My 3 year old son made new friends. The room, the facilities and ambience was very very good. I am in hospitality for 40 years and the team made this vacation memorable! Nothing and no complaints, It was very clean, the pool was next door and gardens and pools very clean. Plus a great breakfast with lots of choice and free flow coffee
• Rolly (1/5): I was really disappointed my whole stay. - Nothing The road going to the hotel, the set up of room there is no towel, the tiny and dirty pool was far to the hotel .the service are very poor. The check in time is 2pm and I arrived to the hotel at 2:30pm but the room still not yet ready. I booked 2 rooms for 5pax but it was separated 1 room is on the second floor and the 1 room is on 3rd floor , I booked 5 pax means together .so my experienced was really disappointed it’s not recommendable hotel.
• Mélissa (5/5): Séjour mitigé - Du côté positif, la chambre était spacieuse, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est pratique, et le personnel est globalement sympathique et accueillant. Cependant, plusieurs points nous ont déçus. Tout d’abord, la piscine n’est pas située dans l’hôtel même, mais dans un établissement voisin, et elle est très petite. De plus, contrairement à ce qui était proposé, il n’y avait pas de scooter disponible à la location. À plusieurs reprises, en rentrant dans la chambre, nous n’avions pas de serviettes à disposition, ce qui est assez problématique après une douche (froide). Et lorsque des serviettes étaient fournies, certaines étaient en mauvais état, voire trouées. Autre point important : nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pendant toute la durée du séjour. Nous avons également été dérangés par des travaux juste à côté de notre chambre, avec beaucoup de bruit dès 7h du matin, ce qui rendait le repos difficile. Enfin, nous avions réservé une navette pour l’aéroport en pensant qu’il s’agissait d’un service privé, mais il s’est avéré que ce n’était pas le cas, ce qui a entraîné un départ plus tardif que prévu.

The staff were warm and accommodating, always ready to help with anything I needed. While the Wi-Fi could be better and the road going to the hotel is a bit rough, the quiet atmosphere and good value for money made up for it. It’s a nice, budget-friendly place to stay if you’re visiting Siargao and want somewhere calm and comfortable.

• Lisa (8/5): Es lohnt sich wirklich dort einzuchecken. - Das Hotel ist neuwertig und befindet sich zentral, aber dennoch etwas abgelegen, was gut ist, da man den Straßenlärm nicht hört. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilft bei allen Anliegen! Die Zimmer sind groß, modern und sauber. Das einzige, was mir nicht gefallen hat, ist, dass es keine Warmwasser- Duschen gibt. Man kann sich aber grosse Eimer mit heißem Wasser ins Zimmer bringen lassen. Das klappte immer sehr zügig und warm duschen ist damit auch möglich.

Ens van ajudar a organitzar el tour de tri-island i donar tovalloles quan les hem necessitat. Per entrar a l’hotel estava la carretera molt enfangada i dificultava l’acces per anar caminant. Això ens obligava a tenir que demanar un tuktuk cada vegada. De totes maneres ho vam comentar a les noies i ens van donar una solució per venir-nos a buscar amb moto. Si arreglen el carrer seria perfecte.

Δεχοντουσαν μονο μετρητά που ειναι πρόβλημα όταν πρέπει να σηκώσεις γιατι κάθε φορα που σηκώνεις σου κρατάει προμήθεια της τάξεως των 4-5ευρω. Και δεν έχουν ολα τα ATM τη δυνατότητα να σηκώσεις μεγάλο ποσό. Στα πάντα ζητάνε deposit charge που στο δίνουν πισω μεν μετα αλλα εχεις την ανάγκη των μετρητών που όπως προανέφερα δεν είναι οτι πιο εύκολο και στο τέλος που στα επιστρέφουν σου είναι άχρηστα γιατι φεύγεις. Τα δωμάτια δεν έχουν ψυγείο

Just a few things to note—the swimming pool is a bit far from the hotel and located near the street, the road leading to the property is quite rough (though it seems like improvements are underway), and there’s no hot water in the shower. • Virginia (8/5): Comfort and design exceeded expectations, but some facilities were lacking - Love Raquel and the rest of the staff. The bed was comfortable, the grounds are beautiful, the design was aesthetic. - There is no hot water, they can boil water for you but it takes 30+ mins. - The wifi in the room was so shaky, and there was limited cell service. Most of the time we weren't able to access internet at all. - The roads to the hotel were kind of a dirt road, with deep potholes filled with muddy rainwater. It's not suitable for walking, and you must be skilled with a moped to drive over it. Don't attempt if you're just starting.

• Siargao (10/5): Overall it's 100000/100 for me! - Siargao Lisuga Hotel is a highly recommended accommodation on the island. The scenery is so nice because the room that I’m facing is in the garden the tranquility of the place is so perfect away from the commotion. They have a spacious room good for a family. They have also a restaurant where you can eat if so much hungry. They have services that you can avail like; tour packages, airport transportation, massage, surfing, and motorbike rentals. And what I love the most here is their staffs are very friendly and accommodating and you can feel the hospitality of each one of them. Overall it's 100000/100 for me!😍🌺

• Jane (4/5): Poor resolve and no compensation for very uncomfortable stay especially that we booked for 7 nights. - Front staff were friendly but it took a while to resolve the problem with our room#9. Rooms 9,10,11 on third floor are solar run but not enough to maintain air conditioners. For 5 of our 7 nights AC turned off and never turned on or plain air so room was stifling such that we had poor sleep. We kept mentioning this but this praised our patient once with no resolve until we insisted. They brought electric fans as we suggested and finally moved us for last 2 nights. Air conditioner turned off and never went on every night in room 9.

Because we booked a shuttle from the airport that was not there, we arrived and we have been informed no hot water for our entire stay, no electricity in the room, the breakfast was awful for a sweet taste (no choice and only three small pieces of a toast) AND the staff was not comprehensive at all about the situation when we complained - we changed the hotel 24h after arriving.
• Emily (5/5): I would look elsewhere - It’s cute and I think newly built, rooms are comfortable enough Not exactly as advertised. While it is a cute enough property and comfortable, the location is mediocre and kinda far from town. There is NO hot water, I think the owners don’t want to shoulder the cost for it, there is a water heater below the sink but it doesn’t appear to actually be connected to anything. They say they can boil water for you if you need it. Not exactly sure what you’d do with that but ok. Breakfast is lacking. Only 2 options and not the best, no juice or smoothies or any extras. There is NO pool or gym as advertised. One of the beds did not come with any blanket or top sheet, only bottom sheet. Construction nearby is loud. Nothing around the property to see or do or eat. Staff wasn’t the most friendly or helpful.

• Raquel (10/5): Short but Sweet Stay! - I had the best vacation in Siargao, especially at the Lisuga Hotel. I was greeted by the Siargao smile from all the staff, it was an amazing and unforgettable experience since they are welcoming, they even assisted us with everything that we needed, from the airport transfer via van, tour packages (Tri -island, Land tour and Sohoton), surfing lesson, motor rental and even massage. Our stay was really worth it, starting from a refreshing welcome drink to their complementary breakfast with coffee or juice. Please take note if you are too lazy to go out to eat, you can have lunch and dinner since there is an in-house restaurant with delicious food. There's one more thing that made me sleep well, it's the best quality of their linens, especially the bed, which is very comfortable to sleep on. Kudos to the housekeeping, our room is always clean and fragrant. To all the staff of Lisuga super duper thank you, the best service i experienced so far. Lastly, super grateful to Chef Rod, Miss Esa, and all Lisuga Team for setting us a private dinner for me and my friends! Thank you! 🥰

The hotel also has a restaurant, their food is good especially their lechon belly. The room was cozy, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a balcony facing the garden and, of course, the perfect spot for sunrise! The location struck the ideal balance—peaceful yet close to Siargao’s hotspots like Tourism Road, which is only a 5-min walk from the hotel and other restaurants nearby. Breakfast is included in the room; must-trys are their omelette and Tapsilog. The servers were courteous enough to give us advice on our itinerary. Kudos to your team’s hospitality! Special thanks to both Ate Raquel and Yang, the receptionists, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything from transportation to tours, making our stay truly memorable! Affordable and great value for money compared to other establishments that we’ve been to. Would definitely book again for our next Siargao trip!

• Mj (10/5): Exceptional - I highly recommend Lisuga. The staff are always polite and willing to help. The grounds are clean and surrounded by greeneries. The room is spacious, clean, and their bed is super soft perfect for a long day of adventure plus they have complimentary breakfast. The location is around 3-5 mins away from Tourism Road and the F.O can help you call tuktok anytime if you want a ride. Will definitely be back.🫶
• Almira (6/5): Just an okay stay - spacious room no hotwater, wifi not strong enough to open netflix or youtube on TV, no complimentary coffee for breakfast.
