• Guest (1/5): Es war eine Katastrophe. - Nix. Alles. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Es gab wenig Auswahl, sie sind unhygienisch und es hatte eine schlechte Qualität. Sie haben eine Katze, die immer im Hotel rumgeht, die die Türen von Zimmern aufmacht und reingeht. Sie legt sich sogar auf die Tische vom Frühstück. Wir haben die Rezeption gebeten die Katze wegzubeförden aber es wurde nicht gemacht. Im Badezimmer waren die Toiletten kaputt und es war allgemein unhygienisch. Die Rezeption kann kein Englisch und somit war es schwer mit ihnen zu kommunizieren. Geht nicht in dieses Hotel es ist schade ums Geld.

• Tudor (8/5): Very good - The hotel is very well located,we had a room with a generous balcony,IT was warm,no problem with the water pression,even at the 4th level. Breakfast very poor,same things every morning.The lithening system of the room insuficient.

We slept 2 nights in same room, and left card to clean up room, but room wasnt cleaned, towels wasnt changed. Bed sheets also stayed same for 2 nights. Breakfast included in room price was poor.

Breakfast was awful, the same,and cheap Some things were Not fresh. The Internet was very slow. I would absolutely Not recommend it to anyone. The hotel stinked with the smell of cigarette

• Bojan (1/5): Bad - we found BED BUGS in our room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. the staff is very unfriendly, and when we showed them our bed, which was full of bugs, they literally kicked us out of the hotel and yelled at us for all that. never again, never to that hotel.

• Benjamin (4/5): Dirty in Horrible Part of Town BUT Amazing Staff and Team - If I give any good point it’s because of dear person from Tajikistan who works there, head of cleaning in Kat 2, and Cihan who was in reception. The hotel was extremely dirty and the area was extremely bad. but staff and owner was nice and I loved them all.
