was no sign indicating where the apartments was situated we went up and down the lift trying each floor individually. we eventually found them by asking a service engineer if he knew of their whereabouts and showing us to them!!

• Elisabetta (7/5): - Una delle porte 3 porte dell' alloggio in via Milazzo a cui si accedeva con il codice è stata aperta tutto il giorno e notte. Poteva quindi accedervi chiunque senza codice , per una questione di sicurezza non va bene .
• bEAU (7/5): Short walk from train station but a bit far from old town. - Near train station. A bit far from old town, about 15 mins walk. Facility in room is good. Elevator available. You have to go to hotel to get the room key code. Luggage storage at hotel. Room is in another building not too far from the hotel but you have to find the way to get into it. But be careful as hotel as many rental property in nearby area.

• vicki (4/5): Hard to fine , not overly friendly, late check in but clean and basic (not delux) - Close to the train station ,clean It was like a sauna no air on on asked for a fan and they never got back to us , not easy to find after checking in at the hotel the Delux rooms are not on site so struggled to find it and they gave us the wrong PIN numbers luckily we found a lovely cleaner who helped us and sorted it. Check was suppose to be 3pm arrived at 2.30 and had to wait until 3.15 !

• Marta (3/5): Nada recomendable. - El alojamiento está muy cercano a la estación central de tren y a otras paradas de autobús que te llevan al centro en pocos minutos. La ducha era cómoda. Prácticamente todo. No es fácil encontrar la ubicación de las habitaciones, ya que no están donde el hotel Astoria. La habitación es más pequeña que la que nos aparecía en la reserva. No funciona el WiFi. La habitación estaba con la calefacción encendida fuerte y en la reserva pone que hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Pero no es así, al llamar a recepción nos dicen que como aún es abril, no funciona el aire acondicionado, así que estamos 3 días con mucho calor (en la calle está haciendo 24 grados). Su única solución es „invitarnos al desayuno“. Las toallas que nos dan tienen pelos, las camas muy viejas y colchón incómodo. También se supone que incluía productos de aseo en la ducha y dentro de la ducha hay únicamente jabón de manos. En resumen, para nada recomendable.

Ho chiamato in reception (alle ore 16:00 circa)e mi è stato detto "non è possibile, nessuno ci ha detto niente" e insistendo poi hanno detto che sarebbero venuti a controllarla (io e il mio compagno nel mentre siamo usciti). Torniamo in tarda sera (circa le 00:30) e troviamo la finestra ancora rotta, chiamo di nuovo la reception e mi risponde uno, come se gli dasse fastidio, insistendo del fatto che di notte in inverno non si può dormire con la finestra aperta... e mi viene risposto "accendete il termosifone", ho chiesto di cambiare stanza, ma senza risultato, e neanche si sono scusati dell'intoppo della stanza. Non consiglio a nessuno questo hotel.
• Gabriela (3/5): - Contratei o serviço de hotel e me colocaram em um apartamento estilo Airbnb, com a suposta alegação de "up grede". Certo é que quem procura e reserva hotel não quer serviço de Airbnb, pois caso contrário teria reservado tal modalidade de hospedagem pagando menos. Não disfrutei de serviços do hotel como a possibilidade de café da manhã, portaria e academia, pois precisava me deslocar até a sede do hotel. Camas péssimas!!!!!! Cama, é o principal mobiliário de uma hospedagem!!!! Reservei quarto para casal e o colchão eram dois de solteiros unidos e que faziam um buraco no meio da cama. Como tínhamos outra cama pelo "up grade", na forma de sofá cama, usamos para ver se era melhor. Ledo engano, era muito pior!!!! O corpo ficava em forma de U. Não recomendo

• Serena (6/5): Speravo meglio - La stanza pulita, letto comodo C'era un bollitore ( come da descrizione) ma non le bustine dl the, una bottiglia d'acqua e nemmeno i bicchieri. Abbiamo provato in una cucina in comune con altre stanze ma era completamente vuota di tutto. Non passano la colazione agli appartamenti se non con un costo aggiuntivo ma almeno la possibilità di farsi un the. Anche se con il prezzo pagato almeno la colazione potrebbe essere inclusa nel prezzo

• Jasmine (9/5): Ottima struttura, staff molto gentile e disponibile. - Struttura pulita, ogni cosa necessaria per un soggiorno comodo sia di breve che lunga durata. C’era anche una cucina in condivisione che non abbiamo avuto l’occasione di utilizzare, ma che sembrava ben attrezzata. Lo staff molto disponibile. Ottima posizione sia per raggiungere facilmente a piedi il centro, sia per raggiungere facilmente tramite navetta l’arena unipol! Sicuramente prenoteremo nuovamente qui in caso dovessimo tornare a Bologna!

También habia una pequeña nevera que me resultó muy cómoda para tener agua fría. 1 de las 2 luces del baño no encendía por lo que no veía bien para maquillarme. Y que en 5 dias nadie fue a cambiarme las toallas, ni me ofrecieron esa posibilidad pagando.

• Dayanna (5/5): Estadia viável, considerando a localização. - O quarto é espaçoso e bem localizado. Os interruptores das luzes não funcionavam bem, a fechadura da porta do banheiro estava esculhambada e dentro do quarto se pode escutar muito o barulho externo; algo bastante incômodo.

• Sándor Zoltán (9/5): Kellemes, kényelmes és tiszta szállás - Tágas, tiszta szállás, nagyon jó városon belüli elhelyezkedéssel. Nekem tetszett az is, hogy kóddal lehetett bejutni a szállásba. A világításkapcsolók kissé bizonytalanok. Esetleg a liftben és a lépcsőházban jól látható irányítótáblák sokat tudnának segíteni a bejárat megtalálásában
