• Magda (9/5): kameralna atmosfera, nowe domki i świetne jedzenie - Bardzo klimatyczne miejsce naprawdę z rodzinna atmosfera. Relatywnie niewielka lodge z nowymi domkami, może nie jest to luksusowa lodga ale klimat i personel jest genialny. Codziennie wieczorem serwowana była kuchnia lokalna. Niewielki team był bardzo zaangażowany i tworzył świetną atmosferę. Lokalizacja około 30 km od Andersson Gate, po drodze duża świetna stacja benzynowa oraz rewelacyjny sklep z pamiątkami.

• Samantha (10/5): Ottimo alloggio, cibo strepitoso, personale eccellente! - Struttura semplicemente fantastica, curata, pulita, autentica. Lo staff molto gentile. Il giardino e il terrazzo dove si mangia, godono di un magnifica vista sul paesaggio. Il ristorante sublime, in Namibia abbiamo mangiato bene ovunque, ma qui il cibo era sublime, complimenti allo/a chef! Niente, tutto perfetto.

• Ulla (9/5): Sehr gue und relativ preisgünstige Unterkunft zur Erkundung von Etosha. - Die Bungalows sind einfach, aber funktional und gut durchdacht. Der Garten und Pool sind sehr schön angelegt und dem sehr freundlichen Personal ist offensichtlich sehr daran gelegen allen Gästen eine schöne Erfahrung zu bieten. Abends sind Zebramangusten über das Gelände spaziert, die den Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht haben.

• Aitane (10/5): Joya cerca de Etosha. - Todo en general. A nivel de instalaciones el hotel es correcto, es decir, tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Lo que lo lleva a lo extraordinario es el personal y la excelente comida namibia que ofrecen cada noche!!

• Antje (9/5): Gute Lage zum Etosha - Uns hat die Freundichkeit des Personals sehr gut gefallen. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde stets eingegangen. Am ersten Abend gab es das Abendessen in der Arena am Feuer, das war ein tolles Ambiente. Die Lage zum Etosha war super Dankeschön für alles. Wir hatten eigentlich ein superschönes Zelt mit dem Flair dazu gebucht, jedoch bietet die Unterkunft seit Dezember gar keine Zelte mehr an...Schade. Am 2. Abend wurde das Abendessen leider nicht in der schönen Arena am Feuer serviert und es hat auch nur wie Schulspeisung geschmeckt...und das für den Preis. Schade.

• Janet (8/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Essen, Safari-Feeling in der Zeltunterkunft. Tolle Landschaft, zum Sundowner muss man nirgends hinfahren, einfach an den Pool oder auf die Terrasse setzen und genießen. Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Sanitärbereich im Zelt durch kleine Mauer vom Rest getrennt. Etwas gewöhnungs bedürftig, aber nichts dramatisches.
• Carmen van Veen (8/5): Prachtige locatie en fijn personeel - Bijna alles beviel in dit Camp. De ligging is perfect om Etosha te kunnen bezoeken. De kok Macy kookt heerlijk, het personeel is aardig, het is een prachtig terrein en het zwembad is (in vergelijking met veel andere accomodaties in Namibië) goed schoon. Het enige wat tegenviel, was de tent zelf. De badkamer is niet volledig afgesloten, wat het wat ongemakkelijk kan maken als je bijvoorbeeld naar het toilet moet. Ook waren er best wat beestjes die naar binnen konden kruipen. Het personeel vertelde ons dat binnenkort alle tenten worden vervangen door chalets. Wanneer dit het geval is, kan ik mij geen reden verzinnen om deze accomodatie niet te boeken. Want ondanks de tent, was het één van de beste verblijven die we in onze roadtrip hebben gehad!

• Irmgard (7/5): A convenient place to stay outside Etosha - The pool area and bar and dining area were very pleasant. The food was good and there was adequate variety on the buffet. The tents were a bit small so the bedroom piece was a bit cramped but the bathroom was a good size. The waterhole was disappointing as there were dead pigeons floating around in it and it had not been cleaned for a while. Also the hide at the waterhole was in a dismal state and was dirty.

De tenten zijn aan de kleine kant en zijn overdag warm. ‘s Nachts was de temperatuur goed in de tent.

• Andreas (1/5): NIE WIEDER - Die Bedienung und das Küchenpersonal waren sehr aufmerksam und fleißig. Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer mit einer Grundfläche von 25 m² gebucht. Als wir anreisten wurde uns ein Zelt mit einer Fläche von ca. 12 m² zur Verfügung gestellt obwohl ein großer massiver Doppelbungalow vorhanden war. Unser Einspruch wurde ignoriert nicht ansatzweise zur Kenntnis genommen. Wir haben dann 3 Nächte in diesem ZELT sehr schlecht geschlafen. Auf der Anhöhe auf der sich die Unterkunft befindet ging nachts ein starker Wind der die Zeltwände stark bewegte und damit einher lautes Schlagen zu vernehmen war was uns lange nicht schlafen ließ. Meine Bitte an booking.com, den Eigentümer aufzufordern, uns die gebuchte Unterkunft zur Verfügung zu stellen wurde beantwortet mit: "Der Vermieter wird sich mit Ihnen in Verbindung setzen". Dieser ignoriert das. Wir hatten eigentlich erwartet, dass booking.com sich der Angelegenheit unverzüglich annimmt und uns nicht an den Vermieter verweist, mit dem wir uns bereits auseinander gesetzt hatten und der keinen Handlungsbedarf sah. Leider hatten wir keine Alternative nachdem die Unterkunft im Voraus (für die uns zur Verfügung gestellte Zeltunterkunft reichlich) bezahlt war. Ein anderes Ehepaar, mit dem wir sprachen befand sich in der gleichen Situation und fühlte ebenfalls betrogen. Wir waren das erste Mal von booking.com sehr enttäuscht!

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Forse stride nell' arredamento un lavandino piccolo e nessuna mensola vicino per poter appoggiare almeno spazzolino e dentifricio.

The restaurant is very good and the staff welcoming. The bathrooms are not separated from the sleeping area; even a simple curtain would greatly improve comfort.

• Kyle (10/5): Shhhhh.... Don't Tell Everyone About This Place Because it is the BEST. - Absolutely loved staying here. Owners and staff were friendly. Food was amazing and was adjusted to meet the vegan and vegetaran palates of the 3 of us, one of which is a picky eater but who said the chef's pancakes were the best they'd ever had. The view in the morning from the breakfast/dinner area was amazing out toward Etosha National Park. Room was for a number of guests in a family so there were more beds than the 3 of us needed, but we were glad for the space after a smaller room elsewhere. The water was nice and hot for showers (didn't always experience that in Namibia). Please note (it isn't their fault): the sign for the turnoff heading north is easy to see, but the one heading south (from Etosha National Park) is sort of buried behind another road sign (put up by the transportation authority), so watch carefully if coming from Etosha. Um... IDK, that I can't live here full time! I also wish we had seen our nightime visitor we heard pitter-pattering on the roof - was it a bushbaby or something else? :)

• Janka (9/5): Sehr geeignet als Zugang zu Etosha. - Tolle Lage, die einen Blick auf die Etosha Pfanne ermöglicht. Guter Einstieg nach Etosha, sehr gutes Essen und komfortable große Glambing-Zeltunterkunft.

• Michelle (8/5): GREAT FOOD, okay sleep. - INCREDIBLE FOOD. Decent accommodations. The best home-cooked meal I had in Namibia, by far. The accommodations are glorified tents, which - although very large and containing bathrooms (with showers!), are still made out of flexible cloth walls, so they aren't very insulating / noise reducing and the wind at night can be extremely loud and intense. Beautiful grounds and a cute water hole where animals visit.
