• Emilia (10/5): Best place in Kutaisi! - It was an amazing stay! It was so good I don't even know where to start. The rooms, the huge and super comfy beds, cleanliness, the VIEW from the stone balconies, the garden, it was all stunning. And above all, the host Polina is a total queen, so hospitable, warm and charming. Talking to her was so nice and fun, and the breakfast she prepared- delicious! A place to come back to 1000% Everything was perfect :)
• Zachar (10/5): It was perfectly. - The room was big, clean, with a great view and all necessary facilities. The bed had an excellent, comfortable mattress for a good rest. Breakfast was above all expectations - tasty, healthy, big and diverse. The property has a beautiful yard where it's a pleasure to relax and drink cup of coffee or tea which are free 24 hours. The most important thing was the attitude of the staff, which ready for helping you at any time and give a sense of being a welcome guest.

• Giulia (10/5): - First of all I would like to thank the owner for being so welcoming and warm. It was almost like staying at an old friend's house (and the place does indeed feel like a home). The room was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view to the city and the hills. Breakfast was also amazing. Our stay was short and in the end we even wished we had had more time to enjoy the lovely gardens and common areas of the hotel.
• Yulia (10/5): - Душа этого отеля - Полина. Я много путешествавала по миру и обычно больше оцениваешь комфорт и удобства отеля, часто тебя встречает стандартная вежливость персонала. Но это было нечто особенное! Это такой душевный индивидуальный подход, который не купишь ни за какие деньги мира. При моём позднем прилёте предложили накрыть завтрак в 13.00 - все было свежее, горячее (особенно запомнились сырники и ленивый хачапури). На вечер Полина забронировала нам столик в ресторане, помогла со стиркой вещей после активной экскурсии, нашла выгодный и качесвтенный трансфер, узнав о наших планах ехать в Батуми предупредила о ремонте дороги и возможных пробках. На любой вопрос она готова ответить советом, поддержать, помочь. Я ни разу не была в таких заботливых руках! В каждом номере есть предметы антиквариата, в общей обеденной зоне шикарная деревянная мебель 16 века, все эти детали Полина с супругом собирала по крупицам на аукционах - создаётся атмосфера уюта и особенного отдыха. Однозначно рекомендую это место! Уезжать не хотелось все было великолепно!

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with beautiful antique furniture and a unique style that gives the hotel a lot of character and soul. The owner prepares delicious breakfasts herself, and the level of care was simply amazing. I have a gluten allergy, and she asked about any dietary restrictions in advance. In the morning, we were pleasantly surprised with gluten-free pancakes specially prepared for us — such attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay unforgettable. The terrace has a stunning view and is a perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or enjoy the evening atmosphere. Overall, this hotel feels very special, personal, and full of warmth. We would gladly stay here again.

Больше всего впечатлила терраса с видом на Кутаиси, горную реку и монастырь. Очень чисто и есть все необходимое, много цветов в саду, зелени, интересных вещей в интерьере номеров и самого отеля (антикварные комоды, люстры). Понравилось наличие настольных игр, гамак в саду, заходящие в гости котики. Как дома, местами даже лучше. Очень тронуты заботой хозяйки: приготовила завтрак исходя из наших пожеланий. Все идеально

• Marrian (10/5): we had a very great time and i highly recommend this hotel - we we're welcomed by our host Igor. he was very nice and gave us a tour around the property. the whole property was very nice and clean and has a very homey vibe. our room had a garden view and from the garden you can see the amazing landscape view of the part of kutaisi with bagrati cathedral on top of the mountain. delicious homemade breakfast was served every morning by our exceptional host Palina. nothing
• Happy Vacations (10/5): Ещё раз вернёмся - Очень классные хозяева Полина и Игорь Полина встретила нас в 3 ночи, показала весь отель, место для барбекю, где проходит завтрак. Полиночка огромное спасибо ♥️ У нас был прекрасный номер с видом на горы. Смогли сделать барбекю. Также Полина дала контакты водителя Каха, офигенный чувак, возил нас на водопады, и потом отвёз в Батуми. Цены очень адекватные, рекомендуем от души. Постель , кровать все ок. Были халаты, тапочки, кофе час в зоне отдыха - безлимитно. Такого нет, ещё вернёмся ♥️

• Paula (10/5): Wonderful stay! - The place has remarkably good facilities, with curated decor in a convenient and calm location. The room was very comfortable (best bed I’ve slept in years!), with beautiful panoramic views of Kutaisi. Igor and Polina were polite, thoughtful and respectful hosts, always available to help, and provided excellent advice to discover and enjoy the city. They were very kind to welcome us for check in very late at night! Last but not least, they offered homemade and abundant breakfast — it definitely got us ready to explore! The perfect spot to find quiet and peace. Would definitely recommend staying here.

• Nataliia (10/5): - Wspaniałe miejsce dla podróżnych. Pobyt przewyższył nasze oczekiwania. Mili i przyjemni właściciele są mega pomocni — można u nich zamówić transfer z/na lotnisko. Śniadania są perfekcyjne i przygotowywane na dogodną dla gościa godzinę. Mają także do kupienia lokalny alkohol, już rozlany do 100-ml buteleczek, specjalnie dla osób podróżujących wyłącznie z bagażem podręcznym :) Lokalizacja blisko najważniejszych atrakcji, wszędzie dotarliśmy w 15–20 minut. Miejsce jak najbardziej dopasowane dla grup: duża przestrzeń i sporo miejsca do wieczorowych spotkań oraz wspólnego spędzania czasu. Polecamy z całego serca!

• Ekaterina (8/5): Все хорошо. - Понравилось то, что хозяйка дома Полина была очень внимательна к нам-все рассказала и показала, посоветовала, чем заняться в дождь. Подкупает обилие фруктовых деревьев на территории дома-мандарины, лимоны, хурма и др. Думаю, в хорошую погоду очень приятно сидеть на веранде в саду. Не понравилось, что дом расположен в частном секторе. Кругом не очень красивые постройки. Река видна с балкона, но она на солидном расстоянии. Телевизора в номере не было, а жаль. Это не обычный отель с администратором и охраной, а, скорее, дом с удобными комнатами для каждой проживающей семьи (вариант для тех, кто ценит домашний уют). Двери комнат не закрываются-нам было не очень комфортно, хотя мы, безусловно, поверили Полине, что все будет в целости и сохранности. Нам повезло и мы были в доме одни, но если бы заехала другая семья, то был бы дискомфорт от того, что никто не знает, что за гости живут рядом, а все комнаты открыты.

• Marta (10/5): Do yourself a favour - treat yourself with a stay in the wonderful Veranda Boutique hotel! - This stay was truly one of the highlights of my week-long trip to Georgia. The care we received was unmatched - from the warm welcome and the tour of the property (along with the family’s story) to the incredible breakfast. We even got to buy souvenirs at their home: their own wine and chacha, made from fruit grown in their garden! The room and bed were very comfortable, with enough space for all our belongings. The details of the home were wonderful - the parquet floors, wooden doors, and furniture gave it a lot of charm. Everything was well-organized and clean. There’s parking available on the property, and the city is just a short walk down the hill. We also visited Sisters restaurant, which was a hit (make sure to book in advance, as it fills up quickly!). Will definitely be coming back here, when in Kutaisi.

Polina had a great list of local restaurants for us to try, helped book taxis and checked us in in the middle of the night when we arrived. The breakfasts in the garden each morning were spectacular. The room was large and lovely with gorgeous views from the balcony over the city.

The property is traditional and well kept, the views from the balcony/terrace are great! Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was traditional which we also loved. We enjoyed some of Polina’s home made Chacha, which was very kind and generous! There wasn’t anything! Great stay. We booked this with the knowledge it’s a 15min walk into town. If you don’t like walking then this is a good fact to know. But not a bad thing as it was quiet.

• Aleksandrs (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts were amazing. Probably the most welcoming hosts that I have ever met. We also really enjoyed the room and especially the view.
• Paula (10/5): Amazing place with great hosts - We loved our stay here. The breakfast was great, as well as the views and the house. Palina and Igor are great hosts, always attentive and very kind. We had the chance to try their wine while enjoying their balcony, which was really a pleasure. If we ever come back to Kutaisi we would stay here again no doubt.

• Georgiana (10/5): True hospitality in a wonderful setting - We really enjoyed our time at Veranda! The location is wonderful, with a view to the river, churches and hills around Kutaisi, which you can enjoy from various places on the terraces (our favourites were the gazebo and the hammock). The breakfast was a generous display of hospitality, as was the cha-cha tasting. Palina and Igor are wonderful hosts, they are attentive, kind, always willing to have a meaningful conversation, and even wake up at 4am to make sure our ride to the airport arrived.

• Abdulkarim (10/5): Very memorable stay in kutaisi. - Everything. Staff greeted us and showed us around the property. They also shared a list of attractions on google maps, which allowed us to discover an amazing restaurant just out of town. And the room.. Room is perfect, it was super clean, shower and bathroom are new and spotless. After long day we slept on very soft mattress and woke to find a delicious breakfast waiting for us. Nothing
• Radhika (10/5): Exceptional - The lovely owners - Polina & Egore are the USP of this beautifully appointed hotel . They are warm hospitable & helpful - meeting them has been one of the highlights of our 15 day Georgia vacation. We had booked a suite with terrace - very spacious with a huge sit out area over looking FIVE churches & a tranquil river. There is lots of greenery all around. It has an open feel unlike other popular hotels in kutaisi; while there is not much walking area as such within the property - it’s a place you want to curl up with a book whilst your hosts pamper you with great food & wines ! Polina & Egore went out of their way to procure Amber wine for us; they planned a very comfortable trip for us to Tetra cave, Motsminda monastery & the Shaorskoye reservoir for a very reasonable sum. Being fantastic cooks + their very sweet British helper made the entire stay a great gastronomical experience. We were staying in Kutaisi just for the caves & canyons day tour & had an extra day - it couldn’t have been better spent. I must mention that despite having a full house, Polina offered to drop us at the city centre for the caves tour early morning - just 10 minutes away but her thoughtfulness impressed us. I would definitely opt for the lovely veranda hotel whenever I visit Kutaisi next. The walk to the city centre is nearly two kms long down a cobbled toad which could be uncomfortable for the elderly. We didn’t see any reason to leave the tranquil hotel for the city centre’s maddening traffic so its location was fine for us. In any case cabs are easily available for church hopping etc.

• Margit (10/5): Just glorious combination of warmness, exeptional location and all the best of Georgia! - We never expected a night in Khutaisi could be so romantic! Not far from the centre of town, but like an island of quietness and hospitality. Exeptional views from the terrace, a cellar full of different chachas and wines you can taste and chat with the owners of the place. Whenever you have a spare day in the neighbourhood of Khutaisi, use it and visit the Veranda 😊

• Mark (10/5): Wonderful Stay! - We had a wonderful stay at Veranda Boutique Hotel. Inga and Polina are so welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable about Kutaisi and the region, advising us on everything from where we could swim to the best places to buy Georgian wine and beer. Being a little way out of the busy town centre is ideal, with a stunning view of the river and the cathedral. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. It was a pleasure to stay with such lovely people and we would love to visit again.

• Anna (10/5): Incredible stay - thank you Polina! - Beautiful clean, comfortable hotel with amazing views. Delicious homemade breakfasts. The owner is very welcoming and the there are many gardens and terraces to relax and spend time with family. Would highly recommend.
• Volker (10/5): Exceptional - Foremost, we liked the incredible hospitality of our hosts Igor and Palina. They were very responsive and accommodating and spoiled us with delicious food. Their place is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient and only a short walk from Kutaisi center. The view from the room was scenic overlooking the river and town.. Hopefully, we have the chance to return.
• Junaid (10/5): Super experience staying at Veranda Boutique - Mr Igor and Mrs. Polina Igor are the best host. Especially Polina served us with the delicious 😋 breakfast we ever had. Apart from the host, they were forthcoming in guiding us for our complete tour. In fact, she advised all dos and don't which were very helpful. They are fluent in speaking English, which was a great help. Nothing
