• Lukáš (5/5): - Približne 1km od Duomo, elektičky cca 100m od ubytovania. Opotrebované vybavenie, chýbajúca skriňa na veci, pleseň v sprche, extrémny hluk aj v noci nakoľko je aparmán na 1. poschodí orietovaný oknom do ulice po ktorej chodia električky a autá nepretržite.

• Conor (1/5): Terrible. Impossible to sleep - Location. There is no acoustic insulation if in a front facing apartment. You can hear every conversation happening on the street as though it’s in the room itself. Impossible to sleep, I booked two nights though left after one to book a hotel. Never again. Stay away.

• Horatiu (10/5): Vom reveni cu drag. - Locația este foarte bună, aproape de atracțiile turistice, iar stația de metrou se află la doar 2 minute de mers pe jos. Camera a fost curata și ne-am simțit foarte bine. Recomand! 😁

• Turner (7/5): Would recommend it if you’re looking for a clean and comfortable room close to the centre - Great location, around a 10 minute walk from the Duomo, tram and Metro stops just meters away. Spacious and clan room, super comfortable large bed and great pillows. Power shower and TV and mini bar None, but it is a guest house rather than hotel so some might prefer the amenities of a hotel. It’s great if you’re just wanting a clean and comfortable room close to the centre.

• Pavel (9/5): Pro krátkodobou návštěvu Milána ideální ubytování. Velmi dobrý poměr cena výkon. - Vynikající lokalita jen několik desítek metrů od dvou různých stanic metra (2 linky). Byt v dochodné vzdálenosti od centra Milána. Velmi dobrá byla komunikace s provozovatelem ohledně předání klíčů. V těsném sousedství se nachází příjemné bistro, ve kterém lze za velice přijatelné ceny posnídat.

• Andrey (10/5): - I stayed at this hotel in July and was very pleased. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and offer a nice view from the window. The hotel is located very close to the city center, just a 15-minute walk away. The staff are polite, friendly, and always ready to help in any situation. Overall, the hotel left the most pleasant impression — it is really great, comfortable, and definitely deserves a high rating. Everything was perfect

• natalia (7/5): - Lokalizacja była korzystna, blisko do centrum, obok sklepy spożywcze i kawiarnie. Sam pokój był w porządku, pomocna obsługa można było zostawić bagaże, i wcześniej się zameldować. W pokoju był szampon i inne rzeczy Pokój znajdował się od ulicy, były zatyczki, ale i tak było słychać tramwaje. Poza tym bardzo dobry nocleg.

• Tommaso (8/5): Da ritornarci - Camera spaziosa e confortevole, moderna, gradito set bollitore con tisane , su richiesta anche pantofole usa e getta, personale molto cortese e disponibile. Posizione centrale, con metro e negozi vari vicino. Il bagno presentava il piatto doccia con un po’ di muffa ma alla ns richiesta hanno prontamente risolto, allo scolo del lavabo andrebbe effettuata un po’ di manutenzione per far defluire meglio l’acqua.
• Alessandro (1/5): Da evitare come la peste - Non ho mai scritto una recensione negativa, ma questa volta è doveroso. L’esperienza con “HRT Milano” è stata imbarazzante sotto ogni punto di vista. Arrivi all’indirizzo e ti chiedi se sia un errore: nessuna insegna, solo un vecchio palazzo residenziale, in una zona rumorosissima (il tram passa proprio sotto le finestre, sarebbe impossibile dormire). Le foto e la descrizione online non rendono affatto l’idea del posto reale, che non ha nulla a che vedere con un vero bed & breakfast. Ho girato mezz’ora senza capire dove fosse l’ingresso, e quando ho provato a contattare la struttura nessuno rispondeva. Il proprietario mi ha risposto dopo quasi un’ora, dicendo che la reception chiude alle 22:30 (da suo messaggio),, nonostante io avessi chiamato ben prima di quell’orario. Risultato: sono rimasto bloccato per strada al freddo, senza poter accedere alla camera pur avendo già pagato circa 200 euro. Zero assistenza, zero empatia, zero professionalità. Anche con un piccolo ritardo, un host serio avrebbe lasciato le chiavi o trovato una soluzione. Inoltre, leggendo recensioni su altri siti (non su Booking), ho scoperto che diversi ospiti segnalano addirittura lenzuola sporche di sangue e problemi simili di igiene. Tutto questo rende ancora più grave che la struttura sia ancora online. Sconsiglio vivamente questo posto. È un appartamento rumoroso e mal gestito, con foto pettinate e un proprietario che non rispetta i clienti. Booking dovrebbe davvero rivedere la presenza di strutture del genere. Non ci andate nemmeno se ve lo regalano.
• Debbie (9/5): A great option to stay close to the centre! Clean and comfortable - It was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. The staff sorted taxi’s for us. Nothing really, it just took a bit of getting used to, finding the apartment itself and the different keys. Also getting to reception and getting into reception.

• Wendelien (5/5): Naargeestige sfeer. Voor een vrouw alleen niet aan te raden. - De kamer was netjes en schoon. Het gaat om een kamer in een appartementen complex. De receptie is in een heel ander gebouw. Het is een beetje creepy allemaal. Omdat er zoveel geluid van tram en verkeer is kunnen ramen niet open. Daardoor benauwd.

Localización perfecta a 7 minutos del Duomo Es más un guest house q un hotel. Es un grupo de 5 edificios de vecinos con las habitaciones de hotel reapartidas aquí y allá. Un poco raro la verdad. No tiene servicios de hotel

• Peggy (8/5): Moderne Unterkunft in zentraler Lage - Die Lage selbst ist top, in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zwei Metro Stationen und eine Straßenbahnstation. In den Straßen um die Unterkunft herum gibt es einige tolle Restaurants, die keine Touristenfallen sind. Wir sind sehr spät abends angekommen und haben ein Video zur Beschreibung bekommen, wie man in die Unterkunft kommt, dass war super gut. Die Unterkunft war modern eingerichtet, renoviert und top sauber. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist extrem laut. Die Unterkunft hat uns Ohrenstöpsel bereit gelegt. Auf den Fotos sah das Zimmer deutlich größer aus.

• Diana (10/5): Confortable stay paired with an amazing location - The staff was very helful and explain everything throughly. The location is to die for. Really close to most must-see places as well as the metro line (althought if you are going to visit the Duomo, you won't even feel the need to use the metro because is a short-walk away). Everyhing was super clean and the bed was confortable. Related to my "not so good section", earplugs were provided which was a really thoughtful touch! I am a light sleeper, but my boyfriend is not. The only "issue" that stood out for both of us was the lack of soundproofing. In my case, I just put on my noise-cancelling headphones. However, they are incredible and provide earplugs for each person, which I think was a lovely touch.

Convenience is limited: if you big luggage, it would be a hassle as this is a airbnb style apartment with many stairs. Staff provided wrong information on taxi to the airport.

Milan is very noisy generally, but this guesthouse had very quiet thick windows which really cut down on noise levels considering our room faced the street. Also lots of bars nearby to choose from and extremely close to the metro! Plus lots of hot water for the shower!! Wish we could have stayed longer.

• Volha (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect — all of our requests were taken into account, and the room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The location is excellent, within walking distance of all the main attractions, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The hotel manager was incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to others! -

• Svein (3/5): Poor - We arrived after 20.00, when the reception was closed, and spent one hour from the street outside to our room. In beforehand we had got this message: "At your arrival at the no. 51 of Corso di Porto press 125+bell on the intercom. Cross the courtyard to the building no. 4, we'll be pleased to welcome you in the structure." This did not work, it was impossible to open the gate, and building 4 was not ours. When in the train from the airport, we got a message, but we got no information that it was sent through WhatsApp, that we had to find out by telephone. The key turned out to be in a key box outside in the street, but located so high that only high persons can use it. Small or medium persons should be warned not to book this place. When we afterwards saw the video sent by WhatsApp, that was ok, but too late for us. So, one hour and several telephones before we managed to get from the street to our room.

• Jacob (4/5): Would not come back - Good location, 15 minutes walking to the Duomo The room had a very bad smell once we entered it, we imediately talked with the reception, and after she came to the room she told us that she does not smell anythung bad, and that there is no other room available to give us. The thing that me and my wife smelled it and we could barely breath inside the room until we opened the windows and got out of the room . But turns out that this smell was in the floor itself.. whenever we entered the floor we started smelling it. So they did nothing with it and everyday before going out we had to open all the windows(despite the cold) and even this did not make the smell go away.. Also there was no mirrors in the room except for a small one in the bathroom.

• Christophe (10/5): Exceptional - Good location close from the metro and the city center. The tramway is just downstairs so be careful if you need a fully quiet place to sleep (which is not my case). Otherwise the relationship with the staff before and during my stay was perfect and the room is very comfortable.
