• Tripti (10/5): Home away from home - The layout of the property was really nice. We liked the indoor/ outdoor feel. Every room had the basic facilities, was kept clean and the beds were really comfortable. The highlight of our stay was Ary and Gede. Ary’s communication has been exceptional from the beginning. They were both on hand to help whenever we needed and no request was too much for them. We felt well looked after and are grateful for their hospitality. Nothing!

Gede er bare et utrolig fint menneske 😊 Huset er veldig fint, rommene føles private. Bra lokalisert, rett ved resturanter og ikke så langt å gå til stranden. Vi kunne ikke bedt om mer! Definitely recommend. - We’ll laid out property, loved the huge pool and massages coming to you. All rooms are beautiful and place looks exactly like the pics. Some construction noise but nothing too bad.

• Keren (8/5): All was good, but a little disappointed at pictures v reality - Ari & Gede were amazing hosts and provided exceptional service. The size of the villa and all that was available was great. It is in a good location. The pictures need to be updated as the villa is a bit more worn out than what they portray. The villa is clean, but certain areas could do with a major scrub down, especially the koi fish pond and swimming pool.
• Alexis (8/5): Comfortable and clean villa, lovely hosts. - The Villa was clean and comfortable. So refreshing to take a dip in the salt water pool after a day out sightseeing or shopping. Gede and Ary could not do enough for us. Gede took care of our special requests and Ary brought fresh fruit and made us a Balinese cake! The location is between Sunset Road and Jl. Raya Seminyak, a short walk away where there are lots of shops and restaurants. The beach is a bit far away to walk there.

We were welcomed with fresh juice, villa was cleaned spotless each day and ary always went out of her way to prepare fresh fruit for us everyday! The villa itself was stunning and definitely worth the price! Floating breakfast prepared by ary and gede was amazing! Overall 1000/1000 would highly recommend ! Nothing, everything was amazing

• Collette (9/5): Perfect family base to explore Bali - The Villa is in a fantastic location & the inside layout is perfect for a large family. The host & team were fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful. Pool Filters would have been a great addition to control the daily wildlife and plants that had gotten into the pool & maybe consider getting something more industrial to combat the mosquito problem. The plug-ins alone weren't enough to combat the issue.

Very professional and there to help with everything, he made the last few days of our trip so much more enjoyable and put us at ease after having a bad experience with previous accommodation. We will definitely be back 🫶🏽 We cant fault anything but the aircon could be a little stronger.

• Keziah (8/5): Wonderful villa in heart of Seminyak - Villa Beji is a beautiful villa located centrally to a nice bustling road in Seminyak! Gede is a wonderful villa host, who was easily available and just such an amazing person who became a friend - he made our stay even more wonderful! The pool is big and spacious and there is lots of seating areas to enjoy the villa and the weather! We will definitely miss staying in this beautiful villa! Overall the villa was wonderful, but I would recommend an upgrade of the kitchen equipment and perhaps better coffee and tea facilities for those like me who love coffee in the morning.
• Lye (3/5): I wouldn't recommend for families with children. - Not really very clean everywhere and there were visible stains on the bedsheets. Whenever you open the connecting toilet door, the entire bedroom shakes and makes a sound, waking my baby up often.
• Rochelle (8/5): Very good - the villa is perfect for family and friends… clean, big pool, and just about 18min walk to the beach. I just hope next time we book there the aircon in the master’s bed room is fixed already. But will definitely recommend this villa and will book there again when I go back to Bali.

Access to all shops, restaurants, beach, money exchange, 24 hrs super market, at walkable distance. My son loved the private pool inside the villa. We would like to thank Maviba Rentals team i.e. Ayu, Utami, Ari for answering all our queries very patiently before our arrival. The housekeeper, Gede made the entire stay & visit to Bali, simply phenomenal. He not only took care of the property, but also drove us around to all the possible places we could cover during our 5 day stay. Not Applicable since we did not find anything unfavorable
