Tutto vero!Siamo entrate nell' appartamento e l'ingresso è pieno di secchi di vernice, scale, roba vecchia da buttare, un vero e proprio cantiere! Biancheria sporca, il bagno senza maniglia, doccia rugginosa e sporca, senza riscaldamento, coperta con un enorme gira di sporco....

• Strada (1/5): DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE - Niente, nulla di positivo. A chiunque possa venire la strana idea di alloggiare qui, spero che resti solo un’idea passeggera. Il soggiorno è stato semplicemente terrificante. Siamo arrivati la prima sera e non credo di aver mai visto una struttura così mal gestita e sporca: pavimenti sudici, lenzuola macchiate, polvere ovunque, tapparelle sporche e un impianto di condizionamento rotto e abbandonato come se nulla fosse. Nonostante tutto, la stanchezza ci ha spinto a non lamentarci subito e abbiamo chiesto almeno il minimo dei servizi di pulizia. La risposta è stata surreale: è arrivato un uomo scalzo, ha preso alcune lenzuola e cuscini — anch’essi sporchi, presi direttamente dall’armadio — e se n’è andato senza fare nulla. A quel punto, vista la situazione e l’evidente disinteresse del personale, abbiamo contattato Booking per chiedere assistenza. In accordo con loro, è stata richiesta la cancellazione gratuita del soggiorno, ma la struttura ha rifiutato, tornando poi da noi con atteggiamento minaccioso e ostile. La stessa sera, spaventati e delusi, abbiamo deciso di lasciare immediatamente la struttura, cercando un’altra sistemazione. Abbiamo fatto numerosi tentativi per ottenere un rimborso totale o parziale (considerando che il soggiorno costava circa €800), ma la struttura ha rifiutato ogni forma di accordo. Mi dispiace che Booking permetta a certe strutture di restare sul portale, ma spero che questo feedback serva a migliorare la qualità delle proposte e a tutelare meglio i clienti. Ho già presentato denuncia ai NAS, nella speranza che almeno loro possano intervenire.

Only cooler provided. No place/cabinet to put on the things/clothes. Smell of cigarette every-time. The posted check in 1-pm-12:30am yet the staff demanding us to pay 10 euro after 12am-12:30 and 20euro 12:30 to 1am.on our last day in early morning no water in rhe toilet/shower/sink.

• Ben (3/5): WIll not repeat. - The location was excellent. The wifi worked great, the room was clean and spacious. The refrigerator and television were both broken and on top of it all, there was NO TOILET PAPER. There is also no one to talk to, no front desk or help. There was no key to the main entry door but luckily there was plenty of traffic to be able to get into the building. Overall, a low-budget-type of place. Some noise from the adjacent rooms, families with lots of kids and also had a bird. One towel was provided (also to be used as toilet paper ?). OK, for the money, I guess but they could charge me another 50 cents for some toilet paper....

• Irune (3/5): - El aire acondicionado funciona genial y con fuerza haciendo bien su función. Además, la ubicación es genial ya que el centro y la estación de metro estan muy cerca. El checkin fue muy lento, estuvimos una hora esperando a que nos dieran las llaves dentro de un portal que no era el lugar del alojamiento. El recibimiento fue dudoso. En el suelo se veían hormigas. Los muebles eran antiguos y los colchones estaban demasiado usados ya que se hundían mucho.

Clean towels and good behavior of staff. No replies on booking.com chat till the day of the arrival. Maybe proactivity from the hotel owner would be great. Some more maintenance is needed.

Didn’t have any space for our luggage. Didn’t feel safe because at 3am someone was knocking on the door. We didn’t have high hopes but didn’t expect what we experienced either.

• Natalia (1/5): Find another place to stay. - Absolutely nothing! The address available on the website is not the address of the accommodation. The name of the hotel is not Termini Golden House, but Guest House. I called and someone came to pick me up. When I arrived at the place, it was a mess. Sheets and mattresses were on the floor all day, dirt, and the cover of the mattress I slept on had a huge blood stain that was months or years old. The place is very cold at night and has no heating. I do not recommend it!

• Ivan (1/5): Terrible - Nothing I booked a room for 3 persons, even though I was alone. The second day they transferred me to a smaller room for 1 person, which was very dirty even though I paid for a different room that was fine. They did it during the day when I wasn't even in my room; I wasn't present. Somebody just picked up my stuff and transported it to another room. I got back to the hotel at 10 pm and can't get in my room; there were already other guests staying in the room that I paid for for 3 persons. I guess they sow me alone and thought they could switch me to a smaller room so they could rent again the bigger room and earn more, the room that I paid for. The new room was so dirty and small I had to change to another accommodation that I had to pay again and spend more money so I could enjoy my trip in Rome. This is unacceptable to have that kind of accommodation and host even registered at site doing this shady and unprofessional stuff.
• Scott (1/5): No sleep after two men attempted to enter in the middle of the night….. - The first night, we had someone trying to open our door with a key. There were two men outside. It was after midnight, one of them said he was the housekeeper and wanted to come in and get a pillow… We were forced to barricade the door to keep them from getting inside. We left the next morning and did not return! Highly recommend staying somewhere else unless you want to get robbed. After we barricaded ourselves into the room for the night… There was tons of dirt everywhere after moving all the furniture against the door. Unsafe, dirty, and way too expensive we will not be back.

• Lindsay (1/5): Never have I felt so Uncomfortable. The worst experience of my trip - Nothing!! I didn't get to stay here but I paid for it. My flight was a late one and then it was delayed even longer. The gentleman at reception I dealt with by WhatsApp. There was a long conversation about having to wait for my arrival, paying a late fee which I accepted, processing a cancelation so he wouldn't have to wait, , which he wouldn't do, but his tone and manner got to the point where he made me very uncomfortable to meet him and stay at the property. It was my decision not to go there as I did not want to deal with him face to face. He didn't care at all about my welfare. As it was I did not find anywhere to stay that night. I had never felt so uncomfortable.

Believe me, YOU DONT WANT TO DO THIS TO YOURSELF!! Dirtiest place we’ve been in! And the attention was horrendous! We actually think this isn’t even a hotel. Be careful. If we could turn back time, we would’ve paid more to stay other place! Not worth it.

• Valeriia (1/5): NEVER AGAIN - Let me just tell you the story of our stay. It's not an anecdote, even tho it might seem like it. Day 1: we check in into a dirty apartment with a room too small for 6 people. After check in we go for a short walk, we come back and there's no electricity in the apartment. Day 2: in the evening we want to turn on air conditioner and a socket lights up for a few seconds.The only socket that air conditioner can be plugged in. The guy brinas us new socket extension and tells us to put it in THE SAME socket that got burned. The socket was literally black...... Day 3: evening, water disappears. After 10 minutes electricity disappears as well. It's in the whole building like that. Electricity gets fixed, but only cold water comes back. Day 4: until the end of our stay we shower with freezinaly cold water Unhyaienic (seemed like they only changed bed sheets and didn't clean anything else, mold in the bathroom). Many things are broken/malfunctioning, including sockets. No storage space in the bathroom, you simply have no space/hanger to put your towel. Room is too small for 6 people (around 20 sa m). No storage space for your things. Some people write that location is the only good thing, but don't trust it, because the train station neighbourhood is really dirty with a lot of homeless people and it is not pleasant to get back to the apartment every day through this area.

• Jan (7/5): Did not plan to stay in the room for hours. However it cold do with some ckeaning. - Great location, right next to Termini train station. Easy to find. Facilities were very basics. Place was kot exceptionally clean. Seemed like nobody bothered to clean under the bed. Tons of dust and an empty water bottle there. The proce was way to high for this sort of very basic room.

There were 6 of us, and there were only 3 working sockets, which was also very inconvenient

I wasn't aware that they wanted cash only and got very upset. They did eventually give me another room. But that's no way to treat your customers. I won't be back to this hotel.
