• Nathalie (10/5): - I loved the rural location. The chill vibe and the whole set up was great. The whole place was spotless so I have no complaints. My duvet was a little musty but I am a huge fusspot when it comes to smells so it could have just been my sensitivity to that. Over all spotless. There was no freezer only a fridge, I had brought some frozen fruit along so they thawed pretty quickly, all amenities were there. Staff were lovely and very helpful. It was the most relaxing breakaway I've had in a long time. I will definitely return.

Une mention spéciale pour Victoria, d'une grande douceur, qui échangeait en français avec nous. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute ici lors de notre prochaine visite dans ce beau pays !

• Mae (9/5): Great easter break - We absolutely loved it here, we have 1 under 2 and a 4 year old and they had a great time, super pleasant staff, very accommodating and flexible, house cute and cozy with comfy bed, food was fab and pizza night was a great little treat 😊 horses cats ect around that the little ones loved, playpark and enchanted wood. Also there was an Easter festival on so extra fun was had 🥰 Can't fault the place really

• Katarzyna (10/5): - I loved everything about the accommodation, as it brought us into the realm of fairytale. We stayed in one of the cabins, which was full character inside and outside. We celebrated our birthdays and felt like we could truly take a proper break from our rushed daily lives in very charming surroundings. For us it was better than expected. Booking.com photos dont do ot justice. We were even welcomed by two very friendly cats, which clearly enjoyed our company, and so did we theirs. Highly recommended. :)

• Cadet (1/5): It was a very stressful and unpleasant experience overall. - I stayed at this property for 7 weeks only because it was conveniently located near my workplace. Unfortunately, that’s the only positive point I can mention. The accommodation was repeatedly unclean, with no internet, no TV, and no proper heating — they eventually provided a small electric heater. The kitchen was extremely poorly equipped; most appliances didn’t work, and basic tools like proper knives were missing. Spider webs and large spiders were everywhere, and the laundry service was chaotic — it took weeks and several reminders to get my clothes back. It was a very stressful and unpleasant experience overall. I truly don’t understand how anyone could rate this place five stars.

The kitchen was poorly equipped; nothing worked, and there wasn’t even a decent knife to cook with. The place was full of dirt and spider webs, with big spiders everywhere! Laundry service was a nightmare — you wait two weeks to get half your clothes back, then have to beg again for the rest. This stay really cost me my nerves. Honestly terrible. Those giving five stars must be friends or fake accounts. Good luck if you go there!

Lots of lovely walking routes from the centre and we could have our dog along to stay with us. Food and coffee on site were delicious and staff were all very friendly. Loughrea was a 10 minute drive away with more walks, shops and restaurants. Exactly the sort of trip that was needed and would not hesitate to return

The breakfast we had was good, there were pancakes, smashed eggs, cheese and cereals, different types of bread, coffee, tea. The chalet has his best years behind him and was not really clean. The house is situated under really big trees, therefore everything felt damp and clammy, because no sun reaches the inside.

• Robert (10/5): A very chilled out place - This place was very cosy and lovely. The shower was amazing. Decor was really cool. The grounds around the place were nice to walk around. There was a big pig in a pen which my kids loved. They have Pizza or Taco parties every friday which was really handy for dinner. Very tasty too. Kind of in the middle of nowhere. So make sure you wont need to run to the shops. Matress on the beds were a little thin.

We felt that the wagon lacked privacy, which was not advertised, as it is placed on a pathway for any passers-by. As well, the wagon didn’t feel secure, as it could be opened while locked.
