• OlivL (8/5): - Appartement très propre et spacieux Climatisation La récupération des clés se fait à l’agence à l’autre bout de la ville ce qui n’est pas du tout pratique. L’équipement de la cuisine pourrait être complété (micro-ondes / bols …)

• Michela (8/5): Nell’appartamento centrale - abbiamo prenotato per noi perché avevamo ospite mia figlia alla quale abbiamo lasciato casa che abbiamo dietro l’angolo , possiamo confermare che è in posizione centrale, a due passi da piazza repubblica e da piazza Garibaldi, riferimenti per il centro città . Casa arredata con molto gusto anche se con mobili di Ikea , davvero curata , piacevolissima. Dominata dal bianco , regala una immediata sensazione di pulito e freschezza . Super accessoriata, al primo piano quindi molto comoda , spaziosissima con un bellissimo salone , dotata di condizionatori in ogni ambiente . Comodissimo, bello il bagno principale . Ce n’è un altro piccolo di servizio senza doccia ma ristrutturato e confortevole anche se posizionato sul balcone secondario . Un po’ rumorosa in generale , le voci del condominio , sia sopra che accanto , si sentono davvero troppo . Quelle accanto sono imbarazzanti , tanto che si sente nettamente anche starnutire come se fossero in casa . La porta d’ingresso non è ben sigillata ( si vede la luce dall’esterno ) e anche da lì si sente chiaramente il passaggio . Avendo le camere da letto appena si entra , un po’ di fastidio c’è . Al momento ci sono dei lavori , se occorre prenotare meglio chiedere gli orari e i giorni di presenza degli operai . Un po’ sporco chiaramente l’ingresso che la ditta , evidentemente, non tiene pulito.
• Stefano (3/5): Estay pessima nella gestione della situazione. Ci ha ROVINATO la vacanza. - Grandezza dell’appartamento, pulizia , presenza di condizionatori in ogni ambiente. Zanzariere rotte, ASSENZA DI ELETTRICITÀ al quarto giorno che ci ha COSTRETTO a LASCIARE la struttura dopo 3 notti anziché dopo 7 notti che avevamo prenotato e PAGATO, non so se per colpa della struttura o della società Estay che ci ha consegnato le chiavi, ma mi spiego meglio . Inizio con l’unica cosa che a favore della Estay, cioè il check in che ci hanno concesso alle 13.30 anziché alle 15.00. Tutto ok sino a Domenica 13 Luglio, sino a quando alle 10 del mattino si TOGLIE LA CORRENTE ELETTRICA!!! QUI INIZIANO I DOLORI!!! Scrivo alla Estay, la quale fa arrivare un suo collaboratore in casa nostra alle ore 12.00, il quale dopo aver visto i contatori ed aver contattato qualcun altro non riesce a risolvere il problema. Se ne va di casa dicendomi che mi avrebbero contattato dopo un po’, ma dopo 2 ore li contatto io e come risposta ricevo un “CI STIAMO LAVORANDO, VI FAREMO SAPERE” Alle ore 16 li ricontatto, per ottenere la stessa risposta . Alle ore 18.15 finalmente mi richiamano dicendomi che il problema non è risolvibile pertanto dobbiamo cambiare struttura . Come minimo mi sarei aspettato un upgrade , ma quantomeno mi sarei accontentato di una struttura dello stesso livello, ed invece… Chiedo alla ragazza se la nuova struttura risponda più o meno agli stessi standard di questa e mi risponde di sì , noi accettiamo (ANCHE PERCHÉ DOPO AVER PERSO 7 ore ad attendere, BUTTANDO VIA UNA GIORNATA DI VACANZA 😡😢, non mi andava di aspettare ancora) ma giunti sul posto , DOPO AVER RIFATTO LE VALIGIE E PERSO QUALCOSA CHE AVEVAMO IN FRIGO E FREEZER, ci troviamo in una struttura più piccola, con una stanza in meno, due letti messi a terra (bassi). Io scrivo alla Estay mostrando la mia delusione , dicendo di aspettarmi quantomeno uno sconto per il GRAVE DANNO creatoci. Non finisce qui…. Dal mattino successivo, dalle ore 8 in punto, l’ultimo giorno anche prima, un rumore di trapano assordante ci ha accompagnato perché nel nuovo condominio erano in corso lavori di ristrutturazione 😳😡.
• Bibi (8/5): Very good - Spacious, comfortable and clean. Aircon good. Beds comfortable. Shower good. Needed pegs for the clothes line. Bins and broken things on balcony meant we didn't want to use it. Cleaner arrived at 10.10am - no flexibility.
• Tajana (6/5): Pleasant - Spacious living room. Missing basic amenities. No toilet paper or no proper equipment. Unnecessary check-in service. After you paid the accommodation fee they asked you to pay in advance another 150€ on their own external link that wasn’t returned as quickly as they promised.

• Michal (7/5): Good - Location is really good for going out to the city centre. The restaurants, sightseeing locations and shops were within half an hour walk. The apartment was super clean, it is very bright and spacious, well equipped (except the toaster). No bread toaster available. A kitchen paper roll would also be useful. The walls between this apartment and the next one are very thin and we could hear every word the neighbour was saying while watching a football match until late at night.
• Dmitry (9/5): Superb - Everything was absolutely fine! The apartment is clean, very well equipped and easy to find. Every room has its own air condition and comfortable enough. It was not very comfortable to pickup keys, because the registration desk is placed in different part of the town. You need a car or take a public transport to get there.
