• Gabriele (8/5): Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und haben uns sehr gut erholt. Danke an alle. - Wir waren 14 Tage in dieser Unterkunft. Der Eigentümer und alle seine Angestellten waren sehr aufmerksam und sehr zuvorkommend. Das tägliche Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Am Abend konnten wir im Restaurant sehr gut essen. Die Reservierung per Whatsapp hat immer sehr gut funktioniert. Die Unterkunft würden wir jeder Zeit wieder buchen und werden diese weiterempfehlen. Ein Tisch und zwei Sessel wäre von Vorteil in der Unterkunft.

• Co (7/5): - Position position position The owner was very offhand and even was so rude he woke us up from sleep at 0130 in the morning to tell the umbrella had blown over - and then left and went to bed His manners were quite shocking - and real pity because the place is great - also he never answered a single message I sent him- not from checking options all the way to the WiFi code - I’m still waiting for any reply

Camera completa di tutto: cucinino e giardino esterno che ci hanno permesso qualche pranzo fuori dopo la spiaggia. Colazione buona, a scelta libera tra le opzioni dal menù del bar situato a circa 1.5km di distanza. Colazione un po scomoda per la distanza

• Filippo (10/5): 2 giorni a San Teodoro - La colazione la si consuma in un bar di sua proprietà ed è abbondante, cioè non si limita ad una pasta e un caffè. La camera molto pulita e profumata. La posizione non centrale, ma non si può, avere tutto. Unica cosa da migliorare sarebbe che lavabo e bidet devono avere il tappo.

Il proprietario molto disponibile La colazione “inclusa” a 1.8km di distanza dalla struttura. Senza mezzi risultata impossibile farla. Peccato… inoltre i materassi dei letti non sono molto confortevoli. Ma per un paio di notti ci si adegua tranquillamente

A 30 minuti a piedi da La Cinta (ci sono anche i parcheggi a pagamento) ma visto il traffico abbiamo preferito andar a piedi. Colazione e cena presso il bar/ristorante, Gallo blu del B€b nel centro di San Teodoro, (15 minuti a piedi) ottima qualità e freschezza dei prodotti

• cristina (9/5): - Il posto è situato in un punto strategico per visitare tante spiagge e calette, comodo per il parcheggio privato, stanze accoglienti ma soprattutto il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. In realtà ha anche il bar convenzionato per la colazione, il ristorante in cui consiglio di andare a cena e mangiare i prodotti locali tipo il porcettu e una pizzeria (quella devo tornare a provarla!). Insomma... sta a mille! Bravo!

• Guest (4/5): difficult breathing during the night - the location was perfect. it was very quite during the night. in the morning there have been some people walking around but not bad. there were mold infested walls just overpainted but you were able to smell it. During the night my partners as mine lungs began to hurt and the opening of the window as the air conditioning helped a bit. The morning after our lungs still hurt and felt different than they did before.

• Bruna Cossenzo (9/5): 4-minute drive to stunning La Cinta Beach - Gavino was helpful and friendly, he let us leave our luggage in the room before check-in time and responded to our messages promptly. The accommodation has a good-sized bedroom and bathroom, and a safe and quiet neighbourhood close to restaurants, shops and beaches. San Teodoro has a lot to offer! We loved it The restaurant where you get breakfast is easy to access if you drive. But if you're going during summertime without a car, walking 20min under a scorching sun can be torture. We didn't have this problem because we rented a car and highly recommend you do the same no matter where you stay in Sardegna.

• Lynne (6/5): Not what I expected. - Room was clean. Noisy apartment! The family upstairs woke me up with noises coming through the ceiling at 6 am. A child was also running up and down and screaming for an hour around sunset. No peace to be had - I managed to ask for a glass and corkscrew via what app as there is no one on premises. They arranged a kind gentleman to deliver so I could enjoy a glass of wine in a communal garden to get away from the noise. Unfortunately, the bed was really uncomfortable, and I woke up stiff every morning. Breakfast is a 1.8km walk away according to maps. If you don't have a car, this is not convenient. Especially in summer when it gets warm early. Cinta Beach is 1.2km away. All round rooms were clean and spacious. With a few improvements, the property has a lot of potential.

• Simona (8/5): - Buona posizione, vicino al centro. Parcheggio vicino alla struttura, in una zona poco trafficata e silenziosa. Buona colazione presso il.bar a circa 1km, personale molto gentile.
• Maryrudy (9/5): Qualità - prezzo ottima - Qualità - prezzo ottima per essere a San Teodoro dove i prezzi ad agosto sono davvero altini. Ho prenotato e dopo circa 30 minuti dalla prenotazione lo staff è stato subito pronto ad accoglierci con molta gentilezza. Ci hanno dato la possibilità di conservare i siberini nel freezer di un frigo accessibile in qualsiasi momento a tutti gli ospiti, cosa non così scontata in altre strutture, nonostante fosse presente un piccolo frigo in camera. Camera e bagno delle giuste dimensioni per due persone. Per la colazione viene rilasciato un voucher da utilizzare in un bar al centro del paese. Finalmente un check out alle 11 del mattino! dando così la possibilità di alzarsi con comodo e di andar a far colazione in relax essendo in vacanza.
