- Trevor Colin (10/5): Would definitely stay again. - Location perfect. A few more kitchen utensils would be useful. The bottom two steps from 2nd floor to first floor should be a contrasting colour to the main floor, difficult to see steps.
- Felicity (7/5): Great place for a quick visit - Exceptionally clean. Great location to city centre. We stayed 2 nights. Very nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided which was unexpected. Master bedroom needs a 2nd bedside table. Something to put suitcases on in master bedroom and 2nd main bedroom would be appreciated. There were no clothes hangers in master bedroom wardrobes, so literally everything stayed on the floor. Not enough kitchen utensils. There was about 5 paper towels left on roll in kitchen. Bench in living room... the screws literally fell out. 2 more were found in kitchen drawer, so other people clearly had the same problem.

- Renee (7/5): Comfy but lacking the extra touches - Good location and large bedrooms, great bathrooms Very empty feeling, lacking in furniture and personal touches. Some tea coffee and milk would have been nice considering the price we paid. Wouldn't be top of my pick to stay in again

Lack of cutlery and crockery for a family of six - We had one fork in the cutlery drawer to share and a couple of knives and spoons. Emailed and more were supplied the following day. No Mattress Protectors on Beds, and pillows very high hard and uncomfortable on all beds, with no spare to change over. Decorative Pillows only on bed in master Bedroom. One towel each and no facecloths for a four night stay. Could tell still in early stages of setting up as rental accommodation, as a few things missing and tags to products still attached .
