• Nicolas (8/5): Comfortable room in residential neighbourhood within walking distance of city center - Location was good, quiet residential area with lots of great restaurants. We were happy to walk along the river to get to the major attractions downtown. There's also a metro station 20 minutes away, as well as a train station to get to & from the airport. Host was nice, he welcomed us with a bottle of wine & gave us some nearby restaurant & transit recommendations. Room was modern, cleaning services came every day. Breakfast (coffee & pastry) is offered through a local cafe. Rooms are located in an apartment building (no concierge). The room had a very faint odor of cigarette smoke, but it wasn't overwhelming.

The room has everything you need, and the hosts provided clear communication on how to access the place, as well as helpful tips on navigating and good places to visit nearby for food or fun! Its in an apartment building and has everything you need :)

To facilitate entry provide a specific arrival time. That was my mistake. Matteo arrived within 15 min and was lovely. Kitchen supplies sparse.

Breakfast was easy, nice coffee and we had opportunity to meet local people.The staff were helpful and gave us lots of tips about bars and restaurants. Thank you for the bottle of wine and water! Shower did not work properly, but the rest was fine.

• valentina (9/5): Consigliatissimo - L'host Emiliano è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ci ha consigliato dei posti tipici per mangiare tradizionale e ci siamo trovati stra bene. La camera pulitissima, silenziosa, accogliente e dotata di macchinetta del caffè e bollitore, nonché una bottiglia di vino. La colazione è offerta in una pasticceria storica del quartiere che ha delle cose buonissime. L'acqua nel frigo bar veniva rifornita tutti i giorni e nei 2 giorni in cui siamo rimasti noi ci hanno rifatto anche Il letto, la vicinanza a trastevere ma anche al centro della città è un punto di forza. Siamo stati molto bene davvero, grazie IAIO!

O checkin foi flexível, o que nos ajudou muito. Os anfitriões foram super simpáticos e ainda fomos presenteados com uma garrafa de vinho. O banheiro é bem pequeno e o box com o chuveiro é minúsculo (meu marido é alto e ficou super justinho ali). A acústica dos quartos não é boa, é possível escutar tudo o que o quarto vizinho fazia.

Sauberkeit entsprach guter italienischer Manier. Man muss wissen zum Frühstück im nahegelegenen Café gehört nur ein Kaffee/Cappuccino und ein süßes Gebäck. Aber mit Zuzahlung kann man auch etwas herzhaftes haben. Toll war das wir Kaffee,Wasser und sogar eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung hatten.

• Korbinian (10/5): Very nice and pretty place for some days in Rome! - Very nice location in a good neighbourhood, perfect to discover Rome! Nicely furnishes room with very comfortable bed. The host was very kind and helpful and even left breakfast for the day when the pasticcheria around the corner was closed. Watch out, booking.com hid a lot of costs behind taxes and charges!

• Georgina (1/5): Uncomfortable stay with poor communication and multiple issues throughout. - The AC works well. We were disappointed with our stay. There was no punctuality (we waited 30 minutes on the sidewalk in the sun with our bags despite confirming our arrival time), and although breakfast was promised, nothing was provided. The shower was broken and unsafe, the toilet flush extremely loud, and the bed creaked with every movement. The walls are paper-thin, so we heard people coming in at 2am, and the curtain was completely see-through with neighboring apartments looking directly in. Overall, the place lacked basic comfort and communication.

También se escuchaba hablar a las personas de las habitaciones de al lado. Se lo comuniqué al responsable e intento solucionar el.problem muy amablemente y estuvo atento a la situación, eso lo agradezco mucho!

• Guest (8/5): Sehr gutes Preis , Leistungsverhältnis. Reicht vollkommen um eine Nacht in Rom zu verbringen. - Es war unkompliziert, das Zimmer war gross, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Schlüsselübergabe war auch unkompliziert. Wir hatten Kühlschrank mit Wasser, Wasserkocher, Kaffee , Wein und WLAN inclusive. Ein Restaurant wurde uns vom Vermieter empfohlen, dieses war sehr gut und gleich nahe der Unterkunft. Wir haben die Unterkunft lange gesucht, weil diese nicht ausgeschildert war.

• Roman Lunin (8/5): A good spot for a short rest in Rome - The bed was really comfy, there's a fridge, an AC, a smart tv, the bathroom is all right. There was also a complimentary bottle of wine. The soundproofing is really bad, although it didn't bother me too much, but I guess it's a matter of luck. You can hear people in rooms next to you very well. A bigger problem for me was that there is no room to drop your luggage after checking out. They'll also charge you extra 30 EUR for checking in after 22 (didn't happen to me) - something I only learned after booking.

The location is very good, a few minutes from Trastevere and 30min away from Colosseum (walk). The bathroom is small, although it is very organized and planned.

• Guest (1/5): - Nada Horrible lugar, la ubicacion parecia insegura, el acceso incomodo, el lugar muy feo, nada que ver con las fotos de la plataforma, el lavamanos estaba tapado. No se lo recomiendo a nadie, duramos con mi familia 30 minutos en el lugar y decidimos buscar otro lugar para dormir, le pedimos a booking el reembolso de la segunda noche y la respuesta del alojamiento fue negativa, perdimos el dinero.

Minden rendben volt, bőséges bekészítés a szobában A mosdó val volt kisebb probléma, de minimális műszaki tudással orvosolható volt. Szokásos olaszos tisztasági allapot.

La struttura si trova molto vicino alla zona trastevere. Abbiamo fatto un ottima colazione nella pasticceria Lurani che consiglio!

L’emplacement proche de tous les points de visite (30 min à pieds) et du Trastevere, quartier très sympathique. Propre. 1. Le petit déjeuner supposément inclu n’était en faite qu’un voucher pour un cappuccino et un croissant dans une boulangerie. Ce n’était pas le petit déjeuner « inclu » qui était indiqué. 2. L’hébergement est mis dans les hôtels puis présenté comme « maison d’hôte » et « chambre d’hôte » or ce n’est qu’un appartement divisé en 4 chambres. 3. Lieu très bruyant, pas d’isolation entre les chambres ni avec la rue. 4. Salle de bain très petite.

• SimonaDav (8/5): Buona posizione,camera spaziosa, colazione da migliorare - La ragazza che ci ha accolti è stata gentile e disponibile. La camera è spaziosa e pulizia, il bagno è piccolo con doccia. Posizione ottima, a piedi si raggiungono vari luoghi, in 20 minuti si arriva al Colosseo. La zona è tranquilla ci sono ristoranti, pizzerie, market, parco giochi..Nei dintorni ci sono parcheggi a pagamento, difficile trovare un posto libero nelle poche strisce bianche. La colazione viene fatta in una deliziosa pasticceria a pochi metri dall appartamento. Il terzo letto per nostro figlio era un letto pieghevole non molto comodo. Il buono per la colazione prevede la scelta tra un caffè o un cappuccino e un croissant. I bambini non hanno una opzione come una spremuta o un succo. Pertanto abbiamo dovuto pagare la consumazione per nostro figlio.

• Muhammed Furkan (10/5): Sauber und angenehm. - Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Das Frühstück bei der Partnerbäckerei (4,6 Sterne bei G-Maps) war auch sehr gut! Zudem hat sich Matteo (z.B. Fragen bzgl. Parkplätzen und auch ZTL.) super um unsere Anliegen gekümmert und war immer nett und zuvorkommend. Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht in Rom, aber wenn wir mal wieder nach Rom reisen, dann sehr wahrscheinlich zu Matteo in dieses Hotel!
• Maher Amierh (5/5): Not recommended - We had vouchers that can be used in patisserie close to location for one coffee drink and a piece of croissant that wasn't great and to wait in queue. These vouchers wasn't clearly stated during booking as all what it said Breakfast included. I've ordered through the property a taxi pick up from Ciampino airport and regrettably the taxi went to different airport. Also, we where welcomed by a young lady with the name of Sara and provided us with different restaurants for dinner. Also it seems what see was interested in is collecting the city tax from us on arrival as I sent her a WhatsApp message later on and never received a reply

• Annie (5/5): A part pour l’emplacement dans Rome, je ne recommanderais l’IAIO Testaccio rétro pour rien au monde. l’. J’ai été extrêm - La situation géographique, le quartier L’accueil: froid, pressé, j’avais l’impression de le déranger, il m’a remis les clés, à pris mes Euros pour les taxes, une photo de mon passeport et comme le wi-fi était défectueux et que j’en avais besoin pour rejoindre mon fils qui venait de retrouver à cet endroit inaccessible autrement qu’avec les clés, il m’a dit d’aller à un bistrot environnant, d’y consommer quelque chose (!) et de profiter de leur wifi. Il se trouve qu’ils n’avaient pas de wifi au bistrot en question. J’arrivais du Canada, j’étais fatiguée et un accueil un peu plus chaleureux, attentionné et complet m’auraient bien aidée. Nous n’avons eu de wifi que la troisième et dernière journée de notre séjour et que pour quelques heures dans la journee, alors que nous étions bien sûr sortis dans Rome! De retour le soir, plus de wifi. C’était pourtant annoncé sur votre site comme inclus. Nous avons demandé une compensation à Emiliano, mais ce message est demeuré sans réponse. Nous croyons qu’un remboursement partiel de votre part ou de la sienne est justifié, compte tenu d que l’incapacité d’avoir accès à un wifi pendant nos trois premières journées à Rome a été plus qu’inconvénient et irritant. Nous ne pouvions rien consulter et organiser pour le lendemain de retour à notre chambre le soir. Aussi, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas, ce que nous avons aussi signalé, mais n’avons pas obtenu de réponse non plus.
