The location is a handy for the main motorway, but you wouldn’t want to be finding your way back round some tricky turns and roads from Funchal if a bit tired or a glass of wine , or actually maybe that would help ….

• MGero (8/5): Agradable pero sin parking - El apartamento es grande, está limpio y cuidada decoración. La ubicación a las afueras de Funchal es buena para entrar y salir fácil. El aparcamiento es complicado, el anfitrión podía darte unos consejos al respecto. Además si te metes por una de las calles de al lado, te toca dar una vuelta sin retorno de 15 min!!

• Tod (10/5): - Villa City in Funchal, Madeira was absolutely perfect. The apartment was amazing — modern, spotless, and extremely well equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The coastal views were beautiful and made every morning and evening special. The location couldn’t have been better either — close to everything, yet peaceful enough to properly relax. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and the facilities throughout were excellent. Everything just worked seamlessly. Honestly, I couldn’t fault it. If you’re staying in Funchal, this is an incredible place to base yourself. I would stay again without hesitation.
