• Alisa (10/5): Отлично! - Недалеко от центра, хорошее соотношение цена и качество, уютно, чисто, всё необходимое было в апартаментах. Владелец апартаментов всегда был на связи, всё подробно рассказал) апартаменты находятся внутри дворика, в который есть отдельный вход. Так как апартаменты на первом этаже, и имеют небольшие окна, естественного освещения почти нет, но это не смотря на это, при исскуственном освещении все равно уютно))

• Pavla (9/5): - Ubytování je prostorné a čisté. Cítila jsem se tam bezpečně, jelikož do bytu se vcházelo přes dvůr, který měl ještě vlastní bránu. Postel byla měkká, což jsem ocenila. Všude bylo dost úložného prostoru, žaluzie i závěsy, takže na noc byla tma. Ta je tedy v bytě celý den, protože je v přízemí. Předání klíčů proběhlo hladce, v bytě bylo připravené i malé občerstvení na snídani, voda a káva.

Davvero l'ideale per visitare la città di Catania. Vicina ai maggiori siti di importanza culturale e gastronomica della città. Ci tornerei volentieri. Grazie di tutto.

Soggiorno coincidente con I festeggiamenti per Sant'Agata. Poca fruibilita' dei marciapiedi per i pedoni, occupati stabilmente come parcheggiodalle vetture.

• Renate (8/5): - Total schöne Wohnung, Möbel neu und mit liebe eingerichtet Die Kopfkissen sind sehr hart, es gab leider nur lauwarmes Wasser, welches bei den Temperaturen völlig in Ordnung war.

• Monica (5/5): Passable - Quiet, spacious home just a short walk from the city center, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and shops. I didn’t use the kitchen, but it’s well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful. However, overall cleanliness was disappointing, and the bedsheets were not clean, bad odours.

Excellent bed! - The apartment is just like the foto's; there was a big plate with all kinds of sweets, the location is very quiet and very near the historical city center of Catania. Nearby Via Plebiscito is great for local convenient shopping. The check-in process went smoothly and punctual. I missed a list with practical information: how, where and when to get rid of garbage (other than throwing it on the street), nearest supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, green grocer, etc. The neighborhood doesn't look very promising with neglected or ruined buildings and garbage everywhere. But I had no bad experiences and felt quite safe.
• Carolina (9/5): Superb - Great space, with a well equipped kitchen. There were several free snacks and coffee, which was very convenient. The host was very friendly, and I was able to do the check in late at night without issues. The location is not the best. It’s possible to do everything on foot but the streets are dirty and very desert. However, I read about this before and there was nothing I wasn’t expecting and I didn’t feel unsafe.

• Dagfinn (10/5): A hidden gem of a place! - A perfectly lovely apartment in a quiet part of town (a very quiet backyard anyway). A big bedroom with plenty wardrobe space and a commode and very comfortable bed. A big kitchen with all the amenities (and a huge array of all things sweet and breakfasty italian style to choose from) and a great bathroom! In short, a real cracker! Nothing to report here, everything was just GREAT!

• Noel (7/5): Google maps surrounding area before booking - It was clean and tidy. The area didn't feel safe to walk around at night. There was no view the apartment was within a courtyard. No spare Bed sheets and towels in the apartment were replaced on the fifth day of my stay.

Super clean and comfortable, all the amenities, linen and towels, tea and coffee, and even some snacks! I only stayed a night but would have been so happy staying here longer. The location is also good, not far from buses but also not a long walk to the centre or the station. The host was very kind to wait for me even though I arrived much later than I originally said (late plane!). Would happily stay here again. Honestly, can’t think of anything.

This place has everything you can literally live here . Only missing an ironing board lol. The neighborhood looks a little scary but it’s all good. Lots of local families around I guess.

Welcoming host, welcome gift bucket with multiple choices for making an Italian breakfast in the morning. Tea, coffee maker, wonderful coffee. Everything was perfect - location, cleanliness, facilities, communication with the host. I highly recommend this place!

• Natalie (6/5): Pleasant - Nice hosts, close to the center. Damp with a strong musty smell. Because the apartment is on the first floor of a very narrow courtyard there is almost no natural light. There is a lot of electric light, but the lack of natural light is depressing. An upstairs neighbor likes to sing loudly and she is a very bad singer.
• Lucy (9/5): A great, comfortable stay, thank you! - Great property. It was spacious, really clean and I slept like a baby, the mattress was so comfortable!! (not good if you need a firm mattress). It had everything I needed, the host was attentive when I needed help and they left a huge bowl of breakfast snacks. I would stay here again! As a solo female traveller, the street felt a bit intimidating especially after sunset but it was fine as the apartment was less than 5 mins walk from the busier parts of town. But the property itself I have nothing negative to say!

• Alessio (9/5): Great stay - Great stay, overall almost perfect Avoid reaching it from the side way of the city, I had almost eaten by 3 big dogs (I had to yell at them) and I didn't feel safe for the people screaming and boys selling firecrackers. Otherwise, if you go from the city center, everything will be right.
• Peter (10/5): Very nice stay - It was just short visit of Catania...I spent only one quick night in Casa vacanza Kristal...everything was fine...as previous guests mentioned...the location might seem little bit shady...but it is really nothing to worry about...the truth is some streets in Catania are just little dirty...but that has nothing to do with Casa vacanza Kristal...their place is really nice, clean, well equipped and for me in very good position...10-15 minutes easy walk to cathedral...and another 25 minutes to free beach...which was really ideal... For sure I can only recommend this place to some other people...
• Michael (10/5): 10.0 - It's a very very nice appartment. Extraordinarily clean and new. Very very quiet because it's in the courtyard. Large public parking right around the corner. Easily accessible by car. Communication with Alessandro was very smooth, even though I arrived outside the announced time. 20 minutes walk to beach (Spiaggia Libera) and city centre (Elephant). I'm very confidently giving a 10.0. Absolutely no view. No restaurants right around the corner. The area might seem a bit dirty, but this is Catania, and not St. Moritz.

• Татьяна (9/5): Superb - Nice and well-equipped apartment suitable for longer stays as well. The kitchen has a gas stove and a necessary set of dishes and cutlery. The bathroom is clean, some toiletries are provided. The bed is quite big and comfortable. My only concern about this place was the neighborhood. The apartment's situation itself is good; it is only 10-15 minutes by walk to the St. Agata Cathedral and Etna Street. But it is not the most pleasant walk, especially in the darkness. (I don't think it was really unsafe there, it was just I didn't feel comfortable walking there alone). So maybe for couples or groups, it wouldn't be an issue.

I love to stay there again👍 The street was little bit untidy But when you enter the property it is wonderful. It’s so worth the money.

The staff were great, responding to my every question and going above and beyond to make this a comfortable stay for me. They still need a few things to be fully set up but it has everything you need to get by for the moment Not so much what I didn't like, just stating that it's a little bit further from the action but only a 5min walk to get to things which was fine

• Dylan (10/5): Great Stay - New, very clean close to highway & beach by car and center of Catania by foot. (5 min). Just around the corner is a street where is always free parking available even if you have a big car like a Jeep. The location is very ideal if you have a car that you use every day and don’t want to be bothered finding parking in the center. I’m was positively surprised even if the property had no reviews yet. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely consider this accommodation again if I’m back in Catania. The neighborhood seems shabby and dirty at first but you get used to it very quick. 2 streets and you’re in the center.
