Shrabanti (10/5): Exceeds expectation! - I booked this hotel the same day I was headed to Panajachel as another booking had to be cancelled. They not only met my expectations but exceeded it in so many ways. There was a big living/dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, and a bedroom. There was even a porch outside for us to sit and enjoy the cool air. Definitely going back the next time I am in that area! There was a sewage smell at times especially in the morning.

Khalid Yah (7/5): Difficile de trouver un hôtel au bon rapport qualité-prix à Panajachel - Petite maison avec deux lits, beaucoup d'espace dans la chambre. Terrasse agréable, cuisine équipée avec des plats et couverts pour 3 personnes. Grand jardin. L'hôtel est bien situé à Pana. Tout est ancien dans cette maison, lit qui craque, mobilier moyenâgeux, ... il serait temps d'en remplacer certains. Il y'a des moustiquaires placés aux portes et aux fenêtres mais comme ils sont déchirés, ils ne servent à rien. Résultat, la nuit, on se fait ronger par les moustiques. Et enfin, la douche est bouchée, l'eau ne s'évacue pas directement, ce qui est très désagréable. Un autre client avait soulevé le problème sur booking il y'a longtemps et les propriétaires de l'hôtel lui avait répondu ici-même qu'ils allaient régler le problème. Ce qui n'a pas été fait.

El personal muy amable y las instalaciones muy limpias. La cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario. El parqueo es seguro dentro de las instalaciones. En las noches el cielo se ve hermoso desde su jardín y se puede tomar aire fresco en la salita en el corredor exterior. Las fotos se quedan cortas comparadas a lo linda que es la casita. ¡Definitivamente lo recomiendo! - Solo les recomiendo revisar la ducha del baño de visitas. No sale bien el agua, cuesta que caliente y cuando calienta, calienta mucho. Aparte que cuesta que se vaya el agua en el tragante. No es algo que afecte en sí, porque se puede usar la ducha de la habitación principal. Pero sí considero que deberían arreglarlo.

The accommodation is off the main roads and therefore insulated from street noise. Staff were friendly and helpful. Sound between rooms carried easily. Breakfast was not included in our room - not sure why as it was included in other rooms. The hotel is older and while clean, it is somewhat dated. There could have been more electrical outlets and better placed.

Had a big stove, but no microwave (as advertised). Fridge was small and all shelves were missing. Bring earplugs: loud music from a neighbouring bar and lots of street dogs barking/fighting.

Jenifer (9/5): Great accommodation that invites you to stay there again - Beautiful garden, clean and comfortable rooms, good location with 2 minutes away walking to Calle Santander. Another highlight is that there is a common rooftop for all hotel guests to use with beautiful views and some chairs to relax. And secure parking is available. Even though the staff is friendly and polite, some are better trained than others. It would be beneficial for the hotel to invest in staff training so that everyone is up-to-date with information.

May (10/5): Mi estancia en Villas Jabel Tinamit - Me encanta el ambiente y el entorno de las instalaciones. Cerca de todo y con la privacidad que uno necesita para poder descansar y aislado pero no lejos del bullicio, de la actividad comercial y turística de Panajachel. Está en el lugar perfecto. La villa que renté tiene su porche para poder disfrutar del jardín en completa privacidad. Y si uno quiere estar en la calle Santander, está a 3 minutos caminando. Simplemente fantástico. Siempre que voy a Panae quedo en este bello lugar. Todo muy bien

El departamento es espacioso con un buen equipamiento y realmente cómodo, con cocina completa y 2 baños completos lo cual es muy útil para una estancia en familia. El personal muy atento. Kristen (10/5): - Great walking distance to the night life in Pana. Also we were able to eat the hotel breakfast next door for cheap price. The two beds were not separated so there wasn't much privacy for the two couples. The mattresses were not as comfortable as others I've stayed at this trip.

Sharon (7/5): Well appointed villa best enjoyed by heavy sleepers and night owls - Large space villa with everything you need for a short or longer stay, including lots of kitchen appliances. Bed was comfortable. Shower was okay. Nice garden entrance down an alleyway. Gates to property locked at night. Wifi was consistent and strong signal during my stay. The kitchen table is a high bench with truly uncomfortable metal stools. The location is awful. Nightclubs very close. Loud music until 1am (Fri/Sat). Had to put earbuds in to stream a movie because the music was so loud. Biggest issue is the use of firework crackers by club goers (throwdowns/bungers). They’re allowed at any time. Got woken by crackers repeatedly, up until 7am. Not sure, but the villa may get more noise impacted than the units because it has more windows, gaps around doors and not thick concrete walls.

David (9/5): Get up with the local roosters in Pana! - Exceptional decor throughout the complex with a very helpful staff. Our apartment was well equipped, roomy, clean, and comfortable. The complex was an oasis in the noisy city of Pana and offered filtered water and was conveniently located. Very dim lighting. Higher wattage bulbs or more lights are needed, Roosters will wake you up at night--but that is not a complaint but part of the experience of being in Guatemala in a real place and not an artificial tourist resort,

Marcela (9/5): Very nice hotel, enjoyed my stay in spite of extremely loud parties in the surrounding neighborhood. - This hotel is in a very beautiful place, the gardens are stunning, it is nicely decorated and very well equipped. I stayed at the apartment, which is very comfortable. Terrace in the main building is an excellent spot to enjoy morning and afternoon. While I fully recommend the hotel as a base to explore the area -the apartment is vey comfortable, staff are great, in other words in itself the hotel is very good- I was shocked by the level of noise at night. I had read reviews and had earplugs but given I was there during the weekend, the parties were inevitably disturbing and made for difficult sleep. This is more than anything a comment on Panajachel, a particularly intense and loud city.
Roselyn (10/5): Hidden surprise! - What a hidden surprise in a busy street! Room was spotless clean, the staff was super friendly at all times and breakfast was great! All facilities in the apartment were great to have, moreover if you are traveling with kids and family. Property wise nothing at all to mention, everything really passed our expectations, but as other reviews already mentioned the noise coming from the bars around was just disturbing at night, not a direct problem from the Villas but it does somehow affect the sleep, without that noise the stay was just perfect!
