• Gwénolé (10/5): Séjour très agréable, je recommande cet appartement ! - L’appart est spacieux, confortable et proche du métro. L’appartement est au dernier étage dispose d’un terrasse ce qui est agréable ! Les serviettes et draps sont fournis ainsi que du gel douche et shampooing ce qui est aussi super
• Christina (10/5): Super impressed - Lots of hidden extras, full size shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, toilet paper. Lots of food in cupboards which we were for us to use. Great property. It’s nothing to do with the property but the lift was a bit dodgy so we opted for the stairs as we got stuck twice

• Paul (8/5): - The location was ideal for me. The property is really spacious and pleasant, and very well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen and bathroom. The plumbing is awkward - you have to turn on the tap and wait for 40 seconds for it to start pumping. You can't wash in a hurry. This was the only significant glitch.

• Friedhelm (3/5): Zu viele negative Aspekte, würden wir nicht wieder buchen. - Die Wohnung hat eine gute Verkehrslage. Die Wohnung braucht eine Renovierung, Betten durchgelegen, Stühle wackelig, Duschwasser kalt und zu wenig Druck, Geschirr teilweise nicht vorhanden. Der Vermieter reagiert nicht auf Beschwerden.
• zoliverdes (10/5): Apartament curat si sigur, aproape de obiectivele de vizitare - Locatia a fost una foarte curata si linistita. Poti sa te odihnesti foarte bine noaptea, apartamentul fiind situat departe de orice artera rutiera importanta. Elod ne-a oferit cu promptitudine si rapiditate toate detaliile despre cum poti ajunge de la aeroportul Heatrow la cazare, detalii despre cazare si detalii despre restaurantele si obiectivele de vizitat din Londra.La check-in am fost placut surprins de curatenia din apartament. Am gasit chiar si produse de curatenie si dezinfectare, ulei de gatit, condimente, bureti de vase, etc. Apartamentul este situat la 5 minute de mers pe jos de statia de metrou Whitechapel care dispune de legaturi cu toate tipurile de metrou DLR etc si la 2 minute de Royal London Hospital. Apartamentul este exact ca si in pozele de prezentare.In plus fata de poze, fiecare camera este dotata cu cate un dulap mare cu etajere si locatii pentru umerase bluze, camasi, etc. Umerasele disponibile sunt chiar mai multe decat am vazut la orice alta cazare. Televizorul din sufragerie este unul imens cu posibilitatea conectarii la Netflix, Prime video, etc.Elod a pus la dispozitie chiar si un aer conditionat mobil de mare capacitate care insa nu a fost nevoie sa-l utilizam. Pe tot parcursul sederii noastre de 8 zile nu au fost probleme cu presiunea la apa calda. Cladirea in care se afla apartamentul este o cladire cu 5 etaje (apartamentul se afla la et. 5), este curata si moderrnizata, cu lift nou. Mereu aici pe parcursul vacantei, ne-am simtit in siguranta chiar daca locatia cartierului nu este una de lux. Terasa apartamentului este una imensa care ofera vedere de jur imprejurul apartamentului la cartierul cu zgarie nori, la London Bridge sau la mini parcul de langa cladirea apartamentului. In drumul spre statia de metrou, ai posibilitatea de a cumpara in fiecare dimineata o cafea buna, sucuri, sandwichuri proaspete si chiar english breakfast delicios-este deschis incepand cu ora 7.00 dimineata.

• Stephen (3/5): An expensive disappointment. - Location was okay. No key was left for us on arrival so I had to ring another flat on the intercom to let us in. The water situation is diabolical. Every time you want water, you have to turn on a pump, turn the bathroom supply on and wait about 40 seconds. This then makes a noise in the bedroom and wakes everyone up if it is in the night. It's just so inconvenient. You even have to do this in the day just to wash hands or for a glass of water. But you are not allowed / meant to leave the pump on. The owner was unhelpful, just resending the same details when we couldn't get it to work. That is when he eventually did reply. He could have talked us through it verbally but didn't. Really helpful! Oh, and the wiring for the pump was not great either. On arrival to the flat door, a whole load of drying washing sat outside to greet us! Inside, the apartment had not been cleaned. The first thing my daughter did was hoover the place. And you pay £50 cleaning charge per stay in the booking fee! Quite frankly, that should be refunded. The washing machine was full of someone else's washing too. And the dishwasher was full of pots. Absolute shocker. Never had this before in any Booking.com property. Outside on the balcony, the decking is also coming up in places and you can easily catch you foot on this. Thankfully we survived this. To sum up; this apartment was not cheap but very disappointing. We felt ripped off. And as for the cleaning charge ... that definately needs refunding.

• Kamil (5/5): Good location, big flat, but many inconvenient problems - The apartment is located very well, close to Whitechapel Metro Station so its easy to get to the center of london The first night, we had a freezing water and the heating was not working because of some issues with boiler. The next day owners took care of that and it was fixed. We also struggled with low water pressure because of broken pump, so almost every time we had to wait a while for water to flow. Additionaly, the water leaked from sink in one of the bathrooms.

• Julie (7/5): Good - The flat was in a perfect location for us and was nice over all , the view was great being on top floor and it was spacious and reasonably clean . Correspondence was excellent with owner 👏 There was an issue with the washing machine, which caused the kitchen sink to get blocked, which was still blocked when we got there. Although the cleaner tried to sort it , the sink was then left dirty , The dishwasher hadn't been emptied and was still dirty, plates, etc, inside. The kitchen could have been cleaned a bit better. There is a bit of an issue with water pressure, too, but the owner was quick to respond to sort it
• Britton (9/5): Superb - Overnight stay for early appointment at Royal London Hospital. Great location, well equipped and positive communication.
• Jin (9/5): Good value for a group of friends or a family - Pretty central location, a few minutes walk to Whitechapel station which has multiple tube lines. Nice top floor flat in a quiet and secure building. Host is very responsive and kind to offer adjustment to the check out time. The water pressure is very low in both showers, and in the morning hot water comes and goes every 5 minutes in the shower
• Smileaqua (9/5): Superb - Nearby is the Whitechapel metro station, a wonderful view of the city, a huge loggia, all the necessary items and equipment for a comfortable stay, the Tower is a 15-minute walk away. The only set of keys, but this is not critical.
• Neil (7/5): Good - modern, clean, large apartment. Water pressure is negative, flow pump is faulty. Takes a while to kick in.
