- Eminashvili (6/5): Pleasant - Location is best, value is good, room was clean. The hotel is good. They have only the big rooms pictures on their profile, so this was reason why I booked it. But when I arrived they told me that every room was book only one smallest room was free and when I saw the room that was a "hole of mouse", no windows nothing. But then I told them that that was not the room I booked. After my talk they give me the other room key.

- Maja (8/5): Great value for money - Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and matched the photos. The location is very near city center, a few minutes on foot, and there are supermarkets a minute away from the hotel. The street is rather noisy. Cars are passing by frequently all day long, always at full speed, and each is playing music with volime up on max. Apart from the noise, be ready to watch out for them as soon as you step out. Threre are a couple of bars down the street as well, so you will hear some very merry people yelling and singing below your window during the night. :)

- Vidas (4/5): Disappointing - Only location was good, that's it First of all, i ordered room, with expectation to get room like in the pictures. Second, At the reception we were offered to sleep with our child in the same bed, our son is already 11 years old. Third. When we entered the room, we saw that the room was not what we had thought of when we booked it. The room was completely different from what we booked. It was old, small, the balcony door didn't even close, we got an armchair to prop it up. Fourth. I went to the reception to ask for a room change, but they told me what you want, you got a family room, and we don't have another one. The staff was not polite. Not recommend.

- Maia (10/5): Exceptional - Good location - very close to the center, easy to find location on your first try. Staff were very friendly. The room was clean and had all the necessities - towels, shampoos, soaps. Our room was next to a main street. Blinds couldn't be closed completely, so light came through the window.

- Jan (6/5): It's Hostel not Hotel so... - It's a Hostel so there are tick walls and the common room is next to you, where people are sitting till late night and even falling from the sofa at 5:00 am which makes you get up and wondering what just happen.I wolud recommend this room for 1-2 nigths. It's good value for the money. Staff is very nice!

- Diana (6/5): Pleasant - The location is great The cleanliness is a bit lacking, but the biggest no is the noise. When I read previous reviews I assumed people talking about noisy street outside, but it's not it. The noise comes I guess from AC unites outside the building and it's crazy loud. Like wall shaking, driving you crazy mechanical roaring. The good thing it was present only one night out of 4.
