• Shu Youhan (8/5): Conveniently located, spacious apartment with a very friendly host - The location is very convenient, walking distance to the central train station. The host was very friendly, immediately available to hand over the keys, helpful with the invoice afterwards, perfect. The place is spacious, clean, comes with kitchen, another bedroom upstairs, well-sealed off from outside noise, with a comfortable couch. The mattress was a little too soft for my taste. It's a matter of taste, but I'm pretty big, probably no problem for smaller people.

• Punz (9/5): Top Wohnung im Zentrum von Ulm - Schöne große geräumige Zimmer. Sehr zentral in der Innenstadt, gut fußläufig alles zu erreichen. Kostenloser Parkplatz. Netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Aufgrund der Fußbodenheizung war es nachts sehr warm im Zimmer. Die Fenster konnte man wegen der Lautstärke draußen nicht öffnen.

• Cristina (10/5): Vom reveni - Apartamentul este situat perfect atât pentru cei care sunt interesați de zona nouă cât și de cei cate preferă zona veche a orașului. Este mobilat simplu dar eficient, este spațios, luminos, călduros, confortabil, este impecabil de curat. Locul de parcare inclus situat în spatele clădirii este un plus. Atenție totuși, locul de parcare este destul de mic. Nu în ultimul rând, am apreciat comunicarea excelentă cu proprietarul, am făcut check in mult mai devreme fără probleme, ne-a dat sugestii și recomandări pentru restaurante. Mulțumim, vom reveni! Nu este cazul
• Jacqueline (10/5): Perfect place in Ulm - A very spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet appartment on the fourth floor with an elevator and a free parking space in the centre of Ulm. WiFi was good as well. A perfect place to stay in this beautiful old town. Owner is very friendly and allowed a late check-out, so we could explore Ulm in the morning.
• Gillian (9/5): Delightful overnight stop in Ulm. - Perfect location for my needs. Close to the mainline station but 2 mins walk into the old town with nice bars and restaurants. Had a warm welcome on my arrival. The flat has a pleasant city view and was lovely and warm (snowing outside!). Didn't use the upstairs bedroom or the kitchen. But everything cleaned and in good order. Nothing.
• Veronika (9/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Zu Fuß ist die Einkaufsstraße und den Münster zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sauber. Da die Wohnung im Stadtzentrum liegt, war Lärm von der Straße zu hören. Für paar Nächte ist es jedoch okay.

Property has a bath. Very attentive host. Great value. Now my favourite place when staying in Ulm Nothing all was fine
• Eventvs (10/5): Wirklich alles bestens, ich komme gern wieder! - Sehr freundlicher und angenehmer Gastgeber, unkomplizierte persönliche Schlüsselübergabe (obwohl ich infolge Flugverspätung deutlich später ankam als ursprünglich angekündigt), grosszügige Wohnung in gut gepflegtem Wohn- und Geschäftshaus, umfangreiche Ausstattung (auch der Küche), schönes Bad mit Badewanne, bequemes Bett, alles einwandfrei sauber. Ein «SB-Späti» ist im gleichen Haus – praktisch, wenn man sonntags/spätabends noch was benötigt. Ich bin ein kritischer Vielreisender, war hier aber wirklich einwandfrei zufrieden!

• Wagner (9/5): War super, würden wieder buchen. - Die Wohnung war sauber, schön eingerichtet und relativ gross. Auch ein Parkplatz war vorhanden. Der Besitzer war freundlich und unkompliziert. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt hätte ich mir noch zwei weitere Stühle am Esstisch gewünscht. (Da der Platz für die Sitzecke eher Eng ist, wären auch zwei zusätzliche Klappstühle eine Idee, damit bei Bedarf 4 Personen Sitzen und essen könnten.)

Die Wohnung war wunderbar, sehr sauber, prima eingerichtet, gute Betten, sehr ruhig und sehr geräumig. Zentral gelegen, nahe zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt, freier Blick Richtung Stadt. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen! Fällt uns nichts ein ...
