• Yvonne (10/5): Eine wunderschöne Zeit an einem wunderschönen Ort. - Ich hatte ein kleines exklusives Studio. Das Studio war mit allem ausgestattet und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Es war stilvoll eingerichtet und man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zugewandt. Zur Begrüßung gab es bereits gekühlte Getränke im Kühlschrank und frisches Obst. Ich werde sehr gerne dorthin zurückkehren.

• Irma (10/5): - Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich direkter Nähe zu Porto Montenegro. Dort gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und gepflegt, die Einrichtung ist modern und hochwertig. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Utensilien und Gewürzen ausgestattet. Es standen ausreichend Spülmaschinentabs und Waschmittel zur Verfügung. Die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber wohnen selbst im Haus. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Nichts. Alles war in bester Ordnung.

• Okan (10/5): - Check-in was very smooth. If you come with your car, there is a car park area. There is everything you need in the apartment. The location is perfect, it is just a few steps to the shopping mall and porto montenegro. The owner of the flat was very helpful, he helped us for the laundry. If i visit Montenegro again, I'll definitely prefer Villa Linz.

• Ilse (10/5): We can recommend Villa Linz and wouldn't mind going back there. - The apartment, the amenities and the welcoming host was super. The location in Tivat was very good, opposite a new modern shopping mall and restaurants. Walking distance from the Montenegro Harbour. It was a good base to visit other places around the bay - Kotor, Perast, Cable car etc. Not far from the airport - we had a 09:00 flight to catch. Although the apartment is located on a busy street, when everything was closed, the traffic sounds didn't bother us. Getting in and out of the property from the street with a car was also not a problem. There is 1 flight of stairs to take, so it will be difficult for people who can't climb the stairs.
• jose ramon (9/5): - Valoramos muy positivamente nuestra estancia. La casa estaba completamente equipada; todo nuevo y muy limpio. Es cómoda y espaciosa, con dos baños completos, un gran salón con cocina integrada y una amplia terraza. Los anfitriones estuvieron pendientes desde la llegada sin ser molestos en absoluto. Comentar que es un segundo sin ascensor. La ubicación es buena, muy cerca de las playas que, aunque no sean de arena (como en la zona en general), están animadas y tienen chiringuito, del puerto y enfrente de un centro comercial.

• Riotw7 (10/5): A cozy well equipped appartment in a great location! - Absolutely wonderful place. Everything you need is there, good quality and exactly where you would expect to find them. You can see that the place has been made to look great, feel comfortable and be easy to maintain at the same time. Zoran is a great host- if you were to need anything, they are very responsive and will sort you out in no time. And the location is just perfect - right across the street to Boka Place with shops and restaurants, with only 5 minute walk to Porto Montenegro. I am sure that if I had not liked something, Zoran would have worked it out in a moment.

• Sharon (10/5): Extraordinary vacation rental - Exceptional!! One of the best vacation homes we have ever stayed in Everything was beyond perfect. Location was amazing, could walk to supermarket, marina, shops, beach and kilometers of incredible scenery to walk in the mornings. The apartment was spotless, perfectly equipped. Basic items, tea, coffee, sugar etc were provided plus drinks, wine, beer as a welcome on our first night. Apartment was spacious and everything was new. Stunning balcony to watch the sunset. Washing machine including washing powder was included. 5 star toiletries were provided. Best of all, our landlord and his wife were just the most kind, caring and wonderful people.. I would give this stay 10 stars if I could!!

• Zimt (10/5): Amazing - Zoran is a great host, speaks English very well. He picked me up from the airport with his own car, showed me the room. He was always responsive to my messages, and provided lots of help. The flat was very modern, even luxurious. It was well cleaned, the bed sheets were clean and tidy, even the cover and pillows of the sofa were washed before I checked in. The kitchen equipment and utensils were in high quality. There was a freezer, a fridge, a microwave and an oven that are quite new and modern. It goes without saying that they were also quite clean. I rented a car and there was a parking slot under the building that I could use. The flat is very close to the Porto Montenegro. 10 min by walk. The surrounding is alright. Only disadvantage is that it is far from the beaches. Overall, I highly recommend this place and this host. It is top!! It is a little far from the beaches.
• Colin (10/5): A local gem! - The property owner Zoran in true Montenegrian style is very welcoming and informative of the area. The apartment was new and very well equipped with everything you would ever need and very clean. Was even stocked with wine, beer and chocolates for the guests. Location was great, a very short stroll to the amazing marina with an abundance of bars, cafes and restaurants. Really value for money!

The apartment has everything you need for a holiday stay. There is a supermarket a few mins walk away. It felt safe, it was very clean and modern. Zoran the host was very helpful. Everything was great, we were on the third floor so there are steps. However we found it easy and we had a baby and stroller to carry

Their warm and welcoming nature truly made me feel at home. I highly recommend Villa Linz to anyone looking for a delightful stay in Tivat. I have not seen any issues so that for me there is nothing can be improved.
