Ana (5/5): Loud construction next to my window - We were very satisfied with the staff and the overall hospitality during our stay. Everyone was kind, professional, and very welcoming, which we truly appreciated. we were quite disappointed with the room conditions. The room was located next to an active construction area, and there was constant noise throughout the day, including Sunday evening and early morning. Because of the construction, the room and surrounding area also felt very dusty and not as clean or comfortable as expected.

Al entrar o salir del taxi ( varias veces cada dia) nos atendieron de maravilla siempre. La decoración y confort del hotel de primer nivel. Espacios sofisticados pero muy acogedores.La biblioteca nos encantó. Desayuno a la carta muy amplia acompañado de un buffet interesante.

Julia (10/5): A beautiful hotel where the staff really made our stay special - we would love to come back to The Bristol and Belgrade. - The hotel was the most comfortable we have ever stayed in - great interiors, beautiful lounges and common spaces, a lovely room and bathroom and very comfortable bed! The location close to the fortress, shopping area and river was great too. It was the staff that really made our stay special though - they were all helpful, professional and friendly. The breakfasts were also delicious! It was a little tricky walking around the nearby Belgrade Waterfront construction sites on foot but that will only be a temporary problem.

No apologies they lack on managing the staff. Staffs attitude is excellent but its a full hotel 15 tables one waiters and slow service due to that. What should have been and excellent breakfast turned to a waiting game. Management should be more organized its such a shame for an amazing hotel to be this bad at service. And unfortunate they did enter my room without knocking the door obviously they panicked but still unexceptable

Mashine (3/5): A five-star hotel where you feel tolerated rather than welcomed. - Very little, unfortunately. The building itself is beautiful and historic, and the hotel clearly has potential. Some of the interiors look impressive at first glance, but the overall experience did not match the level of a five-star hotel, let alone a Michelin Key property. We arrived with high expectations, as this is a five-star hotel with a Michelin Key, but the stay was very disappointing. For a recently renovated hotel, there were too many technical issues: in our room, a socket and the peephole were coming loose, paint was peeling, and the air conditioning could not cool the room properly. It took three days of repeated reminders before a technician finally came and simply replaced a completely clogged filter. The spa also had issues: one room was not working properly, another had a broken thermometer, and the ventilation near the relaxation area was very noisy. The weakest point is the service. Staff rarely smile, rarely greet you, and do not seem to remember guests or their requests. At reception, despite repeated visits about the same issue, nobody remembered me or followed up properly. Requests were often forgotten: clean cups were promised but never brought, the minibar was not always replenished, and the wrong pillow was brought twice despite the pillow menu. One used glass appeared to have been turned upside down rather than replaced. The balcony was locked; after signing to open it, they offered furniture but could not find a table. Breakfast was far below five-star level: a small buffet, a limited menu, little variety, forgotten orders, long waits, and a feeling that guests are tolerated rather than welcomed. Dinner was also disappointing: high prices, one main course unavailable, one steak cooked incorrectly, difficult communication with the waiter, and a 30-minute wait just to pay the bill. The free Wi-Fi is 30 mbps, and “fast” (50 mbps) costs extra, which feels inappropriate for a hotel of this level in the centre of a capital city. There was construction noise during the day and bass from a nearby club at night. On the day of departure, we asked reception to call a taxi, but it was not done at the requested time, and we almost missed our ride.

Valentina (1/5): - В номере холодно. Стройка вокруг. Персонал, закатывающий глаза. Сняли деньги за полный день, «при условии бесплатной отмены в правилах бронирования». Отказались снять неправомерно наложенный штраф. Не рекомендую. Ощущение, что зазвездились, хотя отель пустой и всегда есть номера свободные день в день. В ресторане пусто.

Julia (8/5): Better Experience Last Time - Friendly staff Comfy beds had my second stay at the Bristol and would recommend booking a suite. The deluxe room doesn’t offer much space in the bathroom. The spa hours could also be longer. The welcome experience was also different this time (don't know whether this was due to the different room category or inconsistent processes)
Aleksandr (9/5): - The hotel is posh, building is a design marvel, pristine clean and with deep attention to detail in furniture, decor and equipment. No cheap IKEA-looking stuff, apparently a lot built to order, a true palace. I got a free upgrade for a junior suite, which was a lot bigger than a room i booked - however in a hindsight, i'd probably decline an upgrade because i booked a small room with a balcony and bathtub - the suite had neither. But it's on me. It was very quiet and staff extremely nice and attentive. Breakfast is sub-par for a 5-star hotel, selection was very, very limited. This surprised me because otherwise the hotel is great. Breakfast is also extremely overpriced and i'm not exactly a price-sensitive guy.

Denis (10/5): - Пожалуй, один из лучших отелей Белграда. Понравилось все! Расположение удобное... красивые виды, близко к старой части города, но можно пройтись рядом и по современной новой набережной с отличными ресторанами и зонами отдыха. Отель комфортный и статусный. Ресторан с великолепной кухней, но не дешевый!) Персонал внимательный и отзывчивый. Отличный большой номер с удобной кроватью!!!! Завтраки хорошие. Хватает и шведского стола, но есть и завтрак по меню. Возможно, был один небольшой минус.... окна выходили на стройку.... вид портился, но на удивление, совсем не мешал шум и звуки со стройки (великолепная звукоизоляция окон отеля!!!!) Отель однозначно рекомендую! В следующий приезд остановимся здесь же! вид на стройку (но понимаю, что это временно и не мешает комфортному проживанию) шумновато работает кондиционер

BURCU (10/5): Kusursuz, dört dörtlük, harika konumlu, pırıl pırıl bir tesis - Harika bir otel! konumu La Fayette'ye aşırı yakın, en güzel caddelere yürüyerek 15 dk. odalar ve tüm ortak alanlar tertemiz. personel güleryüzlü. Köpeğiniz varsa yine çok doğru bir tercih, köpek yatakları ve mama kapları tertemizdi. en ufak bir kusur bile bulamadım. Transfer aracına bineceğimizde 2 kişi yolcu etti, bavulları yerleştirdi ve kahve ikram etti. konaklamamız boyunca bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sormak için whatsapp'tan mesaj gönderdiler ki bence çok ince bir davranış. böyle tesislerin artmasını diliyorum. Belgrad'a tekrar gelirsem muhakkak tekrar burada konaklayacağız.
Elizabeth (10/5): Beautiful hotel - Loved this luxurious, plush hotel. The public areas were beautifully decorated with fabulous fresh flowers. The room was large, fresh flowers in the large bathroom, the breakfast was delicious. We could easily walk to the waterside restaurants for dinner. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Elena (10/5): - Очень красивый отель, прекрасные завтраки, шикарный ресторан, быстрое заселение. Персонал очень отзывчивый и предупредительный. Room service комфортный по цене и работает безупречно. На обед и ужин дресс код, это нормально. Рядом с отелем ремонт дороги, но благодаря прекрасной шумоизоляции дискомфорта практически не было. Пользование балконом платное, но этому есть объяснение, надо сразу понимать такое условие. Этот отель спас наше путешествие и украсил его своим комфортом и красотой. Очень стильная библиотека, но к сожалению всегда все зарезервировано и отдохнуть там не удалось) Объективно - лучшая пятерка в которой мы останавливались в Европе за последние лет 5. Много милых мелочей, меню подушек, стихи в номере, музыка. Спасибо за стиль, красоту и удобства. Вы лучшие из лучших. Бесконечные фотосессии, понятно что в Белграде такой красоты больше нет, но для проживания это не комфортно. Например мы приезжали погулять по городу, выходили в джинсах или спортивной одежде для удобства и чувствовали себя не в своей тарелке, так как в холле с утра до ночи все фотографируются в нарядах. Нужно все таки учитывать, что не всем комфортно на отдыхе ходить в вечерних платьях.

Irina (10/5): - Очень уютный , чистый, комфортный отель. Персонал доброжелательный, вежливый и внимательный. Всё вопросы решались быстро с максимальным удобством для клиентов . Спасибо большое за теплый прием, обязательно остановимся в этом отеле в следующий раз.
