• mandy (2/5): - We booked this villa nido on booking but when we reached the villa that they provided to us is another villa which called villa umi. That villa is rather out of the way, and you have to go through a very narrow alley to reach it. What's more, it doesn't show up on Google Maps at all. Every time we have to type in the name of the neighbouring guesthouse to find it, so it's terribly inconvenient whether you're trying to order GrabFood or use Gojek. Moreover, upon check-in, we found a thick layer of dust on the floor, indicating substandard hygiene. Crucially, during rainy weather, the room leaks, leaving the floor beside our bed damp. Furthermore, there is a severe shortage of electricity, resulting in frequent power cuts. The most serious issue of all is that our money which value more than 4 million rupiah is vanished from the safey box, proving that this villa's security measures are also inadequate. Not only that, but their CCTV only covers the main entrance; there are none at all in the other common areas. This is a very, very significant problem, as it means we have no reliable evidence whatsoever to prove who stole our money after it disappeared. Moreover, the service provided by the villa's manager was also quite poor, frequently failing to answer calls, which made timely communication extremely difficult.
• Tianii (9/5): Amazing Villa and can’t wait to be back - Perfect location, quiet but still close to everything. Amazing cafes around. The staff were so lovely and attentive and always happy to help. Staff came in every couple days to clean and maintain gardens and the pool and did such a good job. So happy with our stay. No major issues - if anything arose like a dead safe battery - it was fixed immediately

• Samuel (8/5): Great villa I would recommed this close to good gyms and cafes. Not to far if riding a scooter to main part of cangu. - Good location, quiet spot not too busy of an area. Would stay again. The road to the property very bad. The cleaning services came at random times sometimes quiet late at night.
• Anthony (10/5): Exceptional - Great pool area space & open plan kitchen. Location perfect close to shops/restaurants. Nothing all good!
• Ramaloo (5/5): Passable - I like the overall layout of the villa but it was abit dirty, the shower drain was clogged, the shower water pressure was also questionable. The pool was definitely infected so we all got sick and the place was almost always crawling with centipedes. Yea wouldn't stay there again unless I didn't find any better ones and find a better location. But its more affordable because of its location.
• Jade (9/5): Great location, beautiful villa - Beautiful pool, great kitchen/living area, all bedrooms large and comfortable. Great location - small shop and coffee right at the top of the road, and not far from Canggu but out of the hustle and bustle. Great communication from owners. Loved our stay!

• Ellie (9/5): Superb - Beautiful and private villa, with lovely facilities and in a calm yet great location. Warm, inviting and helpful staff, who go above and beyond to assist with any question or request. We very much enjoyed our stay, and hope to return.
• Voyager (7/5): Spacious, relaxing villa in a great location with a few minor hiccups.. - We had an enjoyable stay at this villa in the Pererenan/Canggu area. The location is great, and the villa offers spacious, comfortable bedrooms and a nice outdoor space. There were a few minor hiccups during our stay. Communication with the host was sometimes a bit delayed, and we noticed a leak in the bathroom ceiling when it rains. There was also an unexpected power outage one night due to a missed payment, but this was resolved relatively fast. Overall, the villa has lots of potential and provides a pleasant base for exploring the area with just a few small improvements needed.
