• Yung (9/5): - Very nice facility overall with a very pleasant scent as you enter. High ceiling lobby gives a very positive welcome. The only issues I had was the room can use some carpet upgrade as they’re old and smelly. The other is staffing. It seems like hotel has problems hiring or cutting costs. Checking in line was very slow, rooms weren’t ready as promised, coffee snack bar was very slow (only one person working). I would go back, but hope they improve 8n those two areas.
• milan (1/5): Horrible experience would not recommend - Nothing I recently stayed at the Renaissance Hotel and was disappointed by how a smoke alarm situation was handled. There was a clear miscommunication between staff and guests regarding the alarm, which caused unnecessary confusion and concern. Better coordination and clearer communication during situations like this would greatly improve the guest experience. The hotel itself was old and short staffed . had a musty smell and not clean, but the handling of this incident left a negative impression.VERY DISAPPOINTING

• Derrick (5/5): Decent - Upon arrival the front desk was very polite and nice When we to eat breakfast the waiter acted kind of rudely when I told him that I had free breakfast. He rudely said “no we don’t do that here” and slapped the menu in front of me while I was standing at the entrance desk. He told me to go talk to the front desk. I went over to the front desk and I told the clerk what just happened. He kinda rolled his eyes and said I have to give you vouchers. Why didn’t he give me those upon arrival? I didn’t know I needed them and the whole scene just changed the entire mood of the stay. My gf and I won’t be coming back

• TEE (5/5): Very unpleasant and unsatisfied 👎 - The birthday shots Had to pay for parking and which there aren’t very many spots and they’re narrow, the cost for drinks are expensive and wasn’t worth it had to get drink re-made over and it still wasn’t right and food wasn’t worth the price, on top of that went outside to sit by the pool to relax and that was the most nastiest site ever, the pool wasn’t clean and looked like it haven’t been in along time and the patio furniture was disgusted 🤢, and my remote control wasn’t working in my room had to call maintenance to reboot whole tv to program remote, plus toilet kept making some weird noises every night like it losing water pressure or something, and there’s no microwave in the rooms, but only one downstairs in the lobby….like wowwwww gots to do better to be an upscale hotel!!!!! Rate this hotel a ⭐️⭐️ 1/2

• Stacey (3/5): Very bad experience. - I placed a breakfast order on Thursday morning at about 8:00am that came an hr and 20 minutes late. Friday morning making back to the hotel after a long day. I was supposed to get escorted to my room and heater turned on after the heater was request to get turned on Wednesday. But it never came on. So Friday morning security was supposed to escorted me to the room. But instead went up to my room with out me turn on the heater and left my room door open unattended. No only was that poor customer service but also but my life at risk with leaving the door open. What if someone when in my room and I came in and got hurt. Because of staff carelessness.

• Kaitlin (5/5): A “luxury” hotel that was not worth the price. - The location has an amazing front desk staff and is a comfortable distance from the heart of Dallas. There is an abundance of shopping and food places about 5-6 minutes away. The parking and incidental fees were really cheap compared to hotels I have previously stayed in. The lobby/entrance is beautiful however the rooms are a different story. All of the furniture looked beat up and old. The sink would leak uncontrollably underneath when I ran water and there were cracks in the baseboards everywhere. I guess this location must not receive the same TLC as the others in or closer to the city.

When we went to check-in, they told us the room wasn’t ready yet, fine, we asked if we could leave our bags with them so they could take them up when the room was ready, because we were going to the state fair. They said yes absolutely, we said we have dinner reservations at 7 p.m. and confirmed the room would be ready by then/ our bags would be in the room, they said yes absolutely. We arrive by 6 p.m. the room STILL wasn’t ready, and on top of that, it took them another 45 minutes to get the INCORRECT ROOM ready… and made us carry our own bags up. Quite literally the girl Madeline at the desk opened the door where our bags were being held and said “here, you can take them up” after she said she would grab someone to take them up to the room. We booked a room with a king bed, they gave us one with a queen, AND the room was filthy. The shower/ bathtub was dirty too. It was god-awful all around.

• Olajumoke (5/5): My stay was ok for the price but I wouldn’t come back again. - I liked that the staff was very nice. I can tell the property was old, the room was okay but I think they can update the rooms. My window was extremely dirty. I couldn’t even take a photo of the nice view of Dallas.
• Felicia (3/5): Never again - The location was close to the airport and looked grand on the outside. The AC unit in my room did not work. I literally slept in a sauna and it was 80° in December (go figure). The toilet handle was broken- so the toilet made noise unless I manually fixed it. Altogether, I was very disappointed.
