Had dinner in the bar, ordered mash and assuages for my 4yr old it came out with Chips. We sent it back, the manager was a tall fair hared man, very nice to deal with and nothing was an issue. The food was quite nice id say 8/10. The hotel room was very warm, and the hotel in general has become a bit dated. The changing rooms in the swimming pool are sun standard.

No offer of any discount / breakfast or anything for the in convenience. When I moved to the new room I was unable to get Netflix on the tv. Breakfast was poorly managed - no cutlery available and had to wait a while to get it

• Aoife (7/5): Grand for a quick stay. - Room nicely appointed, and loved the facility to fill up your water in the reception area. Breakfast not automatically included. The bath in our room was terrible and a painted layer at the base was chipping and looked awful. I also wouldn’t bath in this in case it wasn’t clean. Disappointing for such a lovely hotel.

Also, the toilet was leaking water from underneath in the morning and there was an unpleasant smell. Overall, the hotel has potential, but maintenance and room comfort could be improved. The staff was very friendly and the hotel seems to have good facilities. However, there are some areas that need improvement. The staff could not do enough for us thoroughly enjoyable stay I thought the price for 1 night was a bit extreme especially sine breakfast was not included

The buses tended to be unreliable as on two occasions into the city they ran more than half an hour late

• Ryan (10/5): 10 out of 10 - Everything from the reception to the room staff were so so lovely room was more then we expected deffo be coming back I didn't like that their was no resistance bar we returned at 12:45 because we're not from Galway and didn't know how the town would be when all the pubs closed so we left to be back earlier before the crowds started coming to the streets after their night out, we thought we'd get one or two drinks in the hotel and relax but was told the bar was closed it was exactly 12:49 because I was so shocked it was so early and hadn't a residence bar like most hotels but other then that it was perfect everything else was lovely

My room was not serviced on the first day and when I mentioned this to the house keeper she became quite defensive saying my do not disturb card had been out. It was out while I went to breakfast but not for the rest of the day. My son’s room had also not been serviced and he did not have a do not disturb card on the door at any point. The attitude annoyed me more than the oversight.

Nous aurions préféré une douche plutôt qu'une baignoire dans la chambre, pour le reste c'est difficile de juger car nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit.

Turkish is beyond hot, it’s unbearable, not normal. And the finnish sauna is full od black mould and half rotten, absolutely disgusting and a health hazard
