• Muhammad (4/5): Bad experience. - Your staff is not so attentive. We ask 8 towel but you guys just deliver 3 towels. How come you treat you customer like that? Even some of our members get towel which not really clean. The 3 bedrooms hot water not functioning. We already ask to the host via booking.com to check, but no action. The facilities mentioned in the booking.com not the same we get while staying. You guys need to improve a lot. Especially kitchenette, preparation for the customer needs before they enter the room

• Shu (10/5): Beautiful Spanish influenced designer home for rent - Communication was fantastic from Day1 Replies always came very promptly When I had problems - the manager of the property appeared within minutes - talk about impressive service Excellent high speed wifi and every room had multiple electrical points to plug in your devices which is incredible rare. Water is satisfyingly hot w excellent water pressure - the house is both solar and gas water heater equipped The decor was fantastic - v tasteful and every room had a clear mainly muted color theme. I do believe having surveyed all options - that this is the best - most well designed, modern and sunlit/well-lit & well renovated Home for rent in the entire village and you can be satisfied that nothing better exists at the moment The light filled open space family area on level 2 was a huge favorite (with an adjacent communal bathroom for use) as was the excellent roof terrace where you can cook (there is a second kitchen) and perch at the bar or lounge on a sofa and even BBQ (weather permitting) I really also liked the design of the first floor landing where there was a Bench to sit and put on and remove your shoes before proceeding further into the house 4 bedrooms are superior in that they have external windows (one even has a small terrace) and come with en-suite bathroom no/ showers and air conditioner units (that can also be heaters in the winter) whereas 4 bedrooms are comparably not as pleasant w no windows and w no aircon from what we could see - so please be aware and clear when you book who will be allocated the 4 better bedrooms … or otherwise … Breakfast and dinner catering options offered & laundry can also be done for extra cost Be aware that to reach the home - it is via a back (single) lane which is a dead end often jammed with cars and just be aware that it may not be possible to be dropped off w bags right on the doorstep Plentiful towels were offered and hair dryers which were very much appreciated as well as a SMEG fridge which...
