- Helen (10/5): Simply delightful! - A wonderful and surprising spacious cottage, the kitchen was a fabulous space and generally felt very homely. The location was a perfect get away from it all. Very peaceful and beautiful area with Hergest Croft Gardens close by which we visited too. The bedroom was comfortable and roomy and the bathroom was spotless with a great shower, loved the his and hers sinks! We already miss the place and are planning to stay there again in the future, possibly with a couple of friends as there is two bedrooms (one of which is enormous!)
Really easy to find and the host gave timely instructions for key collections and there was a very helpful folder with information on the cottage, how to use the TV, heating, etc.
Can't praise the cottage enough, simply delightful! Racking my brains, all I can think of is perhaps a larger "mind your head' sign above the door to the kitchen (tempted to say with flashing lights! 😆), it's an old cottage so watch out for the low doorways and the wonky stairs, but this just adds to the charm of the place really.
