- marklea03 (10/5): - This villa is great. You have the whole four bedroom villa with pool to yourself. It has everything you need for your holiday. It is a very clean and spacious place, with a fully equipped kitchen for your home cooking. It is in a very peaceful location, just 10 minutes walk into the beautiful town for river cruises and trips to the Lycian and Kainos ruins. Ismail, the owner, is a very friendly man and very responsive to our messages. He was there to meet us and make us at home. I can not recommend this villa, highly enough, especially as the price is so very reasonable for what you get. Nothing, everything was very good.
- Matthew (10/5): - It was a larger than expected property with lots of seating outside and inside. It is a short walk into town but is near to supermarket and Saturday market.
- Emma (9/5): - Very well equipped house, it has everything you need. 2 Ensuite rooms with comfortable beds. The pool is decent size and enjoyable with citrus trees next to it. 10 mins walk to town centre. We would love to come back for longer holidays in this place. Thank you! Nothing.

- María José (10/5): Casa ideal para estancia familiar - La ubicación y la casa está muy bien, la cocina está totalmente equipada y tiene zona de barbacoa en el jardín. Ismail es muy atento y siempre preocupado porque todo estuviera bien. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. .
- Amanda (9/5): Very good value for a young family - Villa owners was very helpful and kind. Offered us a lift to the ferry to kaunos. Came out on his bike to escort our airport transfer driver to the villa. Lovely bedding and well equipped kitchen. We only stay a short time, but pool looked lovely There are many places to eat pretty near by. But it was a bit too far from our usual Dalyan haunts for my husband with Parkinson's to walk to.

- Jedediah (10/5): Roomy house with a great pool - Comfortable house and great value. The house has four bedrooms. There are four single beds and two queen size beds. Pool looks nice, but it was way too cold for us to take advantage. Overall, an incredible value and would stay again. Only thing that was a negative was the Internet was very poor.
- Andrew (9/5): Very relaxing stay in lovely villa suitable for large family in quiet backwater but close to town. - Large villa with 4 bedrooms, large living room and fully equipped kitchen. Quiet area but a short walk into town. It does have wifi although the listing says it doesn't. Also private pool. There is a TV but only 4 English speaking channels. It does have Youtube and Netflix but you will need to log in with your own details. Towels are provided. The owner was on hand and promptly dealt with any problems that we had. The en-suite showers were cold water you have to use the shower in the main bathroom which is electric. No heating and the last night there was very cold. This would not be a problem in summer months.
- Laura (10/5): Sssh it's a secret - I almost want to keep this little gem a secret. The location was superb. About a 10 min walk into town but with shops and bars along the way. All bedrooms were a fair size and no waiting on bathrooms due to there being plenty. Fair size pool and basically everything you would need. I will not hesitate to rebook on my next trip to Dalyan Nothing not to like
