• Mira (10/5): Cool, clean, and carefully curated loft. - Stylish, minimalist loft thoughtfully designed with attention to detail and some cool touches throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. Would gladly return. No natural light. The extendable sofa not most comfortable.

More specifically, shower handle cord fixed with tape (was running well though), no shower curtain so water was dropping everywhere. Small water leakage below the toilet base (no smell though).

• Giwrgos (10/5): - Εξαιρετική διαμονή σε ένα μοντέρνο και άνετο loft!* Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός, με μοντέρνα διακόσμηση και όλες τις ανέσεις που θα μπορούσε να χρειαστεί κανείς. Η τοποθεσία ιδανική, κοντά σε μέσα μεταφοράς, εστιατόρια και σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ φιλικός, εξυπηρετικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει με κάθε απορία. Ιδανική επιλογή για ζευγάρια ή επαγγελματικά ταξίδια. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!

• Georgios (10/5): - Δεν έχω κανένα παράπονο γενικά ιδανικό κατάλυμα ήσυχη γειτονιά, θα το ξανά προτιμούσα στο μέλλον
• AngelosP (10/5): Άνεση και Καθαριότητα - Το κατάλυμμα βρίσκεται σε μία ήσυχη γειτονιά, 15 λεπτά περπάτημα από τον Λευκό Πύργο. Σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών βρίσκονται σούπερ μάρκετ, φούρνοι, καφέ και εστιατόρια. Το διαμέρισμα αν και είναι ψηλοτάβανο, ήταν πολύ ζεστό. Το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ άνετο και γενικά ο χώρος έλαμπε από καθαριότητα. Παρόλο που το διαμέρισμα είναι ισόγειο και έχει έλλειψη φυσικού φωτός, σου δίνει μία πολύ ωραία αίσθηση άνεσης και ζεστασιάς. Σίγουρα ο καναπές δεν συνάδει με το επίπεδο του υπόλοιπου διαμερίσματος και πρέπει να αντικατασταθεί.
• mike diam (8/5): - Πάρα πολύ ωραίο και προσεγμένο δωμάτιο και προπάντων ζεστό. Η περιοχή κοντά στο κέντρο για βόλτα με τα πόδια. Πολύ καλή επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη. Υπήρχε ένα θεματάκι ηχομόνωσης με το επάνω διαμέρισμα. Η περιοχή τρομερά δύσκολη για παρκάρισμα, όλα τα αυτοκίνητα χτυπημένα.
• Ανδρειωμένος (10/5): - Ο χώρος κάλυψε τις ανάγκες μας. Ένας ενήλικας με δύο παιδιά 14&17 χρόνων. Θέλαμε λίγο ιδιωτικότητα για το κορίτσι μας και ο χώρος μας την έδωσε όπως ακριβώς θέλαμε. Πολύ καθαρά και πολλές έξτρα παροχές. Το σημείο ιδανικό για βόλτες με τα πόδια. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανα όταν έρθουμε στην πόλη.

• Ανδρέας (10/5): Απολαυστική - Εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, φανταστικός χώρος, σε κεντρικό, αλλά ήσυχο σημείο. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά εάν απαιτηθεί, χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!
• CHRISTINA (9/5): - Καθαριότητα, συνεννόηση με τον ιδιοκτήτη, πολύ κοντά σε κεντρικές οδούς με συγκοινωνία, σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο. Είχε παροχές σκευών κουζίνας και σίδερο για τα ρούχα. Είναι χρήσιμο να έχει και σεσουάρ μαλλιών.

• Dimopoulou (10/5): Μια ευχάριστη εμπειρία. - Πολύ προσεγμένο και καθαρό κατάλυμα σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, για βολτες στη παραλιακή, στο κεντρο της πόλης, στα μουσείακλπ.. Ευγενικός και πρόθυμος οικοδεσπότης. Ήσυχο περιβάλλον και άνετο κρεβάτι για έναν ξεκούραστο ύπνο. Το αυτοκίνητο, το έβαλα σε ένα κοντινό πάρκινγκ. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπέλεγα!

• MAREK (8/5): - Lokalizacja znakomita. Trochę kłopotu było z zaparkowaniem, ale znalazłem parking położony 10 min. pieszo od lokalu.

Прохолодно, є кондиціонер (що дуже рятувало коли на вулиці 40 градусів спеки) Після поїздки з аеропорту по спеці на нас чекала холодна вода в холодильнику і еспресо машинка з капсулами під неї 😍 Дуже приємні господарі, допомогали з усіма питаннями. Апартаменти знаходяться в 2 кварталах від моря, навколо кафешки та магазинчики, поруч велика вулиця де ходять автобуси до пляжів за містом. Приємний район щоб гуляти навколо, особливо ввечорі коли спека вже спала. Головне двоспальне ліжко знаходиться наверху, але диван внизу розкладається і там можна комфортно спати теж Дуже сподобалося, рекомендую! Трошки душно та темно, адже вікон нема - тільки балкон, який виходить прямо на вулицю, тож наводилось тримати штори закритими. Ключ іноді трошки заклинює в дверях. Ну і відгуки про шторку в душі були праві - якщо вмикати великий душ то вода розлітається по всій ванній кімнаті

Si trova fuori dal centro in una stradina non bellissima dove il parcheggio è stato un po' difficoltoso ma sembrerebbe essere una situazione frequente a Salonicco

Ο οικοδεσπότης κατατοπιστικότατος, και ήταν πάντα στη διάθεση μας σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε! Δεν είχαμε απολύτως κανένα παραπάνω και θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε! 10/10

• Dragsha (10/5): I love Thessaloniki❤️ - Perfect location, modern and clean apartment, everything you need😊 There is no way to park car on the street, the streets are so narrow that you can barely walk through them, and the magic is parking😂 City hall is the closest parking lot, €13 per day, 5 minutes from the apartment and you have to go there directly, it's a waste of time to try to park on the street😃

• Constantin (10/5): Excellent value for the money! - We stayed in this apartment before and that's why we decided to come back. I liked the location, quite central. Despite the narrow and busy street, I found it convenient to park in the large parking lot near the City Hall (40.62331336188769, 22.954643687770687, 3 min drive to and 8 min walk to the apartment). Well equipped, neat and pleasant. Not much to say, maybe one minor improvement suggestion that could be considered for the next renovation: a better match between the height of the table and the seats in the kitchen area (perhaps the benches are a bit too low).

• Hristo (7/5): I am not sure i would stay again. - The property itself was nice and clean. However there was so much noise we couldn’t sleep Too noisy, the walls are thin and we though a few times that someone is coming in
• Soraya (10/5): Modern, clean, top location - Modern, clean, top location, close to the main street with restaurants and bakeries and to the waterfront. Perfect for our 2 night stay in Thessaloniki. Everything suited our needs and wishes. We were really lucky to quickly find a parking spot in the street (free) of the appartment. I immagine it can be difficult sometimes but there are also quite a few parkinglots (payed 5-13€/day).
• Sabrina (6/5): Bed linen not changed, Very noisy. - It is close to the city center and main activities. Sheets were not clean. They were not changed from the previous visitors that used them. You can hear people coughing in front of your apartment’s door. That is how weak the insulation is. The apartment is a former commercial space/shop of some kind.

• Kerem (10/5): Not my first time - It was not the first time i stayed in sibl lofts. It is not stated outright but they also have a washing machine which works very well. Plus they left detergent for it which many other owners don't do. Location is very good, you can find car parks 500 metres upwards for free, which you can't do in the very very central part of thessaloniki. Thanks for everything. Since it is ground floor some noise exists, but it happens everywhere in thessaloniki its not the quietest city on earth so it is not a problem with the place, and im not deducting points because of this.
