• JohannaAlida (10/5): Keurig appartement - De locatie was perfect. Heel dicht bij het strand. De weg was heel rustig. Het appartement was heel netjes en schoon. Verzorgd ingericht. Eigenaar goed bereikbaar en reageert snel, vriendelijk en adequaat.Opvallend mooie ruime keuken bij dit kleine appartement. Ook de patio was gezellig. Carpinteria is een leuke gezellige badplaats. Mooi strand en lang wandelpad langs de kust. Veel leuke eetgelegenheden. De slaapbank was kort en nam toch veel ruimte in. Je kon dan niet makkelijk er langs naar de keuken. Het grote bed was ook wat zacht voor ons.
• Emma (9/5): Amazing Find! Book it if you can. - Location, location, location! So close to the beach and shops. Super stylish interior. Great TV! The beach trolley and equipment. The outdoor patio. Good sized kitchen with all the amenities. We absolutely loved this place. For two people it is perfect. For a family of four though it’s just a bit tight.

• Neville (10/5): Perfect stay by the beach - What's a lovely apartment. Everything required to for a perfect stay close to the beach. The apartment is extremely well equipped and has lots of nice touches. Liked everything
• Francis (9/5): Location, location, location. Walk to everything. - Perfect location, just off the beach. 100 yard walk to the sand. The place was spotless and very well appointed. Lovely kitchen with everything you need should you decide to cook. There is a coffee pot AND a Keurig. The bed and bedding were very nice with a perfectly placed ceiling fan above. There is a very large television which can be watched in bed, or from the sofa. There is a lovely patio in the front of the unit with seating for four. The two of us spent much of our down time out there. The umbrella has lights on it for sitting out in the evening. There is also a beach wagon full of chairs, umbrellas, etc. We didn’t need to avail ourselves of it, but next time we will know that we can leave our chairs and umbrella at home. The complex has laundry facilities and a lovely pool area. We’re already looking forward to another stay. There is nothing that I didn’t like about the property. We could have stayed another week!
• Kathrin (8/5): Es war toll, danke! - Super nahe zum Strand. Host reagiert schnell und unkompliziert bei Fragen. App für waschen funktionierte nicht. Schwierig, Coins zu besorgen (kein Wechselautomat im Waschraum)
• Eric (10/5): Would definitely stay here again for a couple or small family with young children. - A really fantastic location, only a half block from the beach, easy walking distance to Linden Avenue (the main street in car), restaurants, etc. Drive up, park the car and walk everywhere for your entire stay. Well stocked “beach cart“ with chairs, umbrellas, etc. Really nothing… It was perfect for our stay!

• Linda (9/5): Superb - Well appointed, making very good use of small space. Surprisingly quiet Bedside reading lights are dim, a tracking device attached to the key fob chimes regularly when you’re carrying it - we would leave it in the car when we went out
