• Grant (10/5): Perfect Stay in Rome. - Great location. Walking distance to Vatican City. The hotel was modern, very clean, the staff were amazing and they had a peaceful garden where drinks were served. Nothing.

• Guest (4/5): 不推荐，很糟糕的服务态度 - 前台接待的女生非常友好热情，酒店内的设施还不错，应该经历过翻新 实际上我对这个酒店非常不满，首先它在地理位置上具有欺骗性，离那些真正著名的景点并没有很近，去梵蒂冈绝不是十五分钟步行而是三十分钟，附近没有任何地铁站，而且对面就是一件监狱，我不推荐任何女性或者带孩子的家庭入住，因为监狱里的犯人总是大吵大闹，临街的房间可以很轻易听到他们的声音，这让人从心理上就非常膈应。当我们向工作人员反映的时候得到的反馈是非常消极的，一个男经理不停强调说评论里有很多人提到了监狱，我们应该对此有所准备，实际上你可以看到这个酒店本身的页面没有任何地方提及附近有监狱而且临街的房间就正对着犯人的房间这件事情，这是一个很可耻的文字游戏，而且他的态度很差，不断打断我说的话，要求我们支付三百匹来换房间，而我们为这个酒店已经支付了将近七百欧，我非常不推荐，这个价格并不便宜，即使在罗马性价比也很低

• Bourdeau (10/5): Reasonably priced, large clean 2 bedroom apartment- room. - Location : perfect. In the Trastervere part of Rome so lively restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. 10 mins Walt across the Tibet river to central Rome. Hotel works more like independent rooms with access to a breakfast room and large patio and garden. Easy and quick communication with the owners. Great value for money.

Ha un giardino davvero tranquillo, a pochi metri da Regina Coeli. Non credo si possa migliorare qualcosa che è pressoché perfetto. Il giusto equilibrio tra utilità e prezzo.

In two minutes, you can be strolling along the Tiber River towards a lively restaurant scene nearby. The Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Vatican City are within walking distance. The accommodation was clean and was equipped with all necessary facilities. The staff were very friendly.

• Federico (5/5): Un peccato, un albergo con potenzialità ma gestito male. - La posizione e la vasca idromassaggio erano molto validi. La camera non era assolutamente al livello di suite (che è come viene definita). La camera era davvero piccola per essere una suite. Era prevista la colazione inclusa nel soggiorno, ma così non è stato; a stento veniva fornito un caffè/tè al giorno. In camera mancava quasi tutto: ciabatte, acqua, spazzolini, dentifricio, saponetta... Il personale della struttura è stato poco collaborativo. Bel posto ma tutto il servizio e la camera si sono rivelati di livello molto basso, considerando il costo di 450 € a notte tasse escluse.

• Jan (9/5): Good value for money, clean and modern. - Modern room and facilities, location close to the Vatican. On the first day of my stay there were no towles, but next day they provided them. Prisoners across the street can be quite noisy at times, but it didn’t really bother me too much. Quite far from any metro station.

• Heinz-Dieter (2/5): Wenn vier Herren 'Hotel' spielen... - Lage gut, fußläufig Vatikan, Blumenmarkt und abends Trastevere. Bus 100m, Linie 23, bis Piramide, dort Linien,Tram und Metro. Anderes Tiberufer ist Bus 23 Vatikan direkt. Gefängnis direkt benachbart mit 10m hoher Mauer. Auf der Straße gelegentlich Geb.-Feuerwerk für Insassen um Mitternacht. Kein Frühstück, aber Snack an der nächsten Ecke. Schöner Garten mit Stühlen und Tischen - keine Liegen, Schirme oder Sonnensegel. Oben auch Dachterrasse - überhaupt keine Ausstattung. Zimmer nüchtern, Schrank fehlt bei längerem Aufenthalt. Bett nur 190 lang! TV ist Sehtest, viel zu klein. Italienische und IPTV-Programme, ASTRA und Hot Bird fehlen. Bad groß, aber Dusche zu klein, keine Ablage für eigenes Shampoo. Ansonsten keine Haken, Aufmerksamkeiten (Kamm etc.), kleenex. Die FENSTER zur Staßenseite sind eine Katastrophe, einglasig, krumme Rahmen. Egal, ob auf oder zu. Schlafzeit ca. 4 Stunden, ab 5:00 sind die Möwen wach... Die selten besetzte Rezeption erzählt von vielen Plänen. Die Gäste sind also Beta-Tester. Zimmer zur Straße nicht zu empfehlen, auch schlechter Schallschutz insgesamt innen. Ok, man sieht es nicht, wenn sich Paare streiten und versöhnen... Das Hotel scheint ein Hobby nebenbei zu sein. Die Hausmappe bejubelt die vier Investoren, über Notruf, nächsten ATM, Nahverkehr etc. - nichts.

• cristina (6/5): Close enough to center if u like to walk, very clean, but if need WiFi from hotel, depend on throom. - Arecia at the front desk was amazing! Super helpful every single time. Thank you! Room was very clean, and looking good. The big problems for us was no WiFi signal in the room, even getting it from the entrance. And, been called on a situation in a very unprofessional and not cordial way from one of the managers from the hotel, probably for not much experience with customers.

• Laura (10/5): - Convenient location, nice clean rooms, nice courtyard. The staff if pretty responsive via email/WhatsApp, but given the size of the place they don't always have someone at the desk and it's certainly not a 24 hour concierge--which was fine.

• Daya (4/5): Definetly would not book again - Not too far from the city center. Air conditioner was great. The hotel is right in front of a prison. View from room was directly to the prison, looking at the inmates. Super loud screaming and banging. Not exactly what we imagined for a romantic get away. Staff was not there most of the time, and wasn’t helpful at all when we asked for help with a taxi when leaving. Asked the first day for a blanket never got one..
• ANATH (10/5): wenn wir be wieder in rom sein werden, sind wir wieder da. - es ist ein sehr gutes hotel. seit oktober eröffnet und absolut sauber, das personal sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. zwar gibt’s kein frühstück, aber eine kleine kaffeemaschine hilft über den ersten kaffeedurst. ich kann’s wirklich sehr empfehlen !! alles, wirklich alles war gut !!
