• G (10/5): - Letti comodi, appartamento accogliente e c'è tutto quello che serve. Ottima posizione per supermercati e parco giochi per bambini. Piccolissimo appunto il doccino non tanto stabile

(10/5): - Situato in zona tranquilla a pochi minuti a piedi dalla facoltà di ingegneria, nei dintorni bar e servizi molto comodi, l'appartamento è dotato di tutto l'occorrente per il self catering. Comodissimo il box da cui si accede direttamente all'ascensore del palazzo. oltre al letto matrimoniale in camera, anche il divano letto è estremamente confortevole. Clima e insonorizzazione della camera ottimali, impossibile chiedere di meglio.

Abbiamo passato qui 5 giorni meravigliosi, sentendoci a casa, accolti dalla bellissima Dalmine e dalla struttura comoda e ben attrezzata,sicuramente sarà la nostra scelta di fiducia per le future uscite fuori porta. Un grazie alla gestione per la cura e l'attenzione al minimo particolare.
• ANTONIYA (10/5): Very nice apartment, - Еverything is new and very clean. The instructions for check-in were very clear and easy. There is a convenient garage on the underground floor and access is by elevator.

• Emerson (10/5): - L'appartamento era veramente eccezionale e pulito e poi il fatto di poter avere un garage privato è stato il top, sia per la tranquillità di non avere la macchina fuori in strada e per noi che venivamo da un'altra vacanza, abbiamo potuto appoggiare in garage cose che non potevano stare in macchina,visto che abbiamo girato durante la giornata. • Zainab (10/5): The stay was comfortable and conveniently located near Lake Como, Lake Garda, and Brescia - I’ve explored several places around Italy, but this one is exceptional. The house has everything you could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen to a well-stocked bathroom, along with thoughtful treats from the host. It truly felt like a 5-star hotel experience in a cozy, comfortable home. Everything went above and beyond expectations. The location, cleanliness, and the host’s warm hospitality and responsiveness were all top-notch. This won’t be my last stay here, and I’ll definitely recommend it to friends and family! A few dishes and cups in the cupboard weren’t clean when we arrived, but aside from that, everything was perfect.

The apartment was clean and very well equipped, there were everything you might need. The host was friendly and provide me with fast assistance via WhatApp. Safe parking in garage, I liked it very much. My family was happy with our stay in this apartment. The sofa bed in the living room squeaks a lot, but this is a minor issue compared to the advantages of this place, and I believe it can be easily fixed.

It is sparkle clean, the terrace is very long, with acces from all the rooms and also from the bathroom. The bed was really comfortable. Self check-in so you don't need to bother anyone in case you arrive late like we deed The location of the bathroom window is a bit weird, you need to have it closed when you take a shower. The couch's mattress is a bit hard to sleep on, we were 3 persons and one had to sleep on the couch.

Well equipped apartment: washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, hairdryer etc. Elevator and garage was a big plus. Great selection of coffee and tea provided on arrival. Very good communication with the host. If anything could be improved it would probably be the mattress in the bedroom which was a bit too soft (subjective).
