• Vasiliki (8/5): Εξαιρετική επιλογή στην καρδιά της πόλης - Τοποθεσία, καθαριότητα, άνεση, ευκολία πρόσβασης, άνετο κρεβάτι! Ο δρόμος έχει αρκετή κίνηση, τα διαμερίσματα έχουν καλή ηχομόνωση, αν όμως κάποιος θέλει απόλυτη ησυχία καλύτερα να προτιμήσει το δωμάτιο που βλέπει πίσω.

Yürüyerek 2 dk da anacaddedesiniz birçok ünlü ünsüz mağazalar var. 5dk da sahildesiniz. Her yer ama heryer yürüyerek çok yakın. Köşedeki restaurant hep dolu idi yes store yine çok yakın hemen altında market var. Kolay erişim , balkon , hemen yakındaki börekçi , temiz, kahve makinesi herşeyden çok memnun kaldık. Ayrıca müsait olduğu için erken checkin konusunda da çok destek oldular. Herşey için çook teşkelr. Biz festivale denk geldik. Mangal perşembesine. Şehir çok hareketliydi ve bu muhteşemdi. Biz alışık olduğumuz için bizi çok rahatsız etmedi ama, geceleri sokaktan ara sıra bağırış ve sesler geldi.

• Ian (9/5): My gripes are minor and we would book again to continue our discovery of such a wonderful city. - There was a nice little kitchen in the main room and all heating facilities were in excellent order so comfort was very good. The location is excellent and you are in the heart of Thessaloniki as soon as you step out of the door. Also, excellent communication from the host, Vasilis. We stayed in a room at the rear which didn't have a pleasant outlook. No problem but I wish I had known in advance. There was also mild surprise at the toilet being fitted so close to the washbasin as to make life a little awkward!!

• Eli (9/5): - The location is excellent. There is a supermarket below. Excellent operation. Vasilis and Konstantin were always available for questions and cleaned the rooms again in the middle of the stay and brought towels and sheets. In short, good value for money Lack of lighting in the room.

• Carlotta (5/5): Not worth the money - We haven’t met anyone in person but we got support through the phone. They were super responsive and willing to help. Check in was easy. Location perfect The apartment itself unfortunately is the classic Airbnb scam apartment. Everything about it felt like it was supposed to be good for the first day and a good photo shot but nothing that will be nice to use or for a while. The shower head was broken when we arrived and we asked them to fix it, they left us on the door a new one for us to replace ourselves, we did, and then the hose itself exploded. The new one was again the cheapest you could buy. Annoying. This time we had to change to another apartment of them which was again - the lowest quality possible. For the same prices there are much nicer places in the city. The balcony was nice but super dirty and the air conditioner was leaking on the seats…
• Carly (10/5): Cute apartment in a perfect location - The apartment was in a wonderful location, close to many sites, food, pharmacies, and cafes. We were able to walk everywhere from the room. It was clean with all the necessary supplies and big enough to offer some privacy and space. As a bonus, the apartment is really cute and trendy. The balcony is perfect and private. Check in/check out was easy. Bill was incredibly helpful, even sending a list of places he recommends nearby. He was available for questions and any other needs. When I return to Thessaloniki, I will absolutely be checking if this spot is available to rebook! I cannot recommend this room enough. It is difficult to think of anything negative but having extra towels would have been nice. However, I am sure if I had asked, Bill would have responded quickly and provided them!
• Ms (10/5): Cozy apartment, highly recommend! - A cozy apartment, very clean and comfortable in great location within local area (supermarket as well as cafes and Tavern, 24-hour supermarket, beside or within 2 min. walk. Our host, Bill, was amazing, a real professional and always available for us. He even provided all valuable infos concerning how to reach the apartment, location, surounding etc. in advance. We'll definitely return to this place. Everything was perfect!
• Leena (10/5): Perfect for a week's stay! - The room was kindly changed to Ptolemeon 30, 7th floor and room 6. Heavenly apartment: cool, dark with decent curtains, quiet and peaceful. Lovely, shady little balcony, brilliant on sunny days. Toilet was normal!!! Compared to others in Greece. Vasilis heartful, patient and very helpful, quick answers to questions. Dedicated to customer service.

• Smeu (1/5): A very nice apartment, great location with horrible crazy students as neighbours!!!! - The room was good, with a small built-in kitchen. The check-in process was very smooth; I just followed the given instructions. I also received some tips on how to arrive by public transportation or taxi. Mr. Bill was very friendly and willing to help, even at 12 in the night. I initially rated my stay as bad due to the students living next to my apartment. They were shouting, screaming, and yelling, making unbelievable noise. They behaved extremely disruptively throughout my entire stay. I contacted the owner, and Mr. Bill was very helpful. He called the police twice and offered me a late check-out free of charge. Despite the efforts of Mr. Bill, the behavior of the wild students made my stay quite unpleasant. The students made my stay really unpleasant. At the beginning, I felt uncomfortable because there was no formal check-in process. However, as the owner was very easy to reach, everything went smoothly afterward.

Spacious room including kitchenette and balcony. No mirron in bedroom but there was a big one in the common area just outside our room.

Very outdated misleading photographs.Noisy and uncomfortable. The Unit 1 on the 1st floor we stayed in was disappointing. Tired, dark , overlooking the enclosed courtyard of the buildings. When we first arrived late afternoon I sent a  question about the noise to the property manager , sound  was loud enough to be heard with windows and balcony door closed,even over the sound of the air conditioning and TV. The reply was that they might be turned off when the supermarket below closes but didn't know about it.  We were unable to sleep at all due to the loud noise that reverberated in the enclosed courtyard from the 4 commercial ventilation vents right under the property. We had to keep window and door fully shut and keep air-conditioning on. The sofa which was opened for our 11yr old was incredibly uncomfortable and positioned right under the air-conditioning.  No bed cover for sofa. Only a sheet.No blankets only one (not very clean) bed cover. Our boy was cold and was very noisy, so the 3 of us tried our best to sleep on a double bed with the one cover. Cleanliness is an issue. Long hairs on floors and shelves. A used panty liner was left stuck to the bin in bathroom. Alongside foot marks on the floor. Toilet seat os too small and doeant fit toilet. Toilet roll holder comes off wall.After shower bathroom floods outside the enclosure.  Maybe other rooms in the building that overlook the front are better

• Emilyjsw (10/5): Beautiful! - Mazi Rooms is the perfect stay for a young couple in Thessaloniki. The apartment was gorgeous, clean, and perfectly located at a 10 minute walk from Aristotle Square. There was also a small food shop just next to the entrance, which was amazing for us. The hosts were extremely helpful and kind. They sent me a list of recommendations for cafes and restaurants when I arrived. They also responded to questions quickly and helpfully, which made our trip so much smoother and stress free. I can not commend Mazi Rooms highly enough!
