• Marion (10/5): Sehr schöne Wohnung nahe beim See - Die außergewöhnlich gute Ausstattung: alles da, was man brauchte, sehr bequeme Betten, großzügiger Wohnraum mit 2 Balkonen, Terasse, die fußläufige Lage zum See Alles war prima, wir haben uns nur mit den Schlüsseln vertan, eine eindeutige Kennzeichnung des Garagenschlüssels wäre super. Genial aber, dass es einen Stellplatz gibt!

• Jens (8/5): - Serafina als Verwalterin ist super und die Lage auch. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist eine Katastrophe und wurde angemerkt. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist nichts für größere Autos.

• Jana (10/5): Herrlich entspannter Urlaub! - Die Lage ist fantastisch! Sehr zentral in einem sehr ruhigen, hübschen Viertel mit vielen Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man ist sofort am See und kann dort wunderbar entlang spazieren. Die Busverbindung ist auch sehr gut!

Нам знадобився гараж, адже ми були на авто, він прямо під будинком, що максимально комфортно. Господарка Розі була постійно на звʼязку, а заселила нас чудова пані Філомена, дуже приємно. Спати було трохи прохолодно, але ми знайшли додаткову ковдру

• shiri lavi (10/5): יחס נפלא ודירה טובה! - הכי אהבנו את רוזי המארחת הכי טובה שפגשנו אי פעם! רוזי תקשרה איתנו ביעילות ובחביבות רבה, ענתה על כל שאלה ואף המליצה לנו על מקומות לאכול ולבקר בעת השהייה. רוזי דאגה שיקחו אותנו טרמפ מהדירה למרכז ההיסטורי ובחזרה פשוט כי המרחק היה הליכה של כ 45 דקות שהתעצלנו ללכת ברגל. רוזי דאגה לכל מחסור מייד. הדירה בבניין מתוק עם חצר קדמית ואחורית, עם 2 מרפסות ובריכת שחייה לרשות הדיירים. הדירה מריחה טוב, מצוחצחת ועם מגוון פרודוקטים לשהייה ממושכת. הדירה קרובה לרחוב הראשי וגם כ 100 מטר מגדת האגם עם טיילת מקסימה. וילון האמבטיה ארוך מדי או תלוי נמוך מדי וקשה שלא לדרוך עליו בעת הרחצה. המיטה קצת קפיצית מדי לטעמנו, מרעישה וזזה על הרצפה כשנשכבים עליה. לצד זאת, היחס הנפלא והעזרה בכל דבר מצד המארחת רוזי פיצה על כך!

• Jan (10/5): - Die Lage ist super. Für Ausflüge in die Altstadt ist die Bushaltestelle sehr schnell erreichbar. Restaurants, Supermarkt und der Gardasee sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass die Gastgeberin jederzeit erreichbar war und immer sofort auf alle Fragen geantwortet hat. Die Schlüsselübergabe ging sehr schnell und einfach. Ein Pluspunkt aus unserer Sicht, dass zur Wohnung ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz gehört. Das war sehr praktisch. Wie würden wieder kommen.

• Michele (10/5): Vacanza a Sirmione - Appartamento super funzionale a due passi dal lago e dal centro di Sirmione in un residence con una bella piscina . I propietari molto gentili e disponibili hanno allestito una casa dove davvero non manca niente compresi anche prodotti di primo utilizzo (detersivi ,saponi, caffè...). Super consigliata!!
• Orel17 (10/5): Très bel appartement pour des vacances reposantes - Très bien équipé, pleins d'attention pour pouvoir tout utiliser (lave vaisselle, lave linge...), des fruits des gâteaux et de l'eau à notre arrivée, la piscine est très grande (+ que ce qu'elle ne paraît sur la photo) et il y a même un maître nageur, place de parking sécurisée en sous-sol (attention elle est étroite), à 2 min du lac. Rien. Pour les vacanciers : avoir conscience que le centre historique de Sirmione n'est pas juste à côté.

Had everything we needed all bathroom essentials even washing tablets for the machine. 😍 In a fantastic location with lots of restaurants around us 5 minutes walk to the bus stop going in all directions.3 minutes walk to the fabulous lake to swim and relax. • Emma (9/5): Great quiet location, spacious clean apartment - The apartment is spacious, very clean, nicely decorated and has two balconies and a good size swimming pool. It was equipped with all of the things we needed and the host was very responsive and nice to deal with. It's in a great location outside the main tourist area of sirmione so it's very quiet and had lots of restaurants and a couple of big supermarkets nearby. It's about 50 metres from the lake and we enjoyed our walks along it. It's also close to the bus stops. There's is a washing machine and the host provided washing tablets for it as well. The mattress on the bed was too hard for us but the host provided a duvet to try to soften it. We found the mattress on the couch bed was more comfortable so we slept there. The shower is a hand held shower which I find awkward to use but it functions well.
• Judit (10/5): A clean, well-prepared apartment in a great location with a kind and welcoming host - We stayed for one night as a group of three, and even though it was a last-minute booking, everything was fresh, clean, and perfectly prepared upon our arrival. The apartment is in a great location, in a lovely and pleasant neighborhood. The host was kind and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

We are a family of three, who looked for a place to relax in comfort, and we did :) - This is an absolutely wonderful apartment, highly recommended for everyone fond of lake Garda in general, and of Sirmione in particular. To explain geography a bit :) Sirmione is a peninsula comprised of the two main parts: the upper "touristy" one, with Castello Scaligero, the famous Terme, the stunning Grotte di Catullo, the amazing Jamaica Beach, etc. If you are travelling to Sirmione during the high season - this is the part to visit, enjoy the vibe, have a lovely dinner at one of the local restaurants with a view... but STAYING there, honestly, I do not recommend, especially if you are a family travelling with children. Tip: take a look at the lower part, Colombare and the surroundings. This is where you will find all the needed infrastructure, equally wonderful lake, and much, much better accommodation options. Here enters Blu Armony, a sweet and homey apartment with a great pool, by the way (which, for some reason, does not appear clearly enough in their description photos ;)) Rosy, the host, is most charming and helpful. Checking in and out went just as smoothly as one may hope. Seriously, book it. We had a wonderful time, and hope you will, too! Nothing really. The bus stop, from where you can travel up to the main attractions, is just 3 mins along the street. It´ll take you a couple of EUR and a mere 15 minutes to get to wherever you want in the main "attractions area". The lakeside is equally close, in the opposite direction along the street. If you need food supplies - again, just round the corner. Fully equipped kitchen - check; washing machine - check; a lovely terrace overlooking the garden and the pool - check.
