- Rhoda (1/5): I couldn’t stay in the property because the room I paid for was given to someone else. I had to leave and go lodge in an - Very bad facilities, very dirty and irritating The room I paid for was given to someone else without my consent and I couldn’t stay there, had to go lodge in an hotel. Also, they also refused to refund my money. Very dirty ugly facility

- Loveholiday23 (1/5): Bad - Scam dont book this place doesn’t exists
- Whitehurst (1/5): We didn’t even stay once seeing the property - Nothing It was smelly, almost like gone off food or a dead animal
- Richard (1/5): Scam, do not use - Nothing it's a scam The address given didn't exist. Asked for a refund, nothing. Had to book somewhere else. Reported to Booking.com Police and my bank
- Batth (1/5): Very bad decision to book that room - Nothing Everything is messy in room with no any facilities
- Geetha (8/5): Very good -
- Akmal (1/5): Bad - Nothing because the owner didn’t send check in instructions and we never visited the property they are now not even responding to my messages in case of a refund
- Mohammed (1/5): Bad - Dont bother will bump you and give u wrong information your gonna be running round like some clown Jokers
- Ajeesh (1/5): The room I received is far below the standard of what was advertised - The only "warm" welcome I got was from the heater—it was the only thing switched on! The room I received was far from the advertised "picture-perfect" version—more like "photo-shopped expectations"! The bed sheets were apparently still on their drying holiday, and the overall vibe screamed shabby chic, minus the chic. Directions to the property felt like a maze, so if you're scared of the dark or tight spaces, this isn't your cup of tea.
To top it off, the neighbours threw a private concert with their mobile till 3 AM, and with walls thinner than a wafer, I had front-row seats. Oh, and bonus decor: random items drying on the heater and in the bathroom. Definitely not what I signed up for!
- Kennedy (1/5): Where is your due diligence? - Nothing I never got to stay at the property as it doesn't exist, when I rang the vendor I was told there has been a mix up and then lied to about apparently messaging him to arrange a later book in time, completely false, then he proceeded to tell me it's OK, when I'm ready to book in, to ring him and he will pick me up and take me to a different property!
I did not feel safe with this experience, I told the vendor to forget the booking and asked for a refund, to date I have not received anything, this needs investigating asking feel this is a very dangerous and strange set up! I have only just been able to come to say something and feel this needs the police involving Everything about the whole experience
- Carolina (3/5): Nothing like advertised - The heating worked and the shower was OK. This property is nothing like advertised. Firstly, it's in a different location. I was staying on my own for work, so didn't have much control over the time that I arrived / left. Safety is obviously key, and I chose this largely because it was advertised as being on a main road. That's not true. To access the property, you have to walk down an alleyway and through an unlit carpark. Except for the first time I arrived, on each other occasion I arrived / left, the main door to the building was left open.
Then, unlike advertised:
1) there were no towels
2) there were only 6 individual sheets of toilet paper (for 2 nights!)
3) there were no 'free toiletries'
4) there was no kettle
5) there was no TV
6) the advert shows a self-contained and equipped kitchen; that's inaccurate. I was told that there was a communal kitchen, but all there was in the room were 2 hobs and a fridge, with absolutely no utensils etc at all. There was a sink, but nothing to wash up. A communal kitchen would have been fine if that had been advertised - but it wasn't!
And whilst the room itself wasn't absolutely filthy, it was not clean either. There was an obviously visible hair on the nightstand. The communal areas (you have to walk up flights of stairs) were very unclean.
I raised that the property was not like advertised when I first arrived. I was told, unapologetically, that it isn't the same flat as is in the pictures. I raised specifically that it is in a totally different location; I was told that they know that this is a problem and have tried to change it but Booking.com apparently hasn't let them! But plainly there has been no effort to amend the advert at all to reflect what is being offered to guests.
Add to that, the walls are paper thin (my 'neighbours' were just chatting, not being inappropriately loud, but I could hear every word, all night), and the bed is extremely uncomfortable.
- Bapata (1/5): Bad -
- Jay (1/5): Bad -
- Roxett (10/5): Exceptional - It is located right in the center of the city. You can see Derbion from the kitchen
You can do laundry there.Have washing machine and dryer
- Louisa (5/5): Great location - The staff were great. Very accommodating. There was no toilet paper or toiletries. I had to switch room because the bathroom in the first room had glass shards on the floor and the sink wouldn't drain.
- Codie (10/5): Exceptional - The cleanliness was great and the location of this studio was also great with it being right in the heart of derby! The host was easy to get hold of if you are in need of anything and very straight forward. I had a really good night sleep, will definitely be staying here again in the near future.
- Harry (10/5): My stay was everything I needed for my physically demanding job as I felt well rested. - The hotel was clean and organised with a detail oriented room.
Location was very convenient for my needs for accommodation right in the city centre. I was able to easily walk out of the facility and have food, drink, entertainment at my fingertips less than 200 yds away.
Furthermore. My stay allowed me to be very close to work, yet more affordable than other hotels that are further away from the centre. Quick response from host when I needed help with turning the tv on. Good stable internet for my work whatsapp group. It was a bit hard to find it on your own but with found it with ease on Google maps. easy to remember once you do and a nice little cosy location.
- Jacob (10/5): Great, clean convenient and value for money - Was an amazing location everything you need directly on your doorstep, pubs and shopping cleanliness was great fast responses from host, had a great nights sleep was quiet and comfortable.
