• Anna (4/5): - The location and the property itself were great. Would I book it again? Definitely not. Chasing the refund of the EUR 300 deposit was embarrassing, time-consuming and stressful. There was no proper contact with the owners, and our message were ignored.
• Sandy (10/5): Ein traumhafter Blick aufs Meer , mit einem spitzen preisleistungs Verhältnis. Die Besitzer waren immer für einen da und - Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum, Mega schön und der Blick unbezahlbar. Beide waren immer erreichbar wenn was war . Sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus modern und alles was man brauchte war da . Der Whirlpool war ein Traum mit dem Blick. Mein Sohn und ich , hatten eine tolle Woche und haben die Zeit genossen. Vielen lieben Dank Eigentlich nur eine Liege zum relaxten , für die Terrasse und die Katzen , aber dafür können die Vermieter gar nichts, wie auch die vielen Mücken, was aber im Sommer ganz normal ist

• Courtney (10/5): Perfect place to wind down from stress. - The place was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, so everyone was comfortable and had their own space. Parking felt very safe, as we were able to park directly in front of the house within a secured gate. • Radosław (9/5): Można komfortowo wypocząć - Bardzo przestronne, dobrze wyposażone i nowoczesne mieszkanie. Można w tym miejscu odpocząć. Klimatyzacja niemal w każdym pomieszczeniu. Niestety jest dość daleko do plaży a w pobliżu nie ma sklepów. Mieszkanie ciężkie do znalezienia - na szczęście zarządcy obiektu udostępniają koordynaty. Odbiór kluczy bezproblemowy. Pobyt był bardzo komfortowy. 1. Zepsuta zmywarka, ale to nie wina obiektu tylko jakichś gości którzy na siłę próbowali ją zamykać przez co doszło do uszkodzenia czujników. Aż serce się łamie, kiedy widzi się, że ktoś nie umiał uszanować czyjejś własności. 2. Trzeba było wiele dni prosić się o zwrot kaucji, ale ta wróciła na konto. 3. Dodatkowa opłata za wannę z jacuzzi nie wypada, tak samo jak nazywać to spa. Nie korzystaliśmy. 4. Należy sprawdzać na stronie booking czy wszystkie opłaty są wliczone w cenę-u mnie tak było a i tak była próba poboru podatku miejskiego. Nie mam nic przeciwko tej opłacie, ale skoro wszystko w cenie…to nie ponoszę dodatkowych opłat. Jasne jak słońce
• Ireneus Johann (7/5): Ich möchte andere Leute warnen ,dass Ihnen nicht das gleiche passiert. Schade Sizilien, Italien . - die Lage war nicht schlecht. Das ganze Objekt ist empfehlenswert. Das Problem ist der Vermieter. Der Vermieter hat mir leider bis heute meine Schadenkaution nicht zurück erstattet, ob wohl ich Ihn öfter darum gebietet habe. Mein Fehler war, dass ich das Geld direkt auf sein vom Ihm eigegebene Koto überwiesen habe.

• Rui (9/5): Tivemos uma estadia magnífica, com sossego, vista sobre o mar e conforto excelentes. - Casa localizada entre Palermo e Cefalú, o que nos agradou bastante. Zona muito tranquila. Casa moderna com uma excelente decoração, 3 suites, sala-cozinha ampla, varanda para refeições fantástica e com vista para o mar onde jantámos várias vezes. Adorámos a visita de 5 gatinhos! Qualidade soberba. Aconselho vivamente! A máquina de lavar não funcionava.

• Sin (5/5): Passable - Please read this review before you decide to book this property. We stayed at this house in April 2025. While it offers a pleasant sea view and enough space for our group of five, several issues during our stay led to a disappointing experience. The house includes three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and is generally well-equipped for a short stay. The open kitchen had most of the essentials for cooking. However, the dishwasher was not functioning properly when we arrived, though it was eventually repaired, it highlights a broader issue: poor maintenance. From the start, we encountered several maintenance problems, including a broken toilet seat, water leakage from the toilet base when flushing, a malfunctioning dishwasher, exposed and uninsulated electrical cables, blocked sink drainage. These issues suggested a general lack of upkeep and attention to guest safety. More concerning was that on the second day, the host entered the apartment without our consent and without any emergency justification. This was a clear violation of our privacy and trespassing. After check-out, we received an unexpected message from the host accusing us of damaging the sink countertop. They withheld €150 from our deposit despite our response. Attempts to resolve this through Booking.com were unsuccessful, as the host refused to refund the deposit even after Booking.com intervened. We also requested an official invoice, which has still not been provided. Following our stay, we discovered that the same property is listed on another major booking platform, where other guests reported similar experiences. We understand the host may choose to dispute this review, but we believe it is important to share our experience for the benefit of future guests. In summary, the house has potential, but unresolved maintenance issues, privacy concerns, and questionable post-stay charges raise serious red flags about how this property is managed. We strongly advise future guests to research thoroughly and consider these risks before booking.
• Mishkevich (10/5): We had a wonderful rest with family in this amazing house. - Beautiful house. Stayed there for a week with family, everything was amazing. The location was very good 30 min to Palermo, 1h to Cafalu, with a car. Close is a good beach. Host is amazing, very nice person. And the view is spectacular!

• Jakub (8/5): Comfortable villa with great view, good for family - Very nice place, comfortable, high level of comfort, very clean villa. There was some misunderstandings about tourist tax and a form of a deposit. But finally all good. The house has 3 bedrooms, one is great with amazing view and much more space. Other two bedrooms are smaller and with zero view. This generates conflictual situation between trip-friends. Be careful to not spoil your holiday
• Olha (10/5): This house gave me inspiration. - The house is completely new. And it looks much better in reality than in the photo. I really loved this place. All facilities are also new and of good quality and we had all we needed. There an air conditioner in each room. It has an amazing view of the sea. The kitchen is high-quality and clean. The most fantastic part was the jacuzzi . It made our vacation unforgettable. we spent almost every evening there with a bottle of Sicilian wine. Location is between Cefalù and Palermo, we rented car and it took about 30 min to get to the centre of Cefalù or Palermo. The sea is fantastic in that area.
