• Dalton (4/5): Hotel bem simples - A localização é muito boa, próximo da praça de armas. O quarto é frio, poderia ter um aquecedor. Não tem tomadas no quarto, somente no banheiro. Não foi realizada a troca de toalhas e reposição de papel higiênico. No café da manhã não era oferecido leite. Os travesseiros eram muito altos, bem desconfortáveis.

• Iara (9/5): Foi dentro do esperado porém não contávamos com o frio . - Localização , presteza dos funcionários , chuveiro excelente , cama simples mas muito boa . A falta de um aquecedor pois o frio é foi extremo variando de -1 a 5°.

Acqua calda (molto calda ed arriva subito!!) e stufetta ad olio in camera, se serve. Colazione molto basica ed essenziale ma comunque ok

• Collin (1/5): Facilities were not as described - The location was convenient Our room did not have a working electrical powerpoint so we could not charge our phones at night. The toilet also did not flush and there was no hot water. There was often no one at the front desk and it was difficult to get someone to assist. The towels provided were stained as well. Would recommend staying elsewhere. For non Spanish speakers, the staff here do not speak any English.
• Santa (8/5): Very good - Very good location and I like my room with window to the street becouse a lot of rooms are with windows to inner corridor. Shower has hot water and good presure. Good bed with 3 blankets. Breakfast simple but good and also made me breakfast box when I leave early to bus. Also possible to rent heater as the nights was very cold. Nice and helpfull stuff. Electricity plugs in room all was old and charger did not stay inside so I need to charge everything in bathroom.

• Joel (9/5): Great Hotel Service at a Family-Ran Hostal - Excellent location! Very good breakfast!! Great customer service by a family. They are very accommodating, helpful, and eager to provide great service to their guests. The room was very cold and with no heating provided. A little investment in some small, portable heaters would greatly solve this problem. Keep in mind that there are five (5) floors for this hostal and no elevator. Having a large luggage can be a workout.
• Brett (7/5): Aussie and Malaysian in Puno, Peru - We loved the location, close to the main square, and it was great value for money. The staff were so friendly, organised our pick up from the bus station and even organised a takeaway breakfast, as we left early in the morning on the bus to Cusco. Breakfast was basic but nice. The only issues we had was that the room was cold, so ask for a heater if one is not in your room. Also, the morning showers did not have hot water, which was a difficult way to start he day, so enquire about that early.. Otherwise, great!

• Sulma (8/5): If u want to have a cheap clean quiet single room stay here - Good location, good value, simple breakfast yogurt bread cheese avocado, One of the lights in the room didnt work , there is hot water but if ur english speaking the C is for calente not cold lol takes like 5 minutes to warm up, but overall clean and pretty cheap for ur own room, good wifi

• Izzy (6/5): Did the job breakfast could be better - The room was a decent size and it was easy to get out for food. It was loud, we were also on the stair case with very thin curtains so all night every time someone went up or down the stairs the light would shine through and was disturbing to sleep. Also could hear noise from other rooms. The breakfast was poor with the smallest, thinnest slices of avocado, ham and cheese where you end up needing about 5 of each to make one normal slice, so you just end up taking more anyway!
• Carolina (8/5): Great Location - Helpful Staff - The hotel is two blocks from the Cathedral plaza - location is perfect. The staff was super helpful. It was a great value for the cost and it fulfilled our expectations for Puno. Breakfast was good, and the staff can help you booking a tour to the Uros and Taquile. It worked out very well.
• Angeliki (7/5): Great value- loved my accomdation- Communication was an issue! - I liked everything- room was clean and I had eveything I needed for one night and I am happy with my accomodation choice. The negative below is what makes me give a 7 and not a 10. The only reason I am not rating this higher is because, they knew I was coming as I always communicate prior to my arrival everywhere but when I arrived, they told me I had to wait 20min for my room. I had 1 hour before a mini bus was supposed to pick me up for a hald day tour. That was no pb. But the 20 min turned to 55! They kept telling any minute now - any minute now and i waited nearly an hour. On top of the delay they did not show me to my room or help me wiht my bags, even though they could see I was stressed and I was in a rush. I belive they forgot, noone cheched their messages and I checkied in after cheching time had started. It is not like I was asking for anything extra! They also refused to take payment as I had to 'wait for the manager'. I asked to pay on 3 different occasions!

• Nick (8/5): Nice hotel good value - The staff here are very nice, not much English spoken but that's fair enough in Spanish speaking South America and they always made the effort. it's a basic hotel but very fairly priced and in a good location just round the corner from the main square. Bring toilet paper as there wasn't any
• Nicola (9/5): Friendly, basic hotel - Older style, basic hotel, but very good value. The staff were excellent...our room was cold on arrival, so they gave us a heater. They then checked throughout our stay that we were warm enough (we were). Very friendly place with nice touches like offering us tea in the evening and bringing us a tray with flask of hot water to our room. Great location a few minutes walk from the Cathedral. We found it quiet (our room had an interior window overlooking the lobby). Breakfast was fine. The hot water might be a bit hit and miss, but we had warm showers in the morning.

• Wind (3/5): Poor - I didn't stay because I was quite shocked by the facilities upon arrival. Lucky I had free cancellation policy till the last minute. The staff are rather responsive though. The pictures are much nicer than the reality. The facilities are not acceptable to my standard.

• Figaroa (10/5): Exceptional - Close, walking distance, to the City Center, Cathedral, main street. The frontdesk clerk very helpfull with tours. They pepared a breakfastbag for a large group leaving the hotel earlier than 6 o'clock in the morning.
• Christian (10/5): Loved it, would stay again! - Wonderful location. Very close to Plaza de Armas, yet a little tucked away, so the noise level wasn't too crazy. Incredibly wonderful and accomodating owner. Every silly request I had he and his son helped me out with. Because I was sick while staying at the hotel, he brought me hot water and tea to my room every day so I didn't have to walk up to the fourth floor. ❤️ Only thing I could possibly think of is that I wish that the breakfast window was longer. As of now, you can only eat breakfast from 6 am to 8 am.
• Maria (8/5): Great cost/benefit and excellent location. - Excellent location, steps from the main square. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Breakfast was tasty, with options of fruit, cereal, yogurt, ham and cheese, juice, hot beverages, bread and more. The shower water was cold, but once I notified the staff, they turned on the boiler and soon it warmed up. Another minor thing was the toilet seat, which was broken during my stay.

Facilities areold and the hotel needs some refreshment. It is definitely not a 3-star hotel. Maximum 2-star.

• Erlan (9/5): Nice room in the center of Puno - Big room comfortable bed, there is not a kitchen but you can ask hot water and there is a microwave you can use. Breakfast is okay, nice fresh juices. Good location and friendly staff. Not hot water, we stayed there for 4 nights but took maybe once a decent hot shower. A lamp close to bed could be nice.

All amenities listed were available and worked well. The only issue was the hot water took a very long time to heat in the shower, and during the night there was no hot water in the shower.

• Jamie (6/5): Cheap and cheerful, not the worst but I wouldn’t go back - Great location, friendly staff, shower was powerful although it wasn’t always hot Bed was horrible, pillows bad, shower was freezing in the evenings although the shower was amazing in the mornings. The worst thing though was the bottom door is always locked for a member of staff to let you in when you ring the bell but on a few occasions nobody answered the bell and I had to wait on the doorstep for 5-10 mins until someone arrived.
• Matthew (5/5): Passable - The staff is really friendly and hardworking. He one person manages everything in the hotel. Provided really nice breakfast for us. It's freezing at night. No heater and hot water will only comes when you inform the reception will then they switch on the boiler. The hotel is really old and aged. Furnishing is so run down.
• Ognyan (9/5): Very happy with my stay. - Very kind and attentive staff, they let me in the room earlier, because I arrived in the morning, which was very kind of them. I was cold, so they provided a heater in my room, which really made my stay very comfortable. The location is great, just next to the main Cathedral, ideal centre. I could hear the TV of the neighbouring room, but I was still able to sleep perfectly.

• Thobias (7/5): A very good stay for a few days to explore Puno and Lago Titicaca - The room was spacious and had an own bathroom with a very hot shower. A small but very sufficient breakfast was included as well! I didn’t had a towel when I arrived; but this was just a matter of few words. I didn’t liked that you had to ring the bell when you wanted to go out and come in again.

It s a simple accomodation in cold Puno. I asked for a heater as the room was cold and got one. The water in the shower was never really hot.

Comfortable bed Lots of choice at breakfast Great location close to cathedral & main square There was no plug socket near the bed in the room I was in. An extension lead would be beneficial so I could use my phone in bed whilst it was charging. Breakfast was very early 6am-8am so I had to set an alarm not to miss it
