• Armin (10/5): - Luiz ist ein super netter Mensch und er und seine Frau geben ein super cutes Rentnerpärchen ab! 💑 Die zwei Hunde die sie haben (Bonbon und Cherry) sind auch richtige cuties. Wenn man in der Gegend was anschauen mag oder vor dem Abflug oder nach dem Ankommen etwas in San Jose chillen mag empfehle ich diese Unterkunft aufs Wärmste!! Hab selten einen so guten Service bzw. zwischenmenschlich so tollen Menschen erlebt!

• Karl (9/5): Es ist Ideal für die An- und Abreise. - Wir waren die erste Nacht, nach der Ankunft um Mitternacht und die letzte vor dem Abflug da. Luis hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert, er hat uns kostenlos zur Autovermietung gebracht und auch am letzten Tag in der Früh zum Flughafen. Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht haben aber trotzdem einen Teller mit Obst bekommen und auch am letzten Abend hat er uns einen großen Teller mit Obst vorbeigebracht. Wir hätten aber auch Frühstück haben können. Parkplatz ist im Hof mit abgeschlossenem Tor. Die Wohnung ist nahe beim Flughafen (15 Fahrminuten), man hört auch die Flugzeuge was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Die Wohnung hat keine Klimaanlage nur Ventilator, was aber vollkommen ausgereicht hat obwohl draußen am Tag 30° waren.

• Laurence (10/5): Nous étions comme leur famille. - La gentillesse et générosité du propriétaire a fait toute la différence dans notre arrivée au Costa Rica. Il a été présent à notre arrivée tardive en soirée, a pris le temps de nous accueillir avec son très gentil chat , nous a donné des fruits le lendemain matin et nous a même conduit à une location de voiture, ayant eut quelques soucis avec la compagnie que nous avions planifié. Vraiment, sa présence a fait en sorte que notre voyage a bien débuté. Rien. Pour moi, tout était parfait !

Luis offered to serve it next time we came. The bed was a bit too firm for our liking, but that’s a personal choice.

• Parsamand (10/5): - I never bother to write reviews but these people were so sweet and nice l had to. great value for money; the place is clean and tidy and they let me stay at my room till 10 pm for an extra 10 dollars only as l had a late night flight.
• Noémie (10/5): - Toujours au top. Nous y avons logé à notre arrivée et à notre retour. Les hôtes sont plus qu'adorables. Nous leur avons même demandé s'il était possible de venir nous chercher à notre location de voiture et nous emmener le lendemain matin à l'aéroport et ils ont accepté avec plaisir (moyennant finance bien sûr). La chambre est propre et très confortable ! Vous trouverez aussi un frigo, un MO, une cafetière et une bouilloire 👍 On entend le bruit des avions mais c'est l'emplacement parfait pour être à côté de l'aéroport.

• dominique (9/5): Très agréable nous sommes passés à l'aller et au retour de nos vacances - L'accueil très sympa de Luis et Flory, l'ambiance familiale, le logement très correct, proche de l'aéroport sans le bruit et sur la route des loueurs de voiture
• Robin (10/5): - Simplemente maravilloso. Nuestro vuelo se retrasó y eso provocó que llegásemos al hotel cerca de las 2 de la mañana. El dueño estaba esperando en la terraza a que llegásemos y, pese a la tardanza, fue muy amable y nos enseñó todo el alojamiento y nos dio algunas recomendaciones. Me gustaría resaltar que el sitio está super limpio, cuidan hasta el más mínimo detalle. Cerca del aeropuerto (unos 8 minutos en coche). En definitiva, lo recomiendo a todas aquellas personas que estén en San José de paso y necesiten alojarse cerca del aeropuerto.

• Mercedes (10/5): - Our flight had been delayed 6 hours, and luckily the owner stayed up late enough to let us into the property! The room was clean and comfortable, with a cute little terrace outside. The owner was super accommodating and when we woke up served us breakfast (for an extra fee), a home cooked meal which was excellent and exactly what we needed. It seems to be a community area where an entire family lives, as we’d met his son and a few others… all super friendly and welcoming that made our stay that much nicer. 5-7 minutes away from the airport so a great place to stay if you need to be there quickly (as we did). Highly recommend and will be back shortly !

• Kiera (9/5): - Lovely quiet, clean, comfortable and elegant studio in a friendly family compound (parking included) not far from the airport. Wonderful breakfast! Highly recommend staying here if you're arriving late afternoon/evening or leaving early - that said we arrived by rental car, so not sure about the public transportation options. We were really happy to practice our Spanish!

Der Weg zum Flughafen ist schön kurz und man kann sein Auto direkt vor dem Zimmer stellen und das Grundstück ist abgeschlossen.

• Vered (5/5): - The owner was super nice and welcoming, wanted to make sure we are comfortable. Parking was available right next to the room. There was no hot water in the shower. The room was very small. The property is close to the airport so there was quite a lot of airplane noise.
• Gayle (10/5): Sweet spot! - Sweet little space inside a locked gate. The unit was clean and comfortable. Like everyone says, the owners are warm and friendly. Just make sure you tell them when you'll be there so they open the gate. Get an electronic gate opener from them if you're going in and out.

• Sandra (10/5): - Unglaublich nette Gastgeber, wir haben bei der Ankunft einen Kaffee und ein Stück Kuchen bekommen. Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir sogar zum Airport gefahren. Das Zimner liegt etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Flughafen entfernt. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und modern, es war leise und wir haben super geschlafen. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder buchen.

• Camilla (8/5): Buon rapporto qualità prezzo - Piccola Guest house a conduzione familiare. Fuori dalla stanza c’è un parcheggio e il tutto è gestito da una famiglia molto gentile. La stanza non è molto grande, ma fuori c’è un piccolo spazio con frigorifero tavolo eccetera per fare un eventuale colazione fai da te. È pulita e il letto è comodo. Molto vicino all’aeroporto e nella zona ci sono piccoli negozietti, benzinai etc.

• Lizi (9/5): Superb - Luis was a very friendly host. he could speak a little English , just enough to talk to us we had problems with the credit card and he drove with us to the bank in the morning to get cash. we stayed the first and last night of our holiday in the Green studio as it is very convenient and close to the airport. we rented a car with Europcar which is only 1 km from this accomodation. for the return flight Luis brought us to the airport at 4hrs clock in the morning. we can certainly recommend this stay! just for the information but not an issue: no hairdryer in the room. only 1 thing: it was very warm in the room at night (only a fan).
• Jeanine (10/5): The most welcoming place in San Jose. - Luis and Flory are the most welcoming hosts and made sure my first night at Costa Rica was a very comfortable one. The accommodation is very clean, great climate control and its very quiet in the night so you can get a good night of sleep.

But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the family hosting the place. Their kindness and care were absolutely extraordinary. They were there for every little question, provided me with everything I needed, and made me feel not just welcomed, but genuinely cared for. It was the kind of warmth and generosity that’s rare to find - I almost felt like I had become a part of their family. Thanks to them, I had a perfect rest and a smooth trip the next morning. I’ve never stayed anywhere quite like this before. The kindness I experienced here was truly something out of this world :)

Hosts were super nice and picked us up from our rental car return station and shuttled us to the airport at 4am in the morning! Neighborhood is a bit sketchy but we still felt save due to the big gate in front of the property.

Extremely kind and generous hosts, waited up for a late night arrival, helped with a morning car pickup, delicious breakfast, and just so many thoughtful touches. Really beautiful and extremely comfortable, with a lovely outdoor private space! It's a little bit loud with the dogs and cats at night so if you're a very light sleeper either close the windows or bring earplugs? But otherwise absolutely excellent and highly recommend.
• Pauline (10/5): Beautiful welcoming private space - I only had a quick overnight as I was catching a flight the next morning, so I didn't have much time to explore the area, but the place itself was fabulous. I could have stayed a week! Nothing! Although just make sure you tell your Uber driver "Airport Green Studio" as well as the street, as there are no numbers and we got lost. Apart from that, it was perfect 😊

The family that runs it is so kind and their cat and dog too! Felt like a charming home stay. Bonus fruit platter on arrival and home cooked breakfast in the morning was the cheery on top! When we arrived it was difficult to get into the property and we had to wait half an hour before anyone let us in. It was then complex to pay at the end as the owner was out of the country.

Is super close to the airport but also quite calm. The owners where just super nice and friendly. We even got some fresh fruits! We can just recommend it for everyone!

Thomas will go extra mile to tend to guests needs and his father dropped me at the airport at 3.30 am in the morning for a nominal charge. The place is secure and pristine. Highly recommended if you want to crash one night here before your flight.

Close to the airport, easy to find. The family who runs the place is wonderful- friendly and helpful. We were able to purchase a very good breakfast before we left.

• Juliane (10/5): Lovely home close to airport - I stayed here for my last night before leaving Costa Rica and the hosts made me feel so at home! The place is really cozy and clean, it has enough space to move around and a beautiful veranda. Especially the hosts were very sweet and made sure I had everything I needed and more: they brought some coffee and fruits and had some helpful tips about where to eat. For a small fee I got an amazing breakfast and they took me to the airport- the perfect last night.
• Dr. (9/5): A welcoming and enjoyable stay overall. - The host and the hostess were very accommodating and we were made to feel welcomed. Even though we didn't share the same language, they were very patient with our little amount of Espanol. The room was immaculate and updated. The patio was a bonus we enjoyed while a thunderstorm was moving through. The homemade breakfast and a welcome platter of fresh fruit (some from their property) were also a nice surprise. The bed was rock hard (but we slept ok), no AC but there was a ceiling fan which helped. There was no hot water so we both took a lukewarm shower.

It was the perfect location since we could safely park the car, fill it up on the gas station right next to the Studio and return it to the nearly located rent company. The Hosting family is exceptionally nice! The breakfast is probably the best, we had on our whole journey! We would definitely come again. -

• Sian (10/5): Fabulous accomodation and welcoming family - It was comfortable clean and quiet and convenient for the airport -but best of all the family were so welcoming and helpful - I was really touched by their kindness. They went above and beyond what they needed to do to make my stay good . I joined them for a BBQ and they helped me by being able to purchase transport to the airport and breakfast which made things very easy - and went out of their way to help me find an ATM . Nothing
