• Arjay (8/5): Neat, clean, and quite place to stay - Neat, clean, and quite place to stay. Service is fast and very informative. The reception staff work extra mile. Walking distance from liberty square. If you are tourist, its quite distance from travel agency meeting point.

A 24/7 Spar around the corner. Difference to pictures. The hotel doesn’t look like on the pictures e.g. the lobby. Seems like they are trying to cut costs. Cash instead of Credit card Lights switched of to safe energy I guess No room cleaning (only on demand) Big coffee machine (out of order) Empty fridge in the room but working It’s this small things that made me feel a bit uncomfortable Room was ok. Bed comfortable. Shower fast with warm water.

• Michał (3/5): Dobra lokalizacja i reszta bardzo słaba - Cena była niższa, ale nie bardzo niska, calkiem dobra lokalizacja blisko sklepu i restauracji Pokoj bardzo maly, wiem ze wzialem budget no ale bardzo kameralnie, okno mozna otworzyc tylko górne i to jedno wiec latem nie wyobrazam sobie tam przebywac, klimatyzacja jest ale jak ją wlaczylem to nie wiedzialem co sie dzieje, śniadania codziennie to samo, zero sprzatania, kompletnie nic, hotel z zewnatrz wyglada jakby ludzie tu umierali, dodatkowo jedna z Pań na prosbe o pomoc z transportem i prosba o wykonanie jednego telefonu zgodzila sie ale niechetnie po czym kolejnego dnia jej nie bylo.... :) Zasłona za prysznicem caly czas zjezdzala, lazienka zalana, papier dokupilismy bo tez tego też brakło. W tej cenie zdecydowanie znajdziesz cos lepszego na koniec maja co nie jest tak złe.

• FENIA (8/5): Πολύ καλή σε σχέση με την τιμή - Όλα μια χαρά! Μικρό ξενοδοχείο αλλά το προσωπικό πολύ φιλόξενο. Τα δωμάτια όμορφα και καθαρά. Η κυρία μας έδωσε και μεγαλύτερα δωμάτια χωρίς χρέωση. Το πρωινό δεν είχε ποικιλία αλλά ήταν ότι έπρεπε, σου έφτιαχναν αυγά όπως ήθελες εκείνη την ώρα και καφέ. Η περιοχή είναι μια χαρά, στο κέντρο της πόλης, έχει όμως απόσταση από την παλιά πόλη περίπου 20-25 λεπτά με τα πόδια Γενικότερα προσοχή με το πάρκινγκ. Εμείς θέλαμε ξενοδοχείο με δωρεάν χώρο στάθμευσης. Το κατάλυμα το είχε στη παροχή αλλά στην πραγματικότητα άφηνες το αμάξι σου στον δρόμο. Χρειάζεται να πληρώσεις στον δήμο ένα ποσό ανά μέρα για να μπορείς να παρκάρεις.

• Julius (10/5): - Me and our family recently stayed at Hotel Kera for 2 nights and 3 days from December 22 to 24. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment throughout the stay. The breakfast included in the package was very good, offering a nice variety to start the day. The cost of the stay was very affordable, making it great value for money. A special thanks to Ms. Miggy, who was incredibly helpful and considerate during the booking process, especially since we arrived late in the evening. Overall, the stay was superb and meet our expectations! There is nothing I can say that I disliked about my stay at Hotel Kera. Everything from the room to the service was excellent, and I had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. A couple of helpful tips for future guests, don’t forget to bring a 3-pin socket travel adaptor, as the hotel’s electric sockets are designed for (Type C/ Type F) 2-pin plugs only. I guess this is the electrical standard followed in Georgia, so blame urself if u forget to bring one or better just buy one from a grocery store nearby to the hotel. Also, it’s a good idea to bring your own “tabo” (water dipper), as the hotel does not have bidets. 😅

Приходилось просить, но только пылесосили и не очень хорошо, волосы от всех постояльцев и пыль по углам оставались. Мусор тоже сами выносили, видимо не входит в обслуживание. Еда каждый день одинаковая и тоже холодная или стремительно остывающая. В общем и целом на раз и несколько ночей норм, но что-то на долгую поездку не рекомендуется

Pros: affordable, quiet at night, central location, made from scratch breakfast included, clean, great water supply (that’s important). The staff is very friendly and supportive. Cons: some rooms are small and there are minor flaws in maintenance.

There seems to be a discrepancy between the photos on their Booking.com page and the actual appearance of the hotel, particularly the foyer, which looks quite different in person. Additionally, there is room for improvement in the breakfast offering.

They had a very young girl in reception most days that did not speak a word of English so it was very hard to communicate with her. We were there for 6 nights and our room was not cleaned although we put up the sign on our door. Also it is quite far from the main attractions.

Great location, was able to take 337 bus from hotel to the Opera Theater and find hotel (up what felt like a road that was always getting steeper), then was able to walk to various sites around city or catch the public transport Not the hotels issue but the Bolt drivers had issues finding the hotel, I took 3 taxis during my stay and all 3 times was dropped of at street further up the hill or in alleyway behind the hotel wheee the drivers insisted the hotel was when we could clearly see it wasn’t an entrance to a hotel

• Margarita (9/5): Superb - A good hotel, clean and quiet, both in the hotel itself and on the street around, pleasant staff, there is air conditioning, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, refrigerator, kettle, delicious and varied breakfast, not far from the old town. If you don't have a car, you have to walk up the hill from the main street. Weak water pressure in the shower.
• Irada (8/5): Small hotel in the central location - The location is excellent, very close to the Rustaveli avenue and many sightseeings. There is Spar market and fruits/veggies stall nearby. To reach the hotel from the Rustaveli avenue you have to walk uphill for about 5-10 min, just something to keep in mind if you have back/legs issues or have elderly with you. The staff is very friendly and happy to help. Breakfast is quite simple but tasty. The payment was asked in cash, again wasn’t an issue for me, but smth to be aware about. The cleaning is done on as requested basis, we needed it every other day, but can be done every day as well. The bed was comfortable. The smell of humidity/dampness from the bathroom was quite noticeable at times. We had to keep the fan on and leave the bathroom door open when not in use to manage that.

• Kira (8/5): Would come again - Location was excellent, not far from the Opera House, some great museums (art galleries!) and other main attractions. Felt very safe. The hotel is boutique and sized accordingly, which made it feel safe. And the selling point is the staff - they were so kind, super helpful, and really intent on giving their guests a great stay! The breakfast was also enjoyable; we're vegetarian and still had plenty to eat. We actually stayed in the hotel twice - the first time we had a great room that felt perfect for our stay. The second room left something to be desired; it was small and there were a few issues with the lamp and the air conditioner. Nothing that would prevent me from staying there again however!
• Yelena (8/5): Good stay in central location - We stayed just one night, but the stay was good. The hotel is clean and as shown on photos. Our room was also as pictured, AC worked fine but in the hotel itself it was pretty warm. It was a bit noisy outside the hotel during that night, so for me it was hard to sleep, but, otherwise, it’s a quiet area. In our room, the sink was leaking but not much. The breakfast was very nice. Staff and management of the hotel are all very nice and helped to resolve our issue.

• Arek (7/5): Very good location for a decent price - Very good location, close to Rustaveli street (under normal circumstances it is a massive advantage, when I was there there were big demostration that limited access to Rustaveli street though) - there are plenty od shops and restaurants nearby. The immediate neighbourhood may look a tad dogdy, but it is in fact safe. The room was very spacious, clean (they make up the room on demand), the bathroom was good and the internet worked well. There was also a kettle in the room (alothough no tea - I had to get some from the reception). The room had a desk, which was good, as I had to do a bit of work. Breakfast was alight (fantastic pankakes but also some veggies, bread, chese, etc). Unfortonately, I had to shorten my stay due to the demonstrations in Tbilisi and with the help of booking com we managed to solve this problem. There were no bedside lamps, only the top light on the ceiling - it is a bummer, if you want to feel good in the room not like in a laboratory or if you just want to read in bed. The lady at the reception helped me out and let me take a standing lamp from another room (mine didn't have one). The pillows could be better. There are very few power outletets in the room, for instance there is none close to the desk.

Breakfast was good compared to surrounding hotels. They always asked about our requests. We stayed as two girls and had no problems. A very safe hotel. The bathroom was clean but there was a very bad smell. This was the only thing we didn't like
• Antony (10/5): Exceptional - Good hotel in a quiet street up hill from the main street going passed the Parliament building. Free on street parking. Good breakfast with plenty of options, with good selection of local food. Second stay here after nearly 6 years.

The most amazing thing was the staff, available day and night, and being very welcoming and willing to help at any given moment. The uphill walk is a bit hard at first, but nothing crazy.

The rooms met our expectations and were very neat and clean. The food was amazing. And the location was also great and very close to the city centre. • Zhegalov (8/5): Very good - Good location, quiet street very close to the center of the city. Good breakfast. Room matched the protos on Booking and had all the promised amenities. Staff was welcoming and helped with all the inquiries. WI-FI in the room was stable and worked without major issues. Table in the room was a bit too small, but still usable. Room windows are facing the garden and a few times people were walking there (not often), room can be seen from the outside of the window, so I had to close the curtains. Would be nice to have a microwave in the room.

They have some of the nicest people I have ever come across in all these years of travelling. Special thanks to Maya and Nino for making our stay extremely comfortable and going the extra mile to ensure everything was superb. • Mahir (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is located in a very convenient area. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. I liked the breakfast. Our flight was at night, it was raining outside. We asked the hotel owner to stay in the room for a few more hours. He agreed immediately and did not ask for any additional payment. I found another hotel that I can recommend to my friends.

• Tetiana (9/5): Superb - A cozy small hotel, with very friendly staff, to whom you can contact with any request. They told me where to buy inexpensive baked goods and gave me useful tips on how best to dress for an excursion to the mountains. When it was raining, they offered to use one of the umbrellas that are at the front door. When there are few visitors at the hotel, they will definitely ask you what time you would like to go out for breakfast and they will prepare it for you at the specified time. If you wish, they can fry an omelet for you for breakfast. The hotel has a small garden where plants grow, including small lemons, they gave me several, which was very nice. I had good impressions of the hotel and if I come to Tbilisi again, I already know where to stay.

• Akgül (4/5): Tbilisi is a beautiful city... it is important to choose a nice hotel. Unfortunately, this hotel doesn't meet into t - The 2 ladies at the reception were very kind and helpful and did their best. I would like to thank them again. Their presence increases the review and rating of the hotel. The other good thing is that it is central and very close to Rustavelli Street within walking distance. Apart from these 2 issues, it is not a place I can recommend, the hotel and the rooms are bad, the bathroom is overflowing, the bed is very uncomfortable, there is a kettle, but neither tea nor coffee in the room. Breakfast is very weak. The decoration is very old and ramshackle. I recommend you to stay in new hotels 4-5 km away from the centre. Taxi is very cheap. If you download Bolt, the taxi comes immediately to the place you want, very economical. When we saw this hotel and the room, we wanted to leave and go to our friends who were elsewhere, we offered to pay for 2 nights. But they did not accept. They said there was no cancellation option, we had to pay 5 nights. They also wrote it on Booking. Take this into consideration for this hotel.
