• Joanne (7/5): Voor 3 dagen prima, voor 7 dagen afzien. - De locatie was prima , precies tussen de Arsenale en de Guardini in. Het comfort was niet goed, het deed me denken aan de tijd dat ik op de boerderij logeerde in de jaren 60.
• Vilma (9/5): Comfortable stay for bienalle and local wibe - Great area with less noise and close to Giardini, nice appartment with everything we needed for the stay- 2 bedrooms with 3 beds, comfortable bathroom and kitchen. Very careful and nice man met one of us on arrival and explained everything, including recommendation for local restaurant. Hosts were worrying about our safe arrival as there was transport strike at that day and helped us with advices- many thanks!! There was a bit chilly in the appartment. But we never asked about heating..

• gemma (9/5): Muy recomendable - El alojamiento és muy cómodo y tiene todo lo que necesitas para una estancia perfecta. Muy bien situado a 20 min andando hasta plaza San Marco o a unos 4 min de parada de Vaporetto ( 2 paradas hasta San Marco) Barrio súper tranquilo, pero con restaurantes y comercios muy cerca. La recepción de Luigi fué genial ( muy atento y agradable), y la atención de Giuseppe excelente en todo momento para nuestras dudas y recomendaciones.
• Jennifer (10/5): Nice apartment with a great host - The apartment is in a great location- a calm neighbourhood but easy to access all sites. It was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The best thing was the host, Giuseppe. Amazing contact before we arrived, even booking our car parking for us, which saved us lots of time and money. He was wating for us when we arrived and made us feel instantly welcome and comfortable, giving us great info about what to do and what to eat etc. It was 5 star hospitality- thank you Giuseppe. We will definitely stay here next time!
• Matthieu (10/5): Superb location and friendly host - Very nice location a bit aside from the crowd and 15min walk from Piazza San Marco, next to a couple vaporetto stops and all the shops. 2 bedrooms, perfect with children. Fully equipped (microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, you name it…). Very friendly host, he contacted us before arrival to make sure everything was setup and even picked us out of the boat to walk us to the flat even though our flight was delayed by 8h!

The apartment is located in a calm area, near parks/green area, market, fruits and veggies, gelato... Also very close to the vaporetto station. The apartment has absolutely all we needed for our stay: fully equipped and functional kitchen, comfy beds, keeping the venetian style of the furniture and decor, which gives more charm to the mood we experienced. The host is a wonderful person - careful, kind, always available and guiding us for the entire period of our stay and all this was soooo helpful!!! It was definitely the best experience we've ever had in terms of host! A big thank you for this, Giuseppe! I would definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends and relatives who visit Venice!

From the start, communication was very comfortable, and the host gave all the tips on how to easily and fast reach the flat. We arrived late at night, and he met us to help us reach the place. Beds very comfortable which is important after the whole day of sightseeing. The location is absolutely perfect A few minutes walk to a vaporetto station. Shops and restaurants on a next street

• Takehiko (10/5): Fantastic stay in the local part of Venice - We had an amazing experience with Guiseppe from start to finish. He was incredibly hospitable, always prompt in responding to our questions, and made sure the room was prepared for us (he even picked us up from the water bus station on the first day). This is my third visit to Venice, but it's the first time I've stayed in the Giardini area, so I was a little worried about it being somewhat distant from the center. However, Giardini surprised me with its fantastic selection of local restaurants, bars, a supermarket, and a bakery, which we visited every day. The area has a more relaxed and laid-back atmosphere, making it an ideal choice for families. The accommodation itself is simple yet equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Plus, it's just a few minutes' walk from the Giardini water bus stop, which is super convenient.

The apartment is very clean and spacious, there are all the necessary kitchen utensils and household appliances.
