- Verdell (7/5): Friendly, good location, excellent for a short stay, would absolutely stay again. - This is basically an entire 1 bedroom efficiency apartment. It is a good value for the cost charged. The grounds are well kept and there is a park just across the street. The area felt very friendly and safe. It is not a far walk to the center of activities. The owner did not engage much, but the hostess on site right next door, Katherin was excellent. Shower is cold water only. AC is only in the bedroom not the entire unit but there is a good breeze in the rest of the unit if you open doors and windows. The property doesn't allow pets but there is a dog on the property. I just found that odd. I will say finding the location can be tricky if you are not fluent in Spanish.
