• Yuen Ting Tracy (9/5): - The apartment is near underground and bus stop, very good location The host was really nice and helpful.even though our flight was delayed and we arrived after check in time, still helped us settle in The hot water supply is unstable, we can’t use both shower at the same time, and also need to wait in between
• Amélie (8/5): Prime location and convenient - The apartment was very close to many commodities like public transport, restaurants and attractions. It was functional for a 2 weeks stay with a full kitchen and washer machine. The neighbourhood and alley felt safe and there were plenty of security cameras. The size of the apartment was great and I believe it would be comfortable for up to 3 people. The host was very responsive by email before the stay and on whatsapp during the stay. I had to contact them upfront for the check in and check out info because there was no email of directive that was send about it. The dishes were dirty and the floor could definetly use vacuuming and cleaning. Having some cleaning product available in the apartment would also be good for longer stays. The chairs and sofa had stains on them. It was very easy to hear other guest on the same floor. There was no pod coffee maker which is a must to have in apartments and hotels, but there were coffee places 1 minute away.
• Carol (4/5): Not a good place for solo or international travelers - Very good location; air conditioning; spacious Very difficult to reach any member of staff when you need help. Key fob did not work, no staff available to help. No buzzer on the door in the event that someone is working that day, but kicking the door hard may get you some attention. The main phone number for the property is unmanned on weekends, and other contacts are iffy: “it’s my day off”. Other international travelers staying there said one elderly companion was promised assistance to take her bag downstairs, but none arrived. Bathroom needs a facelift, as pictured. One afternoon, Two adult males came to my room, said they were “management”. And wanted entry to check the ac. No id on them. As a solo female traveler, that was unacceptable to me without prior notice. I would not stay here again. Although convenient in terms of location, Kensington Luxury Apartments appears to be run by rank amateurs with no training in the hospitality industry. I definitely do not recommend this accommodation to international travelers, since you are s.o.l. When you need help.

Handy to everything, especially tube station next door; shops, restaurants, parks, etc. Apartment is looking a little bit tired. A little maintenance, painting, etc and it would be perfect again.

No me arrepiento de haber cogido este apartamento - La ubicación es excelente, es como estar en pleno Goya o Príncipe de Vergara de Madrid, así que me he sentido como en casa. Todo tipo de tiendas, restaurantes, cadenas… en la misma calle. Una de las entradas del metro da justo enfrente de la entrada al apartamento. La cama es súper cómoda y las sábanas y toallas se sienten muy limpias. Tiene dos baños, lo cual es muy útil. La ducha va perfectamente, buena presión de agua y el agua caliente dura todo el tiempo y todas las duchas que se necesiten. Hay botes pequeños de champú, gel y jabón de manos y papel higiénico más que suficiente para los días que estuvimos. Hay utensilios suficientes de cocina y todos los electrodomésticos funcionan perfectamente. Como punto especial, tengo que mencionar que nos llevamos una agradable sorpresa al descubrir que tiene una terraza con dos sillas que nos ha venido de perlas con la ola de calor que nos ha hecho esta semana. No sabía que el apartamento de una habitación tenía terraza y me encantó!!! Un súper detalle a su favor :) Por cierto, en algunos comentarios leí que no contestaban nunca, y puedo decir que la chica responsable de entregarnos las llaves y de contestar cualquier duda siempre estuvo atenta y contestó inmediatamente. No hubo ningún problema de comunicación. Tanto el sofá como las sillas del comedor se ven lo suficientemente sucios como para que llegue a ser “desagradable” sentarse. Yo puse en el sofá una colcha que había en un armario para sentirme cómoda sentándome en él. Se entiende que al ser de tela ambas cosas, si los huéspedes hacen un mal uso de los muebles, pasan este tipo de cosas: manchas que no se van fácilmente y aunque esté limpio, se ve sucio. Todo en términos generales está limpio, pero la sensación general no se siente tan limpio. Hay algún mueble roto, un cuadro en el dormitorio que está torcido, el patio tiene manchas y telarañas… siento que son detalles muy fáciles de solventar, así que es más desgana y poco interés en que el apartamento sea de verdad un sobresaliente. Aún con todo esto, yo estuve muy cómoda en general y repetiría.

• PIO (8/5): Bella la casa e la posizione. - Tutto sommato è andata bene, buona la posizione a 2 passi dalla metro,bella la casa. Condominio tranquillo... Buona l'abbinamento taxi da aeroporto a casa. Lo consiglio. Il terzo letto,era una branda senza lenzuola sul materasso... La sera/pomeriggio, rientrando il cancello su strada era chiuso e non sempre, anzi mai ha risposto qualcuno al citofono. A parte questo, la consiglio come casa.
• Ccarlile (4/5): Disappointed. My son and his wife were so uncomfortable in the broken bed they went to a hotel. - Prime location. We arrived an hour early and a housekeeper allowed us to check in early. We appreciated that. The kitchen was clean and had useful amenities. Relatively quiet, upstairs neighbor, however, was walking around in the middle of the night. The master king bed was "broken". The springs on one side were shot and there was the constant sense you were going to roll out of bed. A bedside lamp did not work in the twin bed room. I texted the host about both of these problems without any response from him. I had expected some sort of reply but received none. The furniture was dingy and there were fewer pieces of furniture than were in the Booking.com photos, ie an extra couch. The hand rail for the stairs in the lobby had come away from the wall. Shabby and unsafe. Window curtain pulls were broken

• Jennifer (6/5): Good location but apartment needs a serious clean and some maintenance. - Location This apartment unfortunately was a bit tired and not well maintained. Bathroom needs a serious clean, probably wouldn’t class it as luxury and the address also is misleading as our apartment did not face High Street and had to walk past industrial bins when walking to our entrance. Excellent location with shops and train station just across the road.

• Ilona leontien (8/5): Aanrader, heerlijk verblijf op een fantastische locatie. - De ruimte, goede bedden, wasmachine en vaatwasser en de locatie. Recht tegenover de metro en winkels en supermarkten om de hoek. In het appartement hadden doekjes of schoonmaakmiddelen mogen liggen, evenals wat basis dingen als thee, suiker kruiden etc. Alle keukenkastjes waren leeg. In de badkamers konden de wc rollen niet hangen, was stuk,maar dit weegt niet op tegen het comfort en de locatie van het appartement.

• Aikaterini (8/5): - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, δίπλα στο μετρό, στάσεις λεωφορείων και σε πολλά μαγαζιά, σούπερ μάρκετ, φούρνους, εστιατόρια. Άνετο διαμέρισμα με μεγάλους χώρους, ανακαινισμένο. Ωραία γειτονιά το Kensigton. Γενικά ιδανικό για μια οικογένεια πέντε ατόμων, όπως εμείς. Το βασικό πρόβλημα του καταλύματος ήταν η καθαριότητα. Φαινόταν ότι έγινε πολύ πρόχειρο καθάρισμα πριν μπούμε, με σκόνη σε πολλά έπιπλα και λεκέδες στο πάτωμα, αλλά το βασικότερο όλων με έναν καναπέ, που δυσκολευόσουν να καθίσεις και να ακουμπήσεις τα μαξιλάρια του. Επίσης έπρεπε να ζητήσουμε σκεπάσματα και πετσέτες για το 5ο άτομο, το οποίο είχαμε δηλώσει.

• Robin (10/5): This place was an amazing value close to transportation, and in a beautiful and lively neighborhood. - This flat was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed. The location was truly amazing. Although it was on High St., Kensington it was super quiet and we slept very well. It was so close to the tube station and in a lovely lively neighborhood with many stores restaurants and grocery options. We absolutely loved it. There was not a thing we didn’t like.

• Helen (8/5): Excellent location, comfortable, secure base in the middle of everything for sight seeing in London - the location was excellent. Right next to Kensington High Street Tube station. 5 minute walk from Kensington Palace. Tesco Express and M&S food hall two minute walk from the property together with a selection of coffee shops and restaurants. the television did not work properly, the screen was blue. I was travelling with 3 children so we use the tv for entertainment when we come in from being out for the day therefore not ideal but not detrimental either to our overall experience

The location is outstanding - only steps away from High Street Kensington underground station, making travel around London extremely convenient. The host was very attentive, responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised on how exceptionally well-equipped the apartment is, particularly the kitchen with available pots and pans, utensils, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave and oven, to name a few - ideal for both short and extended stays. The heated flooring in the bathroom adds extra comfort, and the presence of bidet is a definite plus point. Overall a seamless and elevated stay - would definitely stay here again the next time we're in London! None

The wifi didn’t - Location was great, beds were comfortable, heated floors and towel rack in bathroom were nice. It could have been a little cleaner (glass surfaces were all very smeared) and washcloths would have been nice. Communication about how to arrive to property could have been clearer.
• KERoss (10/5): Convenient location, spacious apartment. - Amazing location & spacious apartment opposite Kensington High St Station. Comfy beds, 2 bathrooms, good adjustable heating. Was met outside Station by friendly staff and given keys & codes for gates. Would stay here again for sure! No problems. We had an issue with the TV, but staff came quickly to fix it.
• Violetta (6/5): Ottima la posizione ma male tutto il resto! - Senz’altro la posizione L’appartamento non risultava pulito in maniera adeguata. Mancavano delle asciugamani e alcune lenzuola per il letto che avrebbe ospitato il terzo ospite (una brandina). Chiaramente abbiamo fatto presente il tutto al proprietario/ gestore che è riuscito a fornirci il telo doccia e le lenzuola solo il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo.

Exactly in front of the station The cleaning was not through behind the bed and the pillows had dust mites on them. The bathroom lights did not work. But exceptional place to stay while in London for a small family.

I would highly recommend. 👌 My child and wife were comfortable, safe and happy. Apartment had plenty of space. It had fully working kitchen, which is great for family. Nice lounge area and dinning table to relax and enjoy with family. Bedrooms and bathroom are clean and comfortable. Apartment customer service staff (Abdul) was really nice guy and helpful and received and supported us very well. Would love to go back and stay again. Highly recommend. Although building / apartment is on the High Street, entrance at the back and near large bins. But on the positive note entrance has been kept clean and tidy. well maintained by staff.
• abdullah (10/5): شقة رائعه جداً مريحه قريبه من أهم الأشياء - المكان موقعه رائع كل الي تحتاجه من اكل وكوفيهات او شوبينق تحتك قريب + الاندرقراوند قدام باب الشقه الشقه واسعه ونظيفه و ايضا الرجل الي استقبلنا في قمة الذوق والأخلاق حتى كلمني قبل وصولي بيومين يرحب ويعطيني بعض التفاصيل وكان ايضا متجاوب معي طول فترة الاقامة، الشقه كانت دافيه وفيها مكيف بس ما احتجته، مليانه وسائد إضافية ومناشف وفيها بعد سرير إضافي ينطوي في الصاله

• Faisal (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment and rooms size was very nice and very comfortable, the location was super next to underground stations and restaurants, cafes, parks and shops. Very good Secured entrance, Thanks for the management and host team for smooth check in and arrange all required things. Nothing, maybe out of control, only waste bins belong to the cafes at the entrance corridor required more Hygiene control, but it doesn’t disturb.
• Sabrina (9/5): Fulfills all my requirements - The unit is modern, has air-conditioning, lift access & bidet hose in the bathrooms. Location is right next door to the tube (Circle & District Lines) with plenty of high street shops like Boots, Rituals. The Muffin Man Tea Shop is few steps away. Some of my requests were not fulfilled by the housekeeping team. Whilst the unit itself has a lift (which is super convenient when you have luggage with you), the nearest tube station is not step-free. Alternatively, take the bus when arriving/leaving.

Great location - Quiet flat stupendous location I feel hesitant to recommend it as I want to book again :) the only thing that was missing was a kettle, I made tea in the microwave, I would loved an electric kettle and perhaps a teapot, didnt see one. But not really an issue just something that would be nice. The neighbours upstairs were super noisy and banged around a lot early in the morning but never for very long:

It is surrounded by super markets, entire street / neighbourhood of eateries, cafe and restaurants. Stone throw away from weekend market. Feel the vibe yet serenity of this apartment. The staff has been super responsive and helpful. NA
