The kitchen and bathroom had everything needed (soap, toilet paper, coffee) and they were generous with towels. the hot water worked in the shower and there was heating available. It was clean and comfortable. The location was good and there were enough blankets, outlets, and lamps. We were not sent the correct address and the host/housekeeper was extremely rude and accusatory, she did not even greet us with hello. She had also tried to charge us an extra 10 euros to use the sofa-bed. Upon calling the property owner, the issue had been resolved quickly, in a matter of 30 seconds. It was an unnecessary stressful experience which could have easily been avoided with better attention to the guests and basic interpersonal skills.

All'ultimo piano un balconcino servitissimo allieterà i vs aperitivi anche in tempo di neve. Arredamento curatissimo, caminetti di un tempo fruibilità ottima. I soffitti in legno a travi ormai piegate dal tempo saranno suggestivi ma poco pratici. Sostituirei tutto con sani IPE in ferro, tranne le traverse dritte tanto per dare un tono. Nella trave a soffitto sul balconcino app.to 1 ci sono 3 chiodi rischiosissimi: togliere tutto subito! Attenzione a non lasciare niente fuori la porta: ottima bottiglia di Cataldino abruzzese (competitivissimo con toscano), ignobilmente sparito nel giro di 5 minuti, praticamente entra-esci...cucù. Gestore incolpevole, ma prova provata della indubbia stima nelle produzioni dannunziane da parte del vicinato.

- Timea (10/5): - A charming and peaceful place to stay, located in the old town. The memory of drinking tea on the roof terrace on a cold November morning will stay with us forever. Visiting Pitigliano out of season allowed us to get to know the everyday life of the locals. The wine and olive festival was an exceptional experience!
- Micaela (8/5): Un angolo nel cuore di Pitigliano - Il piccolo appartamento è molto accogliente e ben arredato, con un letto comodo e un angolo cucina ben fornito. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo e la posizione ottima, nel cuore di Pitigliano. La porta in ferro che internamente all'appartamento da sulle scale che portano al piano superiore rende molto rumoroso l'ambiente, si sente distintamente il passaggio delle altre persone che alloggiano nella struttura. Il bagno è piccolo, senza bidet e con lo scarico della doccia che funziona a tratti.

- SC_7 (7/5): Pitigliano è uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia - Appartamento di grandi dimensioni in pieno centro storico a Pitigliano. La Signora che ci ha portato le chiavi, ci ha dato appuntamento in piazza e ci ha accompagnato all'appartamento. Gli spazi sono molto ampi e ci sono tutte le dotazioni necessarie per la permanenza. Abbiamo trovato i letti particolarmente scomodi. Qualche mobile andrebbe ammodernato.

- GGG (8/5): Altstadt-Feeling - Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar in den Altstadtgassen in einem authentisch wirkendem alten Haus. Unsere Wohnung (Apartment 5) wirkte schon etwas kleiner als 36 qm, aber da wir die Terrasse des Nachbareingangs mit nutzen durften, hatten wir genug Platz für Frühstück und Wohlfühlen. Manches wirkte wie lange nicht genutzt, z.B. Salz- und Pfefferstreuer leer.

La camera dispone, oltre a un letto che è davvero comodo, di uno spazio dove è presente un angolo cottura con un tavolo, un divano a 2 posti e una TV. Il tutto arredato, devo dire, con gusto. Il box doccia, del piccolo bagno, potrebbe essere migliorato inserendo un pannello in vetro al posto della tendina. Se dovessi tornare di nuovo a Pitigliano sceglierò di alloggiare di nuovo a Casa Messi.

- Cheryl (10/5): I would definitely recommend. Lovely town and great place to stay. - The location was perfect. I loved staying within the city. We ended up with 2 different places for our party. One was modern, great space for 2 people, loved the access to the rooftop balcony it was right outside the door. The other place was very old school, matched the city, super fun as it had a vintage feel to it. It was hard to communicate with our coordinator upon reciving keys, but it was part of the adventure of visiting this town. Everyone was very nice. Nothing really. If you have mobility problems, I would not recommend.

- Dario (8/5): Soggiorno ottimo, bagno stanza migliorabile - Bella ed ampia la stanza con elementi di arredo ricercati, silenziosa (tuttavia credo non ci fosse nessun altro nella struttura) e spaziosa per brevi e lunghi soggiorni. Comodo il cucinino nel caso si voglia preparare qualcosa da mangiare/bere. Bonus piccola terrazza comune. L'appartamento molto ampio. Le signore che gestiscono molto cordiali e simpatiche. Pulizia piu' che buona. Il bagno di una delle stanze sarebbe da rivedere/ammodernare, non di bel impatto. Assenza di un doccino (solo soffione fisso) e mobile lavabo un po' piccolo, sanitari da rivedere. Si tratta pur sempre di un bagno di un edificio in centro storico. Questo per quanto riguarda una delle stanze, il bagno dell'appartamento era meglio invece.
