• emanuela (1/5): Costo assurdo per una casa vecchia senza i servizi minimi - Purtroppo niente Siamo arrivati nella casa e mancavano le cose minime essenziali: carta igienica, phon, sapone per le mani, doccia schiuma e una bottiglietta d’acqua. Il bagno aveva il lavandino con l’acqua che non scaricava, per cui rimaneva intasato per un po’. La signora non è riuscita a provvedere in tempi brevi, per cui siamo dovuti uscire a comprare la carta igienica e il sapone. Per scusarsi si è offerta nel darci un rimborso di 10€ + il costo della carta igienica, cosa che mi pare un po’ ridicola a fronte di un costo della casa di 191€ a notte. La casa è trascurata, arredamenti vecchi, bagno con cose rotte e vecchio, materasso scomodissimo. Non siamo riusciti a dormire sia per il materasso scomodo che per un cane vicino che abbaiava nel cuore della notte. Per un prezzo di quasi 200€ a notte mi aspetto tutt’altro…

• Linda (8/5): - Klimatizace v každé ložnici. Nábytek byl hezký a dostačující s designovými prvky. V kuchyni velké plus - velká lednice. Kuchyň byla vybavená, nádobí bylo dostačující, dokonce i velký hrnec - což se jen tak nevidí! 😃 Komunikace s majitelem přes WhatsApp byla bezproblémová, odpovídal celkem rychle. Již při převzetí apartmánu jsme si všimli poškozené sprchové hlavice. Během pobytu se oddělala kovová část od sprchové hlavice ještě více a v určité chvíli se vnitřní plastová hadice, která byla křehká, protrhla. Majitel se pokusil někoho poslat na opravení v náš poslední den, ale byla neděle a opravář nemohl koupit potřebné věci. Majitel se za vzniklé potíže velmi omlouval, i když to nebyla ničí chyba, a jako kompenzaci za vzniklý problém nám odpustil pobytovou taxu a zaplatil ji za nás. Pěkná terasa s posezením a sušákem na prádlo. Venkovní hadice na umytí nohou a bot je taky super vychytávka, která ne všude je. S ubytováním jsme byli spokojení. 😇 Celkem složité je to tam s odpadky... Vzhledem k tomu, že se letos na Sardinii přesouváme z místa na místo a měli jsme celkem 5 ubytování, tohle z nich bylo nejdražší a vzhledem k lokalitě, která nebyla nijak strhující, je cena asi ne úplně poměrná, dle mého názoru. Jako jediné ubytování taky požadovalo taxu - ale to nevím, zda to není nějaký rozkaz obce. (Tu jsme nakonec ale neplatili viz v "Co se Vám na ubytování líbilo". Parkování auta ze všech ubytování taky nejsložitější. Když se poštěstilo, tak na ulici, ale jinak dále. Vybrali jsme si ubytování i právě proto, že má kuchyň, ve které bylo všechno super, jen na extrémně, ale extrémně tupé nože... Více zvládl uříznout nůž příborový. V koupelně hůř odtékalo umyvadlo.

• Inês (3/5): Worst experience in Italy - Location and shower water pressure. The worst accommodation experience we’ve had in Italy. • House not properly cleaned before check-in • Visibly stained duvets – looked unwashed and unhygienic (we have photos) • Poorly made beds and uncomfortable mattresses • No toilet paper on arrival (we arrived late no supermarkets were open) • No cooking olive oil or basic kitchen supplies like a cutting board • Worn-out cookware: not suitable for anyone who enjoys cooking • Small hot water cylinder that was turned off on arrival, we had to take cold showers • You must enter through a terrace door • Constant, loud construction noise from early morning, starting at 8 AM because the floor above (part of the same house) is under construction • Water leakage in the bathroom floor • Guests must take out the trash or pay a €35 fee—with no clear instructions. In Sardinia, trash disposal is complex and inefficient, involving scheduled drop-offs at specific buildings. The host gave no guidance, and in all previous Sardinian rentals we stayed at, owners handled this themselves, likely because of how inconvenient it is. • Host was evasive, uncommunicative, and shifted blame instead of providing support • No WhatsApp message or proper briefing on how to use the gas system (which is outdated and potentially unsafe) or how to handle trash, yet we were threatened with a €35 fee the day before checkout • During a phone call, the host repeatedly insisted the house was in “perfect condition”, despite the obvious issues listed above. We strongly advise against booking this property. Poorly maintained, badly managed, and hosted with no care for guests.
