Large well-equipped kitchen, good bathroom, comfortable seating. The terrace has a nice view of the old Zadar and the harbor. Nearby there is a shop and a cafe, a short walk or bike ride to the center, and the beach is also a short walk away. There was nothing inappropriate.

- Gerda (9/5): Zadar ist eine tolle Stadt! - Wir wussten vorher, dass die Unterkunft 30 Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt ist. Meistens gingen wir am Meer entlang zu Fuß, mit Unterbrechung in schönen Cafes. Es gibt eine Busstation direkt vor dem Haus, man kann aber auch günstig ein Taxi nehmen. Das Haus ist neu und gepflegt, schöne Balkone mit Meerblick. Der freundliche Gastgeber gab uns viele Tipps! Der Sonnenuntergang in Zadar ist ein wunderbares Erlebnis, ebenso die Meeresorgel und der Gruß an die Sonne. Die Altstadt von Zadar ist schön und lebendig, mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und freundlichen Menschen! Eigentlich nichts.

- Frank (10/5): A great place to stay with a fine host - What a fantastic holiday, and glad we chose to stay here. We were delayed, but Darko was a fantastic host, and stayed on to meet us with the keys, and as it was late showed us to our room straight away. We saw him the next morning, and he was a great host and guide giving us a map with advice, and restaurants to try (all of which were superb), Our flay was spacious with everything you could possibly need for a stay, and spotlessly clean, with a view from the balcony over the water. It's not right in the centre, but it was nice to stroll along the seafront, and then use the boatman to get to Zadar old town (on advice from Darko). It was so nice to feel so relaxed and well looked after by a great host, in such a nice, quiet peaceful location, that is not too far away from the sights and things to do in Zadar. Would thoroughly recommend staying here for a serene holiday, with the town centre, and old town not too far away and easily walkable.

- Algė (9/5): Almost perfect stay in Zadar! - I’d say this was a truly perfect stay in Zadar — located right by the sea with a stunning view both of the water and the city itself. Even if you stayed in the very center of Zadar, you wouldn’t get such a beautiful view of the Old Town! The apartment is spacious, and all air conditioners were working perfectly. The host was extremely friendly, welcoming, and informative — he gave us a local map, pointed out places of interest, nearby shops, and recommended several nice cafés and restaurants. A recommendation: for an apartment of this level and size, a washing machine would be a great and very useful addition — there’s definitely enough space for it, and we would have gladly used it during our stay. Although I would rate this accommodation quite highly, there are a few small things that could be improved. The cleaning could be a bit more thorough — while the apartment was generally clean, there was visible dust on upper surfaces and under the beds. We were a group of five (the host welcomed us all and knew this upon our arrival), but no bedding was provided for the youngest child (under 4 years old) — it seems it needs to be requested additionally. The kitchen is quite well-equipped, though it lacks basic essentials like salt and pepper.

Mindere isolatie waardoor wel lawaai hinder van de andere huurders.

Přivítal nás tady sám majitel Darko a poskytl veškeré důležité informace, které jsme ke svému pobytu potřebovali. Manželská postel je krásná, veliká, matrace příjemná, ale při otáčení postel vrže. Přesto se nám tady líbilo, určitě doporučujeme a pokusíme se sem ještě někdy vrátit. Jinak fotografie odpovídají informacím na Bookingu.

It was near the city center but also close to another fun area of the town that isn’t as busy as the city center. I was bummed there wasn’t coffee provided. The old town is about a 25-minute trip away, and the host is very friendly and helpful, providing all the information you need about Zadar and the surrounding area.

Also a coffee maker was there but required filters and coffee grounds… would prefer a machine with pods… less fuss and can easily be bought and any remainder left over for next guests… but very minor issue!!!
- Keith (9/5): Fantastic short stay in a welcoming city - Great location, good sized apartment. Darko is a welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful host. The large balcony was a great spot for an early morning coffee watching the busy harbour’s Apartment had everything we needed and is spacious. Nothing we didn’t like - there is some noise from the larger boats that dock but nothing to worry about.

There were many closets, a comfortable sofa in the living room, and one air conditioner in the kitchen. The kitchen had everything necessary so that we could cook at home. There were shops and cafes nearby. It took no more than 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Right next to the house was a bus stop. We could walk to the city or take a boat. Near the house was a beautiful small beach where you could have coffee and a croissant in the morning while looking at the sea. The house was clean and quiet. Darko explained everything to us in detail, gave us a city map, and recommended places to eat and buy groceries. We had a very peaceful vacation and will remember it for a long time. Thank you, Darko, for the excellent organization and friendliness. It was very important to us. It would be nice to provide us with fans for the two bedrooms – it was hot to sleep there at night without air conditioning.
