• Gabriel (4/5): No fue buena experiencia. - Las instalaciones son hermosas. Que es un Airbn y no un hotel como se describe. No hay personal, la ubicación no está señalizada y tuvimos casi dos horas para encontrar el lugar. Además no tiene parqueo y las habitaciones está conectadas con otras sin posibilidad de colocar llaves. Muy inseguro.

• Claudia (8/5): Estancia confortable - La cama era muy confortable. La casa en sí muy amplia y decorada con muy buen gusto. El área de ubicación de la casa bastante tranquila para poder descansar. Los demás huéspedes no respetaron las horas de tranquilidad establecidas. La luz del corredor la dejaron encendida toda la noche y la cortina de la habitación no la bloqueaba. El estacionamiento nos dijeron que era un pago extra, estando desocupada una plaza.
• Klipie (1/5): - Wij hebben er niet verbleven. Enkele uren voor onze aankomst hebben ze onze boeking gecancelled. Gelukkig maar misschien. Maar het zorgde wel voor de nodige stress. Enkele uren nadat de boeking kosteloos kon geannuleerd worden lieten ze weten dat ze 'plots?' Enorme verbouwingen gingen doen en dat het verblijf elders zou zijn. Geen keuze daar in. Totaal andere wijk. Geen tuin en geen terras. Als je het opzocht ook veel goedkoper maar de prijs bleef onverranderd. Dan bleek dat ze ondanks herhaaldelijk vragen voor instructies sinds begin januari ook 50 dollar bovenop vroegen voor het vervoer naar hun verblijf van de luchthaven ondanks dat ze ganse tijd adverteren dat dit gratis is en ik er 4x naar gevraagd heb. Echt malafide. Dus al bij al wellicht een geluk bij een ongeluk Bovenstaande

• Coles (4/5): It’s a very nice place a little bit out of town. The staff aren’t very accommodating. - The accommodation was nice. Very nice big room, great bathroom . I had an awkward encounter when I arrived with the staff member. There was a miscommunication. I thought I had paid already on the booking app . The staff member wouldn’t let me in until I paid so I had to go through the complex payment process while standing outside . It would’ve been nice to be let inside to sit down and relax and to process the payment, especially after a long flight. The next morning, I was told that I was checking out . Even though I had booked for two nights. I proceeded to talk to the staff member for 20 minutes explaining that I had booked tonight. She did not believe me. I showed her receipts and the booking . And still she proceeded to tell me that I needed to go. Then she rang her boss . Turns out she mixed up the rooms and somebody else was checking out. This was a very frustrating experience .

Then, the location is far outside on a busy highway, not the promised location in booking.com. we don't know about cleaness and interiors bc we haven't arrived there , even though we had to pay no refund. It looked very tempting from the profile. • David (1/5): Absolutely the worst experience of my Central American trip! - This is an Airbnb, impossible to find with no signage outside. No one answered the door bell (that’s behind a cage?) I called the WhatsApp number and no answer. Finally a neighbor came by and said nobody is there. They wanted prepaid via a link sent by WhatsApp and they would send an entry code at 2:30. (None of this explained before hand). There are tons of real hotels in the neighborhood with actual people there for the same price. Skip this crap. After traveling 150 miles on the Pan American Highway in the rain and fog on a motorcycle, nobody to talk to about the fact that this “hotel” is a house. Can’t drop my luggage, can’t get ahold of anyone and a 100% charge for cancellation.

• Imer (1/5): Bad - I received a confirmation of my booking, I had given my card information. When I arrived the desitnation I was told that they had tried to contact me to advise me on the payment method. On the very same Sunday I was given a bank account number to transfer the funds - how would I if I am a tourist? I stayed infront of the place waiting for a payment link, and had no option but to book something closer. Very bad customer service.
• Edo (1/5): Terrible!!! - I believe the property is in a good location, not that far from Antigua Central Park, but nothing else... I had problems with the water supply in the rooms, there is no one in place to assist you and once you ask for help, they give you instructions to go activate a water pump, we had to leave and ask for a reimbursement that took about 2-3 days to process. Due this issue they assigned us with another room in another location, but the place was not comparable, and they wanted to charge us for the night spent as well. We decided not to continue staying in this place and request money back, either way they deducted the first night spent even the water was not working from start. It's understandable that the municipal water services are something out of their control, but these kinds of establishments should have alternatives that could cover guest's minimum requirements, a water tank would be helpful.

• Sebastian (10/5): The best choice of our trip in Guatemala - If you are searching for a spacious, clean, beautiful, and affordable place to stay near Antigua, this is the one! Although it is not in the Antigua city center, this place exceeded our expectations. The staff is always responsive, the room was huge and spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the views of the volcano were the best wake up gift. It's about a 15-minute walk to downtown Antigua, but the road is not bad and there is a huge shopping mall on the way. An Uber ride is less than four euros if you have luggage.

• Charlotte (6/5): Nice property, far from town, unaccommodating owner wouldn't stay there again - The house was clean and the room was spacious We were put in a room with a door which connected to the next room, this wasn't advertised when we booked, this meant we could hear every word, snore, argument and the rest of what the other couple were doing in their room. Basically its like sharing a room with strangers you can't see. The place was empty other than us two couples but when we asked to move to another room we were told we couldn't despite the other free rooms never filling up during the course of our stay. And on our final day we had to wait until the evening for a bus but the owner refused to even let us store our bags at the property whilst we were out during the day. She's very unreasonable so don't expect her to do anything more than what it says on the tin!

Good communication from host over message with detailed instructions on how to get in. WiFis didn't have great signal and kept losing connection. Ceiling light is very dim

The rooms are pretty and comfortable and great to wind down in. This place has been my favourite on my trip so far, I highly recommend. It’s clean, comfortable, very beautiful and has everything you need Only downside is it’s about 1.5km to the main part so it’s a little bit of a walk but it’s really not too bad

• Traci (3/5): Nope - The wifi wasn't working in parts of the hotel- including one of our rooms. They were aware of it before we arrived. The toilet in one room was broken. It wouldn't stop running until you took the lid off and reached in to fix it anytime you flushed. We found out they knew ahead of time and put us in that room anyways. While I tried to contact them about this they did not respond until I went through booking.com. they said they would see what they could do. They did nothing. One of the rooms was not the type requested and paid for. It was about half the size.

• Aman (1/5): Could have been better but NO! - Just the building is beautiful and the staff keeps it clean The management is very loose and non cooperative when it comes to customer satisfaction, service and comfort. Firstly, Different websites have same room listed under Premium and Superior and whatever you book you get a basic room(101) that is separated by a door from the room(102). Secondly, you can easily hear everything from the room 102 and pretty sure vice versa(advice to people - make sure not to stay in 101 or 102). We asked the owner to change the room but they didn't bother to offer a change but instead wanted more money.

• Gjasmin (1/5): Do not stay here!! - Please do not stay here if you value your money! We stayed here almost two months ago and then double charged our stay. Whilst they admitted to the mistake and promised a reimbursement, I still have not received it!! They keep making false promises of the transfer. I've been in contact with their customer service almost weekly and keep getting empty promises and lies about the transfer. The customer service is absolutely horrible, not worth the stay!!!! Also it is a far walk from the centre, you are way better of staying in the centre, it sure is a lot more fun!

The location, although not in the center of Antigua, is just a short walk away, plus, you will be in a part of town where you can relax. No noise from traffic, etc. Overall we recommend and would book again when in Antigua!! the room could have some brighter lamps

• Lucas (8/5): Beautiful! - This place is beautiful and you can be very self sufficient while staying here. I think we had the best room, which was beautiful and very spacious, plus the bathroom was huge and had everything we needed. There is a kitchen with all the things you need if you want to cook for yourself. The location is not the best. If you go in to antigua center and want to come back after dark, the best option is by taxi or uber which will cost around $5. Walking back at night doesn't feel safe enough. You are better off showering the night before or very early in the morning, because once every one else is showering in the hotel, it's very hard to get hot water

• Evelina (10/5): The best rooms ever - THE ROOMS OMG! If you’re looking for any kind of romantic getaway the rooms here are amazing! Huge bed and enormous bathroom. The kitchen is clean and super well equipped! So much value for money! The location is a bit out of town - you can walk but the road is really busy. Luckily there’s a chicken bus going all the time for 2 QT per person. There isn’t any staff except the maid who is nice but doesn’t speak English. So if your looking for recommendations or activities, this is not the place.
• Sahar (1/5): THEY ARE LIARS - the check out. first, there is NO breakfast! in the first 2 days they didn’t clean our room. just ignored us on WhatsApp. so we had to take the trash out ourselves. after that they say ‘they don’t have the key to the room so they ask us to leave the key to the cleaning lady. but in the next day they suddenly ‘had a key’ and they enter our room without heads up. I addition to that, we had no electricity and hot water for two days. the guy on WhatsApp didn’t really care about the fact we can’t take a shower and charge our phones. just saying that tomorrow it will be fine. the next day we went out and sent him a massage, asking if the electricity is back. he said ‘yes, señorita’. we got back to the hotel. there was no electricity. apparently he didn’t check before he answer. so he basically lied. we called him, saying there was no electricity, he offered to take us to another hotel so we had to move in the middle of the night. after that, he took no responsibility. not about the cleaning and not about the electricity. said it’s not his fault and refuses to give us one more day even the hotel was empty anyway.

They offered 10 % discount , still no restaurants within walking distance. Other guest complained about same thing. This is not a hotel, is more like an Airbnb without some of the perks. No coffee. Is very far walking from center, however easy to get bus or Uber. My room was very big but kind of shared family room separated from another room by a door. You can hear everything other guests are talking or doing... In fact it was a really bad experience.. You can imagine what other guest were doing. You can also hear all. Pipes and bathroom activity. This property needs to be honest on what they offer.

• Elisa (7/5): Good - Nice house very colonial. It was far from main town. Hot water was not working in the room. Beds were hard. There is no breakfast included in my reservation it said breakfast included but it was a lied. We stayed for four nights and we only got parking for one night.
• Xrusader (10/5): Beautiful hotel and room - Beautiful hotel and room. You can't tell by the unmarked building face, but once inside you will be impressed. I only booked one night and I'm regretting I didn't book all my time in Antigua here. It's not an ideal location. It's a far walk to the center of Antigua. Traffic in the area is heavy and the sidewalks are a challenge. I see some new sidewalks being laid - perhaps this will improve in the future.

• Marita (6/5): Good value for money, but staff is not very welcoming. - The place has a nice and quiet garden and different common areas to relax and and chill, there is free water available and the kitchen is really well equipped. The Wi-Fi does not work very well, the gas for the oven/stove ran out and nobody was willing/able to change it, and the staff at the location was not very welcoming.
